Your diet should be rich in proteins and carbohydrates i. E dairy products, non-veg, fruits (banana, dates, mango, anzeer) go for gym for 1 hour everyday. We don't recommend any medicine.

Do yoga. Take high protein diet. Take whole pulses, paneer,bolied potatoes, milk and jaggery, milk nd products, milk shake, egg, rajma,channa, chowla,sprouts. Do strach exercise alternate days. Have small nd frequent meals. Don't skip your breakfast specially.

You should go for walk and do exercise, drink water more. Include healthy food in your diet don't used junk food. You consumed protein rich food like soyabean milk and milk products, egg, sattu with milk, and combination cereals and pulses.

Dear, Doctor. Mai 24 Years ka hun, Ek mall me Accountant hun, Din bhar kaam kar ke bahut thakan ho jati hai. Raat me jaldi neend nahi aati, subah jaldi uth nahi pata hun. Or Main subah kuch bhi khata hun to khane ke bad pet me thoda dard hota hai, bahut weakness lagta hai, kuch bhi khata hun but koi fark nahi padta. Zym join kiya par 1 Month me chorna pada. Hello You need not worry. Drink plenty of water. Take 3 main meals and 2 side meals. Don't skip breakfast. Sleep for 7-9 hours per night. Start your day with peanut butter sandwich. After 2 hours take 500ml milk. After 2 hours take 2-3 chapati with ghee applied along with paneer curry. Evening banana shake. Take apple before workout. After workout take 1 scoop of whey protein powder. Dinner take 2-3 chapati with ghee applied along with paneer or soya curry. Thank you

You should tell that which diet you r taking at present. Also inform if you have any digestion problem. You should do exercise daily and walking 3 to 5 km daily. Drink plenty of water atleast three to four ltr. Daily. Semi solid die t fibre food fruits salad etc. You should take daily. Avoid junk and oily food.

Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy eggs nuts fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements. They will not work in isolation. You have to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.

Sunken jaws bone are actually not possible. You may had loose muscle mass from your face. You can gain muscle mass by inc protien diet. You will gain it back unless you had a injury and refered alteration.
