Reducing fat is about working on excess weight that happens due to fat deposits in the body. Getting a toned look means maintaining lean muscle with a routine aimed at doing so. This will propel you towards healthy fat loss, by keeping your lean mass and immune system in order. Read on to learn how you can achieve fat loss in a healthy manner.

  1. Nutrition: Nutrition is the fuel that keeps the body going. From grains to carbohydrates to essentials fats, dairy, fibre, some amount of meat and even fruits and vegetables - you need to have a little bit of everything, every single day. This will give your lean muscle much-needed nourishment so that it helps in banishing fat and works harder to give you a toned look. Also, the metabolism works faster with these kinds of food.
  2. Processed Food: Processed food is usually fortified and preserved with salt and fat that defeats healthy eating and makes you gain pounds. You should try and stick to freshly prepared food. Make a menu and shop at the grocery store every week to stock up your for daily meals. Further, when you are looking for a snack, ensure that you reach out for a healthy salad or cut fruit. Also, try to make use of beverages like green tea and infused water that can be made at home with cucumber, mint leaves, watermelon, lemon and more, so that you can steer clear of various other carbonated and packaged drinks.
  3. Routine: Getting rid of fat is also a matter of getting into a good routine of meals, exercise and sleep. You should take smaller and more frequent meals - about five to six times a day - and limit your last meal to a few hours before bed time, so that your metabolism only has to process smaller chunks at a time. Also, try to alternate meals with activity and finally remember to get yourself at least six to seven hours of sleep a day.
  4. Exercise: We cannot stress enough on a work session a day to burn fat and give your metabolism a boost. Work with a trainer to find your problem areas and do focused exercises and sets.

For loosing weight, you should avoid every kind of junk food and try to take small and frequent meal include more fruits, salad in your diet. Empty stomach try to include 2 tsp aleovera juice+ 2 tsp amla juice in equal amount of water. In Breakfast you can museli/oats+ milk+ 1 apple /1 bowl green moong dal sprouts/1-2 besan cheela+ green chutney. In mid morning 1 cup green tea + 1 bowl fruits. Lunch 1-2 wheat bran roti+ 1bowl veg+ 1 bowl salad/1 bowl veg daliya + 1bowl curd E.T:1 cup tea+ 1bowl roasted channa/murmura Dinner: 1 bowl fruits+ 1glass skimmed milk/Grilled/roasted paneer/1-2 bowl cooked yellow moong dal+ 1bowl veg. After Dinner Take 1 cup jasmine tea. Avoid all kinds of fatty food, refienary, packkages product.

I am 51 year old, type -2 diabetic person for 5 years, loosing weight day by day .I take precaution for having healthy diet daily, and having some light meal after two hours. But my sugar does not control after precaution. I take medicine - diapride M2, & metformin daily trice time. Doctor warn me to have insulin in future. My body pain as I feel weakness, even pain in leg bone. I take calcium tab daily. My sugar is 200-300 after medicine. Pl suggest me as I am in depression.

Don't panic or stress yourself. Diabetes is nothing, just a lifestyle disorder. As you stress yourself it get worse. To take over it, first thing you need to control is your breath. More oxygen will help you to control over your thoughts and negative feeling. Practice deep breath 5-6 times per day (20 cycles. While inhaling your stomach should fill like a balloon. Hold for 2 sec and exhale normally. Add liquid magnesium in your drinking water. (28 drops per day) Do Sesame oil massage of (20 minutes) your tummy. Do it in circular motion and gradually increase the circle size.

Hello, according to your height your weight shud be between 50- 55 kg. Avoid high carbs fruits and vegetables in your diet. Include green leafy vegeatbles. Add 2- 3servings of fruits and vegetables in your diet. Add low fat milk and milk product in your diet. Add protein in your diet. Drink lots and lots of water. Keep your dinner light and early.

I want to reduce my weight. Let me tell you my diet throughout the day. Morning I used to eat apple nd 250 ml milk. At 12 I used to have cucumber and tomato with some salt. After my clz hrs I drink one cup tea and sometimes biscuit. At 7 I used to hav curry and at usually 9 or 10 I used to have beaten rice mixed with noodles nd chips lyk jhalmuri. Your breakfast and mid morning option is good but in lunch you should take something like you can take 1-2 ragi / oat flour chapati + 1 bowl Veg + salad or you can take 1 bowl veg daliya + salad or veg stuffed besan cheela with salad and in evening tea time you can take 1 fistful roasted chana or any roasted snacks. Take your dinner lighter and as soon as possible, try to complete your dinner at 8- 8: 30. Don't take any thing after that if you want to take something then you can take 1 cup jasmine tea. Avoid every kind of process, packaged products. Go for exercise.

Green tea increases our metabolism that helps in burning more calories stored as fat. Thus it will work, but the best way is to take it just after exercise, or massage mainly of your problematic areas.

Hi, It's possible to loose weight with diet. But weight loss is a combination of 70% diet and 30% exercise. I can understand time must be a big issue, but at least some basic exercises at home can be started. For weight loss, keep all the meals on time, Take at least 5-6 meals everyday. Focus more on fresh fruits, salads, whole grains, protein rich sources like eggs, dals, sprouts.
