Hi, thanks for the query. Our nutrient needs differ in each phase of our life. Diet is the fuel for our body. It is important to know that just eating two heavy meals a day will not fulfill your nutrient needs. Most often we skip meals especially when at work or in college. We start our day on empty stomach but our work or stress or activity is never reduced. This causes weakness and lack of energy levels. Food is our source of energy and if you don't eat well as per your needs you are going to get deficient in many nutrients. So, start by eating the right foods at the right time. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. You should feel better and energetic in a few days.

For Leg Pain, please follow the below advise Contrast bath---It is a form of treatment where a limb or the entire body is immersed in warm water followed by the immediate immersion of the limb or body in ice water. This procedure is repeated several times, alternating hot and cold. Note that the treatment should always end in the ice water, as heat will induce the body's inflammatory response, while cold helps to decrease inflammation.

For calcium deficiencies you need to give her calcium supplements. Also check her vitamin d level. For knee arthritis pain a heating pad or cold pack can feel really good on achy joints. Use whichever one feels better unless you have an injury, in which case cold is best for the first couple of days. You can apply cold or heat several times a day. Just remember to cover the cold pack with a towel and keep your heating pad at a low setting to avoid burning your skin. Whether you use heat or cold, remove it after 20 to 30 minutes. Physical activity is essential for people with osteoarthritis, whether it means walking around your apartment. Activities that cause pain should be avoided temporarily. -if the knee is swollen or sore, the following positions and activities you should avoid until knee pain and swelling resolve: squatting kneeling twisting and pivoting see a physiotherapist for stretching and strengthening exercises of leg muscles. first of all stop smoking, other wise you will be in tourble, shaking of hands may be as a result of anxiety, stress, smoking and effect on lungs will be taken over after . but stop smoking. welcome.

She has undergone a surgery of gall stone removal on may 2016, and now she was facing pain body pain she was prescribed with acidic-t4, vitency. After using this she feels better and relieved. Can she use this for longer periods like months to years? Is there any side effects to this? Help me with the following problem.

No medicine is desired to be continued without the consultation of the experts in that field. Some medicines are continued for long time, some even are to be taken for lifetime but the periodic consultation with the doctor is essential mainly due to few important reasons. One is to assess the beneficial effect of the prescribed medicine. Second is to be aware of the undesired effects of the medicine, third is the possibility of change of medicines in view of newer scientific knowledge base developed in the meantime. Last but not the least there could be a possibility that the disease could be aggravated but continued ingestion of medicine may have masked its symptoms. It might delay the detection of aggravation the same disease or appearance of the newer condition. Gall stone is not reported to cause the generalised body pain. One needs to assess why you have it and then the precise minimal treatment is advisable.

Disturbances of sleeping temporarily may be due to some anxiety or stress and strain or may be due to exhaustion. Take a nice bath take rest don't worry try to sleep for that you have to make your environment like do not take water just after food wait for at least half an hour. Switch of all the electronic gadgets like tv computer light and try to read a book, things will be alright.
