Try this-- Don't drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories. Eat more often. Squeeze in an additional meal or snack whenever you can, such as before bed. Drink milk. Drinking whole milk to quench thirst is a simple way to get in more high-quality protein and calories. Try weight gainer shakes. If you’re really struggling then you can try weight gainer shakes. These are very high in protein, carbs and calories. Use bigger plates. Definitely use large plates if you’re trying to get in more calories, as smaller plates cause people to automatically eat less. Add cream to your coffee. This is a simple way to add in more calories. Get quality sleep. Sleeping properly is very important for muscle growth. Don't smoke. Smokers tend to weigh less than non-smokers, and quitting smoking often leads to weight gain.

Take high protein foods like all milk and milk products, eggs, pulses, sprouts, nuts, tofu, rajmah, chole, soyabean, paneer, chicken, fish etc. take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. .

Hi Sir, I am 27 year old male. A year back I had a ligament tear while playing soccer, my doctor told me to let it heal naturally, However its still unstable. I thought it healed but recently I think I teared again. I would like to buy a supporter for knee. Kindly suggest me a good knee supporter and please let me know in case I need to undergo a surgery. u need to MRI for confirm diagnosis to ur ligaments tear. if Ligaments tear in Grade 1or 2 it will be conservative healing with Immobilize ur knee with long knee braces for 4-6 weeks. if grade 3 tear then it goes to knee ARTHROSCOPIC surgery . post surgery it take 2 month for complete Recovery.

Hey lybrate-user, for your height your weight should be - 72 kgs. Its good that you have set short term goal for yourself. One thing I would recommend if you have not done it, go for thyriod fuction test. Secondly you might be feeling you are eating enough food and going to gym but its also important to have right food at right time to increase weight or see effects For further correcting your diet you can get in touch with me.

Hi. I know it is not a good idea to take steroids for body building. What are the supplements which are non harmful and can boost my protein mass without adding fats in my body. U need to take a high protein high calorie diet have meat skinny men who are vegans or vegetarians may curl their toes while reading this. But meat is considered a muscle fibre. Besides, it is full of fats, proteins and hormonal precursors that help you to put on size more quickly. Although you can get adequate proteins from plants, it's far more difficult to go the vegetarian route. Besides, you'll need to eat an extra 500-1000 calories each day over and above your basic metabolic rate. This high volume of food and protein should include foods that naturally increase testosterone, including grass-fed beef, eggs and seafood (other lower-calorie testosterone-supporting veggies include garlic and broccoli). Eat consistently if you are sincerely trying to put on muscle, you should be consuming a pre-workout, a post-workout meal and at least four to five additional helpings through the day. This may seem like plenty of eating, but this is what it takes to build significant muscle if you're really slim. Experts explain, strength training is glycolytic, which means it burns a high amount of carbohydrates. Because of this, you must not go into any muscle building workout without having eaten about 300-600 calories of a carbohydrate-containing meal two to three hours prior. This meal can include potatoes, wholegrains, oatmeal, quinoa, brown rice or any other healthy carbohydrate source. If you eat another similar meal after your workout, you'll be able to put on size more quickly, as your muscles will rapidly absorb the sugars after a work out.

According to your height your ideal weight should be 62 kgs. Take high protein foods like all milk and milk products, eggs, pulses, sprouts, nuts, tofu, rajmah, chole, soyabean, paneer, chicken, fish etc. To gain muscle mass.
