Allergies are mostly the tendency of a body to certain allergent to which body reacts. You need to take a proper treatment for this. Along with it you should avoid dust to some extent. Avoid direct sunlight,apply sunscreen lotion or any scarf while going out. Shun sun is good homoeopathic cream for sun tan or allergies.

It means you are not infected with HIV. However repeat the test after 3 months of exposure for further confirmation since HIV virus has a window period of 3 months before it is detected.

1.Take 11 guava leaves, 11 black pepper, 1 cup milk and one cup water. Put all of them in pot and boil it well, when it reduced to one cup, drink in empty stomach. Take this daily for at least six months or a year.
2.Boil cumin seeds in water and inhale the steam. It helps dilate the bronchial passage.
3.Take 5 gm of ginger, black pepper, cardamom, clove, cinnamon, turmeric and 30 gm of sugar. Grind the mix to a powder. Take half to one teaspoonful and mix it nicely with honey. Take it twice a day
4.Pulses like old rice (rice which is stored for at least one year is called old), wheat, barley, kulattha, mung beans, arhar beans, etc . should be consumed.
5.Honey, warm drinks like herbal teas, spice teas are also okay.
6.Sprouts, nuts and seeds can be taken in moderate amount.
7.The heavy foods and those which make ama should be avoided. This mainly includes milk products like cheese, curd, butter milk, creams, and banana, etc.
8.Oily, greasy and fried foods which are difficult to digest should be avoided.
9.White flour and white sugar products should be avoided.
10.In addition, try to avoid the cold foods, cold drinks and other refrigerated things.
11.Avoid excessive or physically demanding exercise. Yoga and Pranayama can be helpful.

lybrate-user take small frequent meals instead of three major meals. Include whole grains and use atta with bran take high fibre diet which include lots of fresh fruits (avoid mango, cheeku) and vegetables.
Avoid sweets and desserts Drink atleast 10-12 glasses of water.
Avoid drinking calories in form of juices and carbonated drinks. Avoid eating junk food, fried food and maida products.
Try to eat home made food as much as possible.
Move yourself use stairs, walk to near by places instead of using any vehicle include at least 45-60 minutes workout in your routine.
Quit smoking or drinking if any
Take sound sleep of at least 7-8 hours.

Hi lybrate-user If you have acidity from long then you need to consult gastroenterolgist for proper investigation either Ugi endoscopy and 24 hr pH manometry to rule out diagnosis.
For now avoid spicy and fast food.
Have your dinner 2 hr before sleep.
Tab Pantocid 40 mg OD before breakfast for 15 days.

Bp rises cuz you hv acidity. Timely food and sleep contributes alot to acidity. If it's possible buy astachoornam. Mix 1 teaspoon of choorna with 2 ml ghee and have it along with the first bolus of lunch (rice). Continue it for 1 month. Your acidity reduces.
