Hello, to gain weight & energy you need to follow the under noted tips. You should take, 1200-1600 calories through dietary regulation tk, apples, carrots, cheese, ripened mangoes, soya been, rajma, papaya, bananas, milk, pumpkins, spinach, almonds, walnuts, chicken soup, regularly. - tk, banana with hot milk and butter in d breakfast. - add, ghee in lunch with sprouts, salad, & fruits. - - go for aerobics for 30 mnts. - go for meditation, yoga to reduce your stress and to nourish cells, tissues to enshape your body & to restore your energy, lost. - go for cycling, jogging, skipping, hanging on a bar in a garden. - tk, your diet b easily digestible, simple, non - irritant, on time. - tk, homoeo medicine which r gentle in use, acts rapidly without any adverse effect, thereof @ five phos6x-4 tbs, with little lukewarm water, thrice. @ alfalfaq-10 drops, thrice with little water, orally. Importance of Avoiding Carbs in Dinner for Weight Loss

Ideal dinner should not be rich in carbs but fibers. If you intend to lose weight, avoid carbs in dinner. 

There are many reasons of avoiding carbs in dinner.

1. Gets converted to fat: carbohydrates should only be taken during daytime as muscles require fuel to do different activities and utilize carbs to convert in energy. During night we don’t do as intense workouts as the daytime like in office or household work. If carbohydrates are taken in dinner, muscles absorb carbohydrates and store them in form of fat tissues due to lack of any activities except sleep and inner organs’ functioning.

2. Increases your sugar levels: including carbohydrates in your dinner also increases blood sugar level which is harmful for diabetes patients.

3. Makes your digestion difficult: avoiding carbs also improves your digestion. Replace it with more fiber foods instead.

Hello, •Go for meditation to nourish his entire body to strengthen his cell & tissues improving his body in a healthy manner to  double his stamina. •Tk,  plenty of water to hydrate his body, regulating his metabolism to absorb, proteins, vitamins, minerals to enshape his body. •His diet be easily digestible, thrice a day, preferably -high in protein, carbohydrates- and fats, take  fish, eggs, chicken to energise his body. • Tk,  apples, carrots, potatoes, sweet- potatoes, milk,  almonds. •Tk, banana with hot milk in the breakfast. •Add ghee in lunch. Sir I am severely infected by Ringworm fungal infection in groin area. Despite of application of antifungal creams it is not vanishing completely. It tends to come again and again. Please suggest the treatment to get rid of it.

Hello, ringworm is a contagious itching skin disease occurring in small circular patches, caused by any of a number of fungi. Take a single dose of tuberculinum 200ch, 5 drops, from the next day take tellurium 30, 5 drops once daily. Apply topi azadirachta ointment. Revert after 7 days.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating. When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Hello, Take homoeopathic medication - Schwabe's Tellurium 30/ thrice daily for 2weeks. Also, use it's Refreshing cool bathing bar. Thereafter, report me for further guidance.
