What should I do?
For weight gain proper nutrition is a must. 1) you can start including more milk, cow ghee, fruits & vegetables in your diet. 2) stop eating junk & processed food. 3) make a habit of consuming one well ripen banana with a cup of warm milk with a tsp of ghee. 4) eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk over night. 5) boost up your apettite by working out daily for atleast 30 mins. If you want ayurvedic medicine for weight gain, then consult me privately. There is a very good ayurvedic medicine for weight gain, that increases 3 to 8 kg weight in the 1st month itself, without any side effects. The main part is weight does not come down after stopping, as it is completely ayurvedic.

If you don't wants to start again you take Noni syrup take on first day 5 ml end add normal water full of glass take a sip of it keep few second in mouth end take in in this way consume complite glass after 4 days incrises 5 to 10 ml this 10 ml take for 3 month. After taking syrup take tour food 30minuties letter. Before lynch end dinner if not pissibal dueibg lunch take in night once will also help after 3 month you will forgets drinks you health will also improved. Experimented advice your friends also leave drinks end live healthy.

Log mujhe dekh kar kahte hain ki tum khana khate ho ya nahi mujhe bahut bura lagata hai main koi dhang ke kapre bhi nahi pahan pata .mujhe is samsya ka koi upay bataye .taki main apna vajan badha kar apne body ko supaul bana sakoon. please sir help me.

Hi ,to increase your weight: 1. Add fruits and aanwla to your diet to increase vit c which will increase your appetite 2. Rice and potatoes increase weight but recommended for short term only 3. Take some multivitamin 4. Keep walking in morning as regular exercise AND 1.Don't drink water before meals. However, if you still want, you can try out various stretching exercises. For weight gain, -Eat more calories than your body burns. -Eat lots of foods that are calorie-dense. This includes various nuts and dry fruits, bananas, potatoes, rice, peanut butter. -Drink milk daily. -Consume more proteins and carbohydrates. -Increase your regular meal portions by some amount. -If you eat non-veg food, eat it more often. -Exercise a little.
