You don't have to worry about sex power. Worry is weakness. You need to take MRI and probably you will get cure by procedure called endoscopic discectomy which we perform at our Center. This is button hole day care surgery without stitches.

The headache can be stress induced. The best thing is to relax and do few minutes of meditation. If it’s bad than you may take pain killers. In case headache persists more than 3-4 weeks you need to consult pain physician who can guide you with proper diagnosis. Hope this helps.

My back of the neck feels tight and mostly in the morning, it's not that it pains a lot, but it feels uneasy n also makes the head heavy and disturbs sleep .When I press it on certain points ,the pain or tightness lessens. I had neck cervical 4 -5 years back .So should I go for neck x-ray to check for the same and which points. As I have muscular dystrophy or suggest otherwise.

Morning stiffness and neck pain can be explained by cervical muscle spasm, or cervical spondylosis. X-ray and Mri are good option. I would suggest that you should consult pain clinic near by who will be good in diagnosis and treatment if such chronic pain conditions.

The commonest cause is cervical muscle spasm and trigger points. The pain may radiates to areas you mentioned. But occasionally it may be other issues in neck and face. You need examination by pain specialist in your city so they can pin point your cause of pain and treat accordingly.

Looks like he is having neuropathic pain and may be CRPS - I (a condition where there is nerve damage and pain after that. There are few treatments like lumbar sympathetic blocks, ketamine infusion and spinal cord stimulation to treat this. You also need to optimise the drug dosages as sometimes improper dosage may not be successful in relieving the pain.

I had a lot of back pain and consulted a physiotherapist. He stated that my spine is not aligned and will need correction. So he did some procedures like heat therapy and another machine that gave small currents on my back and then some manual correction in which he was pulling my neck. Anyway I went for one sitting and since then I feel very dizzy when I sleep on my back. Im fine while standing or laying sideways. Is this normal and what should I do to not be dizzy?

If it's an acute pain (4 weeks or less) you should get better with medicines and physio. If it's not resolving or increasing beyond this point, you may have to show the spine and pain specialist, do some tests like X-ray/ MRI and treat it early for complete cure. Hope this helps.
