None of the statements are correct. Breast Enlargement is one of the most frequently performed surgeries and we are the premier center in central India since last 30 years. To the best of our knowledge no medicines or creams work to increase the breast Size. Enlargement can be done with fat grafting or silicone breast implants. Breast enlargement. Silicone implants are the gold standard world over, very short operative procedure with very gratifying results. The creams and capsules have never actually worked, but since every one is not immediately ready for surgery so the companies use these gimmicks to market their products. If there is lack of substance then augmentation with a silicone implant is the best choice and a gold standard procedure. It is a day care procedure and you are discharge in a very short time from the hospital and it brings about an instant change in breast size and self esteem. Almost 10 crore implants are in use and so it is extremely safe. There is no medication to give the results. No one wants surgery unless it is necessary. NO Creams or Pills actually work except psychologically. Surgery is the only answer. Like nose or face breast also comes in all shapes and sizes. Size does not matter from functional point of view but has an emotional side to it. The surgery is almost painless because there are enough medications to keep the pain under control. There is no natural way to increase Breast size, except that after child birth the size may become and remain bigger.

I am 22 years girl. Now a new teeth grown 2-3 days before so pain my total mouth. What is the any solution of this problem?

It's not a new tooth. It's a wisdom tooth which comes after the age of 18 only. For wisdom tooth : If the wisdom tooth has erupted fully and in a proper position then we can save it by dental cement filling. If the cavity is deep and near or into the pulp then we can save it by root canal treatment. Ideally we should save natural tooth structure if its fits in above criterias. If the wisdom teeth has erupted in a such way that it's disturbing other tooth structures and we don't have any option left for saving it then only you should go for removal. The wisdom tooth usually causes pain because of its uneven position distrubing adjacent teeth and some times swelling of the tissues around the tooth causing pericoronitis ( i.e inflamation of the surrounding soft tissues ) causing pain. Wisdom tooth which is usually considered as an extra tooth having no role in mastication (i.e chewing of food) On other hand removal of wisdom tooth have much advantages rather than any disadvantage.. Retaining wisdom tooth some times results in food lodgement within and between adjacent tooth ,results in caries ( decay ) of the adjacent tooth. So for improper erupted wisdom tooth, removal is the only and best available option to the date. Which in turn also helps in preserving other tooth structures. Jay Swaminarayan.

Hye. Thanks for the query. Maintaining body weight is not a one time effort that you try, succeed or fail or drop the actions that take you there. You are what you eat. Your weight is nothing but a balance of how much you eat and how much you burn or exercise. Understanding this art of balance will make it easy to maintain your body weight. Walking, swimming, strength training as well as eating are all calorie burning processes. Along with this if you eat sensibly; then you will see the scales move. There is no short cut to losing weight. You have to eat the right foods at the right time. Eat small but frequent meals.     Reduce your main meals by a small amount. Take a glass of lime water 10minutes before meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed.                        Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing.     It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called fad, crash diets, medicines, pills or supplements will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, lose that fat not muscle mass.

Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. But please don't worry about your night fall. Night fall happens due to a natural process and it is never unhealthy. Your feeling of tiredness is due to your anxiety and fear about nightfall. You can stop your nightfall just by masturbating once a week. Again, masturbation is also not unhealthy. Take care.

Measure your temperature and tell me reading Avoid exertion Take tablet paracetamol 500 mg after food (If No Drug Allergy) as and when required for fever more than 99 f (maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days Take proper diet homemade food like moong dal dalia, chapati etc Get CBC checked and review with reports consult privately

Hello everyone. My name is Dr. Achal Gupta and I am a physiotherapist for past 9 years. I am also a Heal Your Life teacher and life.   • The first is to take care of your body. Your body is a temple you live in taking care of body and appreciating the physical world you are in. It really really helps a positive flow of energy through your body and your mind.
  • The second way of loving yourself is to be your own cheerleader. When you appreciate yourself and praise yourself your soul source high and the flow of positive energy is enormous through your being. ​
  • The Third way of loving yourself is claiming the power and the power is always in the present moment when we are focusing on the present moment and be mindful positively on the present.

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).
