Pain is due to overexertion Apply hot fomentation Do contrast bath therapy for both hands & feet- take hot water in one tub & cold water in another, first dip hands/feet in hot water for 3 min then immediately in cold water for 1 min, keep repeating for 20-25 min, twice a day.

Since how many days are you suffering from this pain? you should start physiotherapy exercises for frozen shoulder. It may take up to 6 months for pain relief.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Kindly take BioD3 Max 1 tab dailyx10 Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x5days Do back(spine)/shoulder/knee exercises Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take Do not ignore it. It may have to be further investigated. It could be beginning of a serious problem. If no relief in 4_5 days,then contact me again. Contact your family doctor or nearest hospital for emergency help.

Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

You have mentioned pain in thighs and foot region, do you actually feel it is a radiating pain from your lower back region which is going in the legs? do you also suffer from lower back pain? is there any associated numbness, weakness in legs and paresthesias as well? please also send me any investigations if you have done in this regard and what treatment have you taken thus far? meanwhile I will advise you to continue with your walks and also intensive physical therapy for lower back region. You may apply ruta q and arnica q mixed in equal qty thrice a day. Also rake arnica 200 thrice a day three drops in water.

Hi Lybrate user, it can be plantar fascitis or retrocalcaneal bursitis or achilles tendinitis. Do icing with small circular movements for 15 minutes every hourly. Consult orthopedic followed by Physiotherapy treatment.

Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Its good to increase your calcium intake as it will increase the endurance thus will improve. Regular knee exercises wil help you to maintain this. Acupuncture will be best alternative treatment.

For pain take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and also start with Tablet folvite 5mg once a day for six months and tablet vitamin D3 60000iu once a week for six months

Requires detailed investigation and examination hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d xray of the affected part. Anyway you may try sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head do hot fomentation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform.

don't ever shake your neck to soothe your pain it may further damage nerve root if any compression of so and muscle damage etc do consult neuro physio and take ift and laser therapy for 12 days foliwed by strengthening exercise.

If you r a student or working individual, who sits continuously for long hours everyday, then you'll get back pain. Mostly it may be mechanical pain due to poor posture, but its better if you get urself examined by an orthopaedic doctor or a physiotherapist.

For leg pain, please follow the below advise: keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.
