Don't purse or bite your lips. Avoid smoking, it'll increase flaking of your lips. Cut down on alcohol. Flavoured coloured lip balms can aggravate your situation. Menthol containing products vil increase the agitation. Silver coated sweets shud not be taken. Apply lip moisturiser twice daily, you can also use ghee, malai or vaseline. Protect your lips with sunscreen half an hour before stepping out. Severe cases, vil also need medications.

Some out of fatigue, some because of having a heavy lunch and some others because they do not get a good night? S sleep. Whatever be the reason, a few exercises and some discipline can help you get rid of such sleep cravings. Few ways to avoid daytime sleepiness are: 1. Set a routine: Try to go to sleep and wake up at about the same time every day. This resets your circadian rhythm and helps developing your sleeping pattern. 2. At least 30 minutes of workout is important for every individual. Go for walks, go to the gym, take up yoga or aerobics - regardless of the kind of exercise you are doing. When the body gets exercise, so does the brain and you are refreshed to take on the rest of the day. 3. Go to bed gadget free: Keep your books, mobile, tab, laptop and TV remote away from the bed. Stay calm and do not have heated conversations. Your nerves need calm down as you to sleep. 4. Get enough sleep: Ensure you sleep enough every night so that it doesn? T ruin your day. Considering your age breast cancer is less likely. If the lump is painful it is because of some inflammation. It will reduce after some time. I suggest you to watch it carefully. If it increases in size, you develop pain it is better to tell your mom. You should not be afraid to talk about these kind of health problems. Ask your mom to take you to a general surgeon or ob/gyn doctor. She will examine and tell what exactly is that lump. Nothing to worry. I'm strongly of the opinion that its not cancer. Take care.

Your joint pains and tiered ness could be related to many factors. Please get your vitamin d level checked. Most likely it will be very low and that could be one reason. Your diet should be a balanced one- small frequent meals is better than 2-3 large ones. Hello, it is unlikely that in her case pregnancy would be a concern as she was not involved sexually with her bf, so the delay is most likely to be stress induced or due to a possibility of pcos as well. This needs to be investigated if her cycles have been irregular since last 6months but if this has been a primary episode than she can wait for next 3 months maintaining a menstrual calendar to watch for the pattern of bleed. If pregnancy has been ruled out for documentation then she can opt for a withdrawal bleed with progesterones. Regards.

Dear, if you tired very fast and feeling weakness. Then you will definitely recover from weakness by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. Very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. You can also do pranayams like anulom vilom for better results. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can take ashvagandha churn of baidyanath 1 teaspoon with milk daily for 2 months atleast to get your strength back. * check out your haemoglobin level in 3 months, if it is low you get tired early. So get treatment of low haemoglobin (anemia). If you have any disease like asthma /diabetes / hypertension, then get complete treatment of them. * avoid all fast foods and habit of smoking or drinking. You surely get great strength and recover from weakness by following these important things.
