Hi there are multiple causes for shoulder pain like. Muscular, tendonitis, ligament tear etc. It will be good if you visit physiotherapist or orthopaedic doctor for diagnosis. Hi, You might have picked some intestinal infection after eating outside food. Be on bland diet, drink plenty of water and take tab. Kutaja 1 tab 3 times a day and tab. Yogaraja guggulu 1 tab 3 times a day. If the symptoms do not subside, then get your routine stool examination done and revert back with the reports.

Dear I am sorry to say. That terminology you used is misinformation. It's not a spinal cord but a vertebral column. Its full subject of discussion. Primarily you should consult at least basic spine doctors. As we see regularly case's of spine problems. Out of these sometimes present with tumor that presents with pain too. So taking things casually lead to pay price of ignorance. And adoption of unwanted treatment may be deleterious. Get done needful radiological investigation like mri spine along with some relevant test if be required.

X-ray must and tk heat fermentation with rest time and apply pain relief ointment if it work then ok otherwise tk physiotherapy treatment for few days avoid long sitting and toward bending. Do stretching exercise after relief in daily routine.

Backache in young age is commonly due to 1. Muscle strain resulting from improper posture during gym or daily activities. 2. Intervertebral disc bulge or prolapse. Follow these to get relief. 1. Take anti inflammatory drugs like ibuprofen round the clock for 5 days for pain relief. 2. Take rest for 3 to 4 days but avoid total bed rest. 4. Do back strengthening and stretching exercises daily once pain is relieved. 5. Apply analgesic cream over back followed by warm fomentation. 6. Keep pillow behind your knees at bedtime. While sleeping on sides keep pillow between knees. 7. Do not bend and lift weights. 8. If back pain is accompanied with radiating leg pain or tingling, numbness or weakness, consult immediately don't worry such backache resolves with proper care as advised above. * take calcium rich diet daily. Take a glass (300 ml) of full cream milk daily or 100 gm of cheese or 1-2 eggs regularly. * give a gentle oil massage to knees regularly and wrap your knees with cloth dipped in hot water for atleast 10-15 minutes. * wear knee cap or wrap crape bandage during walk for knee support. * sit atleast for 5-8 minutes in sunlight in morning or evening for vitamind. *avoid heal shoe and wear only flat shoes for balanced load on knees. * check out your blood sugar level and hemoglobin level in every 6 months. * if you have any history of rheumatoid arthritis in family then checkout your ra factor. * take guggalu tablets if himalaya one tablet daily for atleast 3 months. * take a piece of garlic, crush it and boil it a glass of milk and drink daily for fast pain relief.

Please try to do regular back strengthening exercises and maintaing a good posture while sitting and studying will definitely help in the long run. Though the benefit of exercises and posture might take 3-4 month to be apparent.

Dear consult with a physiotherapist becoz you need badly to do self stretching of calf, hamstring and paraspinal muscles and take hot fermentation at home.

I am 26 yrs old I have shoulder pain from past 5 yrs. I had xray but no ligament tear. I was prescribed with calcium injection and had no problems for 6 months. Later same pain occurs. If I ride bike the pain increases with the distance I travel.

5 years! when do you have maximum pain? did you get injured while throwing something? can you throw properly? it may be slap tear. Ligament, capsule, labrum can't be seen on x rays. You may need mri.
