The best natural medicines for loose motion is jeera (cumin). Chew 5 grams jeera in morning and after chewing it drink half glass lukewarm water, within a day your loose motion will be cured still if the problem is not solved you can consult with privately, I would suggest don't go for antibiotics because they have their own side effects. Eat this 3 times a day first in morning empty stomach second in afternoon and thirdly in evening around 7 to 8 p. M. Your stomach pain will also be cured jeera. Keep taking for 20 days.

Hello, you seem to be sleeping only for 4 hours a day however human body needs atleast 6-8 hours of sleep to work efficiently. Try avoiding caffiene rich items like tea, coffee, colas 4 hours prior to sleep. Have warm milk at bedtime add khas- khas and elaichi powder to it. Take warm water bath and then try to sleep. If this does not work then consult your physician. Also try to do 60 minutes of physical activity daily but not closer to sleeping time.

For pain take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and Eat nutritious food and have adequate fluid intake and take physical rest and Avoid spicy food in your diet and Also avoid peanuts and potatoes in your diet

Take ashvagandha kshirpak with sunthi churna and cow ghee twice a day. Do pranayam and suryanamaskar daily twice a day. Don't take junk food, fry food.
