I'm suffering from gas problem it continue more than five to six years now I am 35, I work as a accountant so, always siting in. Front of desktop i'm feeling very unfit from last two years i'm not fatty but belly is so increased my waist is 36 and belly 42 inch. So please tell me how to reduce my gas and leg shoulder elbow join pain? one things missing that is I have dysentery long time.

Due to strain avoid playing do rest tk muscle relaxant medicine and hot fermentation if it work then ok otherwise physiotherapy treatment tens and ultrasonic therapy after relief do stretching exercise before playing and in daily routine.

How much time knee bending takes after multiple ligament injury and meniscus tear.
If a conservative, nonsurgical approach is taken, the pain and swelling of a torn meniscus should resolve within a few days. Recovery and rehabilitation becomes a long-term commitment, as does making certain that the muscles surrounding the knee are kept strong to promote joint stability. If knee arthroscopy is performed, the rehabilitation process balances swelling and healing. The goal is to return range of motion to the knee as soon as possible. Physical therapy is an important part of the surgery process, and most therapists work with the orthopedic surgeon to return the patient to full function as soon as possible. After surgery, once the swelling in the knee joint resolves, the goal of therapy is to increase the strength of the muscles surrounding the knee, return range of motion to normal, and promote and preserve stability of the joint. The prognosis for return to normal activity is good but depends upon the motivation of the patient to work hard with their physical therapist and to continue that work at home after formal therapy has been completed.

Change food habites. Add in your daily food calcium, vitamines,minirales, green vegitabales, salad,milk end milk products, dry fruites, fruites,etc. You take R compound tabet 2 after breakfast, 2 after lunch, 2 after dinner for one month than 2 after lunch end 2 after dinner. Massaje Maha narayan taila on painful area. Consult me. Dr. Tare.

1 week ago I took one injection in my hip, for stomach problem, loose motion. After week that hip portion is paining. And it has spreader over a region of circle of 2 cm. I am also suffering from illness. Is it typhoid.

It might not be. Just consult a surgeon and check if the site of injection is not turning into abscess. Till then you may take homoeopathic medicine Ledum Pal 30 tds for 1 day.

I suggest you follow the below for your condition: take mag phos 6x - thrice daily for next 2 weeks and update. Also do mri of the affected area. Heat and ice packs. Heat and/or cold therapy helps relieve most types of low back pain by reducing inflammation. Often patients use ice, but some prefer heat. Both may be used alternately.

Apply some pain relieving ointment available in the market. But do not massage. Pain not relieved ,consultation is required.

My wife is 38 years old. She has a back ache and the pain extends to the toe of right leg. She has pain while walking. Also. When she gets up in morning its very difficult. Feel numbness in leg many times and feels as a nerve from back to toe is paining.
