I would suggest lose weight through diets, as after liposuction too. Not to gain again. You have to focus on diets only. Then y surgery. You can lose upto 5-7 kg in a month.

Suffering from anal pain. There are some extra skin type things around anus. Pain increase when passing stool. What should I do?

PGDMLS, PGDHHM, LLB, PhD Surgery, MS - General Surgery
General Surgeon, Gurgaon
This may be due to piles or fissure, with some degree of constipation. I would suggest some general measures like 1. Take lot of vegetables & fruits in your diet 2. Avoid chillies & spices 3. Take lot of fluids 4. Avoid constipation 5 periodically do anal exercises (alternately contracting & relaxing the buttocks, anal area & upper thighs) 6. Take sitz bath 3-4 times a day. This means sitting in a tub of warm water & doing anal exercises 7. Antiworm tablets (eg zentel) once a week for 4-6 weeks 8. Apply some oil or cream on the skin around the anal verge with gentle massage, once or twice a day 9. Atleast once get it examined by a general surgeon to rule out specific conditions.

Good Morning I just want to ask you that today when I am doing toilet I haven seen little amount of blood in my porty.

BAMS
Ayurveda, Bangalore
Hi, Hi, Blood in motions is seen in piles, fissures, ulcerative colitis, colon cancer, etc. For diagnostic purpose, do a colonoscopy and consult a general surgeon for further management. Avoid hot and spicy food. Take some laxatives if you have constipation. Drink plenty of fluids and consume high fiber diet. Get treated at the earliest, otherwise, you will suffer from severe anaemia due to heavy blood loss.

I experienced diarrhea, chilling in stomach, bloating and short term cramp. My doctor tested stool for OPC, CBC, and endoscopy. I have had my endoscopy last week. It shows "mild patchy non erosive antral gastritis" Other tests shows normal. I am feeling better now except occasional chilling and bloating. I have heard this is non curable and have to take medicine for lifetime. Is it really non curable?

What should I do?

MD - Homeopathy

This is most probably a life style disorder. Mostly because of lack of physical exertion. Make some changes to that especially not taking heavy meals at a time. Take at least 10-15 mins walk after the larger meals. Avoid eating high calorie food. Do some regular exercises in the morning. If these things does not relieve your ailment then consult for proper treatment.
