I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating. When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Whole grains include brown rice, oats, cereals, wheat, etc., which are the powerhouses of diverse nutrients. Oats, plain or brown rice are good sources of complex carbohydrates and help build your muscles. On the other hand, cereals are a high calorie food. They must be consumed as morning meal. • Brown rice can be a filling food because of its fiber, carbohydrates and protein content. If you are planning for a healthy weight gain, then combine rice with some other nutrient and calorie-dense foods. Instead of water, cook them in broth or milk. You may also add butter or cheese over the top. Starchy vegetables and dried fruits can be mixed. • Even though oatmeal is regarded as a weight-loss food, but it also aids weight-gain when combined with whole milk. Thanks for contacting with your problem and going through your history I have come up with following healthy living and Immuno modulation concept i. Daily regime: Don’t skip breakfast-->Take your lunch between 12 -1 PM which is the peak period of Pitta (responsible for digestion)-->have your dinner 2 hours before sleeping. Ii. Make sure you do not travel, do heavy exercise, or indulge in sexual activities within one hour after meal. Iii. It would be good if you cook some quick and healthy food and avoid taking junk/processed, easily available food from outside unless your job/occupation is of constant touring or mental/physical stress is more. Iv. Proper sleep with proper diet is the key to healthy living in Ayurveda. V.Avoid smoking, alcohol,caffeine, eating late at night, stress,drink water instead of colas. Vi. Practice Yoga, Meditation and go for an exercise regime. Vii. Walk a while after meal to help digestion B.IMMUNOMODULATION (Immunity) Rasayana drugs (Rejuvenation/Immuno modulators) should be instituted in your management as part of (palliative) therapy i.e. Which corrects the dysfunction of tissues without disturbing the functions of normal tissues, also Rasayana drugs potentiates humoral antibodies, by increasing serum Immunoglobulins such as IgA, IgG and IgM. Hello, To increase your weight first write down what you are eating and when you are eating. Are you eating atleast 3 fruits and 5_6 servings of vegetables in a day. Then check for intake of milk and milk products are you have 250-300 ml of them per day. Are you eating atleast one egg a day. Nonveg weekly twice. If you are doing all the things then you should increase your weight. If you are missing something try to add them in your routine. Have a fruit or fruit juice with every meal. Hope this helps you.☺

When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. Dear, the most common causes of weakness are * anemia * metabolic disorder (diabetes, hypothyroidism) * breathing problems (asthma, sinusitis) *digestion problems (diarrhea, gestric ulcers) * cervical spondylosis first check out your haemoglobin (hb), if your hb is low, then eat a lot of green vehetables and iron rich foods like apple, guava, sapotas (cheeku, beet root and oranges. Takeiron suppliments for increase in hb. If your hb level is normal then your all parts of body get adequate level of oxygen. 2. Take deep breaths atleast for 10-15 minutes twice a day. 3. Check out the blood sugar fasting in every 6 months. If blood sugar level, then take proper medicines for high sugar level. 4. In thyroid disorder, there is a feeling of weakness and tiredness. Check out your thyroid profile, if you feel tired even after the proper deit and medicines and take treatment. 5. In the morning, do medication regulary, do pranayam atleast for 5 -10 minute. Hello lybrate-user. You said that you are using derobin ointment and flucanazole tablet. I don't think derobin will help as it is a fungal infection. You need to apply an antifungal cream like miconazole. Also you have to tell me for how long you have been taking flucanazole. Fungal infection take time to resolve and course has to be completed properly so that it does not recur. I hope I was able to answer your question. Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. Hello, The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on these points which helps in right way without harming your body if you don’t have any medical condition. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day.Protein shakes will help you to gain muscle mass, particularly if you're working out. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. 1-2 hours before playing, have a glass of fruit based milkshake. Carry replenishing beverages like salted buttermilk, fruit juice or soya milk tetra pack for break in between. Make sure to have sips of water in between. Handful of nuts will give a good boost to your energy levels.
