Hello, you can opt for laser de-tanning treatment that is very effective. You can also de tan your skin by applying yogurt on the affected areas and rinse after drying everyday, for about a week. After that, use moisturiser that comes with spf 15 to 30. For dry skin, apply sun screens like fabindia vitamin e/himalaya protective sun screen/vlcc sun block. Before bed time, wash your face nicely and apply a moisturiser to keep your skin hydrated.

During mensural cramp. I'm suffering from too much of stomach pain. If I take tablets ly thn my stomach pain cures. Can you give me any suggestions to avoid tablets and avoid stomach pain during those periods. N i'm too lean can you give me some suggestions too become fat.

Hi , during pain, you take sbl's dysmin. Those tablets daily thrice r 4 times in periods time. If its more, you can increase the frequency of intake of tabs. Each time 2-3 tabs. You can start 2 days before expecting the day, as precautionary. For permanent relief, I need few more details abt you as a whole. First try this n letme know.

Few diet tips - not to eat fried food items and can eat all green vegetables, moong, chana, dal, rice etc and to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati and to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day and if possible eat eggs on alternate days and if possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla and eat seasonal fruit.

The first thing you have to do is to develop a positive attitude towards your goal. You need to understand that transforming your physique is going to take a lot of time. These things don't work that easily. It's going to take a lot of hard work and consistency 1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. Begin with body weight exercises like push up, pull up and squats. Weight training proves to be really helpful if you want to gain good quality weight. Train each body part twice a week. For example: Monday/Thursday: Chest + Triceps Tuesday/Friday: Back + Biceps Wednesday/Saturday: Legs + Shoulders Don't forget to warm up for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Warm up includes jumping, rope skipping, treadmill, cycling, stair climbing, etc. 2. Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 2 - 3 hours. Some of the recommended food items are boiled chicken and eggs, brown rice, brown bread, peanut butter, olive oil (extra virgin), green tea, dry fruits etc. 3. Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4. Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats are best sources of healthy carbohydrates but do not include these items in your dinner. 5. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Boiled chicken and eggs are the best sources of fat free protein. Sprouts are also rich in protein. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

Follow the tips *clean your skin gently with a mild face wash removing all dirt or make-up. Wash many times a day with plain water. *get an adequate amount of sleep. *avoid touching your face with your hands or try to squeeze pimples, it may leave permanent scars and spread the infection. *make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *avoid fried and spicy food. *include fruits, raw vegetables and fresh vegetable juices in your diet. *avoid stress and anger. *avoid harsh skin products.

Masturbation does not increase acne. Acne and hair fall could be exacerbated by stress and anxiety. Treatment of acne needs treatment under a Skin specialist to keep it under control and prevent re-emergence of new crops. Similar is the case with hair falls. Take adequate precaution against mosquito bite. It can transmit diseases like malaria, dengue, chikungunya 1. Take anti mosquito measures like use of mosquito net, mosquito repellent, 2. It is usually due to stress or defeciency of vitamin/ iron and I will suggest you to take tablet oroferxt once a day for three months

I am 28 years male with body weight 130 kg and height of 5'10. I am unable to control my increase in weight and have tried already various types of diet and exercise prog. They work for a while, but later I always gain more weight. It's more of Yo-yo effect. I am although very active in my daily life. But increasing waist line, fat, weight in huge concern for me. I am a vegetarian as well. Have adopted to oats, muselli, cereals etc. I eat 2-3 spoon of oats/muselli with 300 ml of double toned milk in the morning, Lunch is usually 2 chapati's (wheat or wheat bran) with vegetable or dal (1 katori) diet namkeen with green tea in evening and again dinner in same quantity as lunch. The only change would be a pair of home cooked sandwich. I would have tried more or less in last so many years but am still the present situation. I do not have any thyroid, diabetes or BP problem. Is there a permanent solution that I can look out for, Would a weight loss surgery be the last solution? What else should I think about?

Can I apply onion juice on oiled hair or I have to first wash off the oil? Just want to know weather onion juice will have similar effect as it has on normal hair or is there any bad effect of applying it on oiled hair? Dear lybrate user. A) apply paste of fresh lemon juice and fine powder of turmeric and black cumin seeds on face with gentle massage, two times in a day. B) take 30 ml of aloe vera juice and 30 ml of khadirarishta, at night before sleep. C) take 30 ml of divya shwasari pravahi (patangali ayurveda) along with 30 ml of water after meals. D) take 2-2 tablets of chandraprabha vati and aarogyavardhini rasa after meals. Do all these things for 15 days. It gives you good result. Consult to me for further suggestions. Thanks.

Epilepsy is a neurological disease and children of person suffering from epilepsy are more vulnerable to have seizure disorder. This means children may have or may not have the disease. If a pregnant lady suffers from epileptic fits it may cause abortion or some birth defects. Secondly few anti epileptic drugs may also harm the fetus. So before planning pregnancy the lady should be put on some safer anti epileptic drug. Folic acid prevents the harmful effects of anti epileptic drugs and reduces the chances of birth defects in child.
