Sir please help me to how can I loose my weight & improve my self to decrease my blood pressure.
Your weight is controlled by 4 major factors (1) refined sugar consumption (2) exercise and hydration (3) posture and sitting (4) how many times do you indulge yourself - alcohol, binge eating at parties, overeating etc. Step 01: refined sugar 1. Avoid all snacks and commercial products with sugar in them - biscuits, cakes, bournvita, horlicks, coke, pepsi, energy drinks, sweetened yogurt etc. 2. Cut down on your daily intake of tea/coffee and maintain it at 3-4 cups a day. 3. Try to add little sugar to any beverage (coffee, tea, milk, lemon water etc.) that you have and ideally you should refrain from adding any sugar altogether. Step 02: get exercise and proper hydration 1. Try to work out for 20 minutes each day. You do not necessarily have to go to the gym. You can incorporate some pretty powerful exercises in your daily routine like - squats, skipping, surya namaskar and core exercises. 2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday but remember that tea/coffee are not substitutes for pure water. Step 03: improve posture and sitting habits if you have a sitting job then ensure that you do not sit for more than 30 minutes at one stretch. Get up and move a little after every 30 minutes. Step 04: stop indulging and eat more of raw natural stuff 1. No more than 60 ml of hard liqour or 2 glasses of beer per day. 2. Try to eliminate the urge to overeat but if you do overeat try to limit the incidents to two times per week. 3. Eat 4 servings of fruits per day. 4. Each of your meal should contain 50% of raw vegetables. Once you incorporate the above points in your routine you will see a dramatic difference in your weight, physical shape and energy levels. You will find that there are a lot of companies out there that are trying to sell expensive products to naive consumers in the name of weight loss. These products may not necessarily be good for you. Losing and maintaining weight is something which is totally in your hands, it is easy and it is free of cost if you follow the above mentioned points.

Relationship between thyroid and weight It has been appreciated for a very long time that there is a complex relationship between thyroid disease, body weight and metabolism. Thyroid hormone regulates metabolism in both animals and humans. Metabolism is determined by measuring the amount of oxygen used by the body over a specific amount of time. If the measurement is made at rest, it is known as the basal metabolic rate (BMR). Indeed, measurement of the BMR was one of the earliest tests used to assess a patient’s thyroid status. Patients whose thyroid glands were not working were found to have low BMRs, and those with overactive thyroid glands had high BMRs. Later studies linked these observations with measurements of thyroid hormone levels and showed that low thyroid hormone levels were associated with low BMRs and high thyroid hormone levels were associated with BMRs. Most physicians no longer use BMR due to the complexity in doing the test and because the BMR is subject to many other influences other than the thyroid state. Relationship between bmr and weight Differences in BMRs are associated with changes in energy balance. Energy balance reflects the difference between the amount of calories one eats and the amount of calories the body uses. If a high BMR is induced by the administration of drugs, such as amphetamines, animals often have a negative energy balance which leads to weight loss. Based on such studies many people have concluded that changes in thyroid hormone levels, which lead to changes in BMR, should also cause changes in energy balance and similar changes in body weight. However, BMRs are not the whole story relating weight and thyroid. Thus, the relationship between metabolic rates, energy balance, and weight changes is very complex. There are many other hormones (besides thyroid hormone), proteins, and other chemicals that are very important for controlling energy expenditure, food intake, and body weight. Because all these substances interact on both the brain centers that regulate energy expenditure and tissues throughout the body that control energy expenditure and energy intake, we cannot predict the effect of altering only one of these factors (such as thyroid hormone) on body weight as a whole. As a consequence, at this time, we are unable to predict the effect of changing thyroid state on any individual’s body weight.

To reduce weight you should exercise like yoga,push ups,sit ups,plank,squat,swimming,skipping.Follow a proper diet and change life style.Eat small amount of foods and don't skip meals.Avoid sugar,sweetened juice like soft drinks,fruit juice.Avoid fast foods,junk foods,processed foods.Take whole wheat,whole grain,oats.Eats lots of vegetables,whole fruits,these will help you to reduce fat.Take proteins like lean chicken,fish,egg,peas,peanuts,cottage cheese,soy products,mushroom.Use good fats like olive,coconut,fish oil,almond,walnut,flax seed etc.Drink water before meals.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Take quality sleep.

Hi. Although the body structure what we have is acquired genetically, but still we can reduce the fat ( and not the body structure) which has accumulated around buttocks due to sedentary habit. Exercises: -Put squats into your routine. This exercise primarily targets your thighs and butt, but also works the hamstrings and lower back. Make sure to warm up beforehand. -Lunges are another fantastic exercise for your bottom half. There are a bunch of different varieties (side, reverse, etc.), so constantly change it up. -Since fat is the culprit to a big butt, cardio is the quickest answer to blasting it away. Running, swimming, boxing, or cycling will burn the most calories for your minute. -Eat balanced and healthy food -Avoid unhealthy, fatty, oily food. -Avoid sitting for long hours together at one place, keep moving in between.

Hello- 7 tips for losing weight after pregnancy. 1. Give diets a miss *ditch all junk food from your kitchen - studies show when you're sleep-deprived you'll be more tempted to eat it. *fill the fridge and pantry with lots of fruit and veg, lean meats, fish and seafood, whole grains (oats, grainy breads, beans, pulses), eggs, and healthy snacks like yoghurt, nuts and seeds (chia seeds for example, are great in a smoothie and a real fibre-booster). *even though you're probably short on time right now, a food diary can be a great help if you want to keep track of what you're eating. Research shows that women who monitor their eating enjoy greater weight loss than those who don't - because it makes you more mindful of what you're putting in your mouth. 2. Forget celebrity mums 3. For post pregnancy weight loss, consider breastfeeding 4. Get fit with baby 5. Get some sleep. 6. Consider a belly wrap 7. I think you are very over conscious about your looks and so cant handle this you wan to get fit sooner but their is no shortcut. Start with small goals and shed 1kg per week. So that you can stick to your regime but you are breaking your schedule just getting irritated as it is not shedding as you want be patient.

You can exercise even at Office. Every one hour get up from seat and walk stairs for five minutes. Walk to market. Walk to home. Instead of taking rickshaw or auto walk wherever possible. If you are not getting specific time for exercise then use whatever opportunities available otherwise. Avoid lifts and take stairs everywhere. AS for DIET... You can reduce fried stuff. parathas.. puris.. etc. Cut down on all Colas, sugars, sweets.. Drink a glass of water every hour. Eat 3 fruits daily. Eat two cucumbers daily. Find replacements for high calorie foods and switch to simple diet.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. You can take 2 bowl of careals (moong/chana daal) on the place of curd or cheese. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 10-12 pieces of dry fruits or 3-4 pieces of dates (khajoor). * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. Exercise is very important so that muscles gain mass from the heathy diet. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Dear excessive weight gain occurs only when calories intake are more than calories burnt, It can put a person at risk of thyroid disease, diabetes , kidney problems, arthritis etc... Dear to decrease weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey in one glass of water. 2.
