The trick is to wait until you turn 25 years old. Now your growth hormones are active which are helping your bones and internal organs to grow. Once they are properly grown, you will start gaining fat by mid 20s. So no need to worry. Keep an active lifestyle and avoid junk and packed food. All the best.

Dear Lybrateuser, - To increase weight & muscle mass consume a well balanced diet with more of fruits, vegetables, whole grains instead of refined ones & protein rich foods such as eggs, lean meats, milk & milk products, tofu, soya products, beans, lentils, pulses, sprouts, nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pista, cashews, peanuts - include a protein rich food in each of your meals & also as a snack in-between meals to boost your protein content -also do regular exercise like walking, jogging, swimming, pushups, pull-ups, crunches, squats, moderate weight lifting for 10-15 min twice a week.

I think there is no need to purchase you can get extra protein from food items like egg, meat, fish, chicken, soyabeen, pulses, beans, milk etc. If you need take protenex powder in different flavours.

I eats a lot a day, like 3 times heavy meal which includes 4-5 wheat tortilla and vegetable on every meal and drinks banana shakes 2-3 glass a day but my weigh is not gaining. Am still 65 from last 3,4 months. I want to gain my weight and muscles. Please help me out!
