I have very poor personality. I feel shy while talking to girls. I literally can't speak anything. Even I can't speak in audience on presentation. I have limited friends. Due to busy lifestyle I can't give maximum 2 hr per day to improve this problem. I am not good at sports as well as at studies. How I can improve myself? Also I'm watching porn from 4 years and masturbating. I'm thin and veins are visual on my hand. Pimples on face and at upper chest. Sometimes hands are shaking. I feel weakness. You are loser not because of being busy but you are obsessed with sex and at very early age fall into pervert ism. Even you did not let develop your body how could expect good at games and before girls you as confident. You live in just dreams come out of this live reality try to build your body again it will take time but thats worth it. First of all keep clear your stomach do not let constipation. Take healthy food, lots of salads do yoga, do not watch porno movies, and see to ayurvedic doctor for treatment you might be as you wish.

i suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating ......

For a healthy lifestyle Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

You should have 65 kg according to your height. Eat more food more frequently. Use bigger plate. Take lots of dense fruits, vegetables. Protein will help in this area. Dear user, you have to improve your overall health with the help of exercises and good nutrition. Start with brisk walking daily and suryanamaskar. I am giving you some good diet items to include in your diet. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Viral Hepatitis can invade the body and attack the liver systems. It has five different types, Hepatitis A, B, C, D and E. While hepatitis can be treated, it is best to prevent it in the first place.
Here are some simple, easy to follow tips that can prevent hepatitis from spreading.
1) Know how it spreads - Hepatitis can pass from individual to individual or through blood, body fluids, infected faeces. Contaminated food and water can also cause hepatitis. Hepatitis B, C and D in particular spread through contact with infected blood.

2) Get Vaccinations - Immunization can help you protect yourself against Hepatitis A and B. Vaccinations for Hepatitis C, D or E aren’t available. But Hepatitis C can be cured with anti-viral medications. For Hepatitis D, the infected person needs to get Hepatitis B to survive.

3) Avoid Sharing Personal Items - Don’t share as it is a high-risk behaviour for Hepatitis. Be sure that needles for body piercings, acupuncture and tattooing are safe and disposable to avoid the risk of contamination.

4) Avoid Sharing Grooming Items- If you are living with someone who has or is at risk of Hepatitis, make sure that you avoid sharing grooming items as undetectable quantities of blood or other bodily fluids on razors and toothbrushes can lead to spread of virus.

5) Alcohol and Drugs - Hepatitis is a high risk among people who use excessive alcohol and over the counter medications. Liver inflammation and liver damage puts individual at risk of contracting Hepatitis and therefore, alcohol or prescription drugs and herbal supplements must be avoided and taken only after physician’s consultation.

6) When Travelling- Avoid eating raw fruits, vegetables and raw shellfish, avoid eating at unhygienic places, brush teeth and rinse mouth with clean water, avoid iced drinks or adding ice to the drinks while traveling to avoid contracting the condition.

Have 6-7 meals a day. Increase your intake of carbs, proteins and fats. Never skip breakfast. Have fruit juices, milk smoothies, protein shakes. Eat eggs, meat, chicken, fish, daals, fresh fruits and veggies. Slowly increase your food intake. Boil 4 dates in milk and have it. Sometimes you may have to force yourself to eat. Eat more than three meals a day. If you naturally have a really fast metabolism, eating three meals a day, no matter whats in them, isn't going to help you bulk up.your body burns calories fast, so you need to feed it more than it can use up right away. That means eating not just when you' re hungry, but throughout the day. Aim to eat five meals a day to gain weight. Stick to whole foods loaded with nutrients. To gain healthy weight, eat food that' s nutrient rich and nourishing. while you could easily gain weight by drinking sugary sodas and eating large pizzas every day, this can wreck your metabolism and cause you to gain fat instead of muscle. When you' re choosing food to eat, try the following look for foods that are relatively unprocessed. For example, choose old-fashioned oatmeal instead of instant, and go for fresh chicken as opposed to processed lunch meat cook as many meals from scratch as you can. Avoid getting frozen dinners, fast food and snack foods, which contain a lot of salt, sugar and other fillers that aren't nutritious. Focus on protein, fats and carbohydrates. These are the three staples that will help you gain weight, and you need plenty of each of them to stay healthy. Focus on incorporating protein, fats and carbohydrates into every meal you eat so your diet stays balanced. Here are some examples of good choices in each category proteins: eggs, salmon, tuna, and other fish;, and ham; chicken breasts and thighs; lean and steaks fats: olive oil, safflower oil, coconut oil, and grape seed oil; avocados, walnuts, almonds, flaxseeds carbohydrates: fruits and vegetables; beans, lentils, peas; brown rice, whole grain bread, whole grain pasta and other whole grain products; honey and fruit juice for ayurvedic medicine consult, in 1 month weight increase 4-5 kg no side effect you take 1 month trial pack and course is for 3 months.

Follow this best Diet plan for fastly reducing your weight naturally within 4 weeks. Before you start with this diet there are a few things you should keep in mind to achieve best results: * Stay away from Chocolates, cold drinks and any other fatty but delicious food items for these 7 days. * Do not do any weight training at Gym. This is because once you gain muscles it will add to our body weight. If you want you can only do 30 mins brisk walking daily. * Try to drink as much water as you can during the day. Atleast 2-3 litres of water is recommended every day. The 7 Day Vegetarian Weight Loss Diet Day 1 – Day one of your diet is to detox your body and to drain out all kinds of toxins from it. So on day 1 you can have all kinds of “Fruits” like oranges, apples, guava, watermelon, cherries, etc… There is no restriction on the quantity of fruits you can have as much as you want, however fruits like Mango & Banana should be avoided at this stage. Also ensure that you do not take fruit juices but should stick to fruits only. Day 2 – Have a boiled mashed potato in the morning. Mix it with some onions, butter and very little spices for taste and use SENDHA SALT only. For lunch and dinner you can have raw vegetables or boil them and eat. No fruits should be taken this day. Day 3 – Day 3 will be combination of FRUITS and RAW/BOILED VEGETABLES. You can eat as much until you feel satisfied. However this day you should not take boiled potatoes, banana and mangoes. Day 4 – This is a day for Banana lovers. On day 4 you should only consume Bananas and Milk. You can consume upto 6-8 bananas with around 2-3 litres of milk throughout the day. Day 5 – This day belongs to Panner lovers. DO NOT make Paneer Bhurji or Paneer Ki Sabzi. Instead have it in the raw form or you can simply roast paneer and put some Sendha Salt over it for taste. Apart from Paneer you can also have Soya Been and Sprouts. Day 6 – This day you can take as many soups as you want and combine them with Paneer & Vegetables, as you consumed on day 5. You can also consume a Panner Stuffed parantha with very little oil in it. > Day 7 – This day you can consume combination of Rice and vegetables. It is best if you consume brown rice but if you do not like the taste then white boiled rice will also do the trick. . I can assure you that even if you follow 75% of the above diet restrictions for 7 days then you are guaranteed to lose atleast 3-5 Kgs.
