Tips for weight gain 1) eat foods rich in protein like milk and milk product, eggs, chicken, meat. 2) eat energy dense foods like nuts, dates, potato, halwa, kheer etc. 3) eat fruits high in energy like banana, chickoo, sitaphal, mango, grapes. 4) eat two servings of pulses in a day esp. Soybean and urad dal. 5) have proper rest.

Hello, I'm doing too much cardio and dieting also. My weight down 8 kg with in 2 month, but after weight loss my weight continues down 4 kg with in month. Gaining weight can be achieved by good diet. Have a good diet with more rice and chapaties. Have abundant fruits and green vegetables to bring back the glow. Have a glass of milk daily before going to sleep and not in morning. Do not need to discontinue the excercise and the dark circles and skinny look is temporary and will vanish as body balances to knew shcedule. Diet plays a important role. Do more weight lifting excercises to gain muscle mass.

Dear lybrate user, masturbation for couple of a day in a week is healthier but frequent indulgence may b injurious for your life, even it may damage your conjugal relationship in future. It may cause, erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, bending down of penis, glans may go flabby and penis relaxed, pain in penis due to over compression of vein, nerve of penis. Go for meditation to generate confidence to quit this injurious practice. Almond milk is also a great way to put on some pounds. Boil milk with almonds, dried figs and dates. Strain the milk and consume it warm every single day for about a month. Do not throw away the boiled almonds, figs and dates. Munch on them to get all the nutrition.

Meal # 1 (Breakfast) 4 hard-boiled egg whites. 1 Egg white omelet in olive oil. 2 slices of brown bread. 1 serving (30 gms) of plain oatmeal with skim milk (I prefer add 10 Almonds and 20 grams Walnuts and few raisins for taste). Meal # 2 (Snack) 1 serving of broccoli. 3 hard-boiled eggs whites. Meal # 3 (Lunch) Half tandoori chicken. 1 roti. 1 cup of mixed vegetables (Specially cucumber). 1 apple. Meal # 4 (Post workout meal) 1 Banana with whey protein shake. Meal #5 (Dinner) 2 large cups of vegetables and fruits (Including cucumber, watermelon and papaya). ½ cup spinach. 5-6 berries such as strawberries. Masturbation is harmless.

Add 1spoon honey and chawanprash in morning and evening and have 2 cups of milk wth almonds kishmish banana in morning and evening. Avoid fry spicy junk food and aerated drinks and do 30mints of exercise in the day avoid excess salt and spices. Do deep breathing 5times inhale exhale from left nostril than same from right nostril.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. You can take 2 bowl of careals (moong/chana daal) on the place of curd or cheese. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 10-12 pieces of dry fruits or 3-4 pieces of dates (khajoor). * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. Exercise is very important so that muscles gain mass from the heathy diet. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy

You should take every 2 hourly meal and fix your meal timing and include good amount of nuts and High Proteins Like Eggs, lean meat, fish, skinless chicken, pulses, sprouts, and dairy products that rich sources of proteins. Please take fruit shakes (Like banana, mango) + 5-6 almonds and 1-2 walnuts or you can take a fistful of dryfruits.In lunch have multigrain roti + 1bowl dal /palak paneer/ egg white bhurji + 1bowl salad.
