Yes, you can go. But I advice you include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean, sattu with milk, eggs, sprouts, milk and milk products, combination of cereals and pulses, take healthy and heavy breakfast. No drink before meals. If you are non vegetarian include eggs chicken and fish in your diet. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Do regular exercise. Take small and frequent meals.

Do not take andjura mass v. Avoid it. Drink one cup three four times boiled water in sips. Avoid heavy food.

1) eat foods rich in protein like milk and milk product, eggs, chicken, meat.

2) eat energy dense foods like nuts, dates, potato, halwa, kheer etc.

3) eat fruits high in energy like banana, chickoo, sitaphal, mango, grapes.

4) eat two servings of pulses in a day esp. Soybean and urad dal.

5) have proper rest.

Change food habites. Add in your daily food carbohydrates, rich proteins, vitamines, minirales, green vegitabales, dry fruites, fruites. Do arobic excersices, yoga, walking will help.

Your diet should be rich in proteins and carbohydrates i. E dairy products, non-veg, fruits (banana, dates, mango, anzeer) go for gym for 1 hour everyday. After follow this diet if your weight remain same. It means there is some hormonal imbalance you have to go for some medical test i. E thyroid profile. Insulin fasting insulin pp. Going through these reports I can recommend your diet.

Hello. Take more calories in diet. Take white rice, potato, banana, cheese, ghee, peanut butter, soya food, protein shakes, carbohydrates, while wheat grains etc. If you are non veg then take 2 boiled eggs daily with milk. Meat and fish 2-3 times a week. Prefer full cream milk. Take amway protein powder in milk. Start alfa alfa malt. Its homoeopathic tonic. Take one one spoon three times a day. Hye, thanks for the query. Being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals. Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, rice and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and nuts. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes. Snack on nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Sheera, lassi and chikki are good choices. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite.

You can feel tired due to lack of essential nutrients, not getting enough sleep, a weak immune system, excessive drinking, skipping meals, emotional stress, and too much physical labor.
