WEIGHT 1. Whole-grain bread. Low-fat milk and yogurt. Scientists have found that the more calcium in fat cells, the more fat those cells will burn. In one study, two groups of overweight mice were put on a restricted-calorie diet, but one also got calcium supplements. The no-calcium mice lost 8 percent of their body fat, compared to 42 percent among the mice that did get calcium. 3. Lean protein. Good sources of protein, such as lean meats, eggs, and beans, help keep your blood sugar stable. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Drink lot of water everyday. Take high fiber diet. Avoid outside food completely. Do regular exercise.

I am vegetarian. I am hypothyroid patient but since 2 years my thyroid level is maintained. I'm under medication. Tab thyroxine 50 mg. Before 6 months my weight was 65kg now it's increased. I. E. 70 kg within 2 months. Hv joined gym last month but change in my weight. I wanna loss weight at least 10 kg. My height is 5.2. please suggest me how to proceed.

Do regular exercise like skipping, push up, sit up, plank etc. Eat small amount of food. Use supplement in this purpose. Avoid fast foods, junk foods. Drink plenty of water specially before meals. Use lukewarm water after meals. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Take quality sleep.

Hi this can be done in a few steps: eat less chapatis, less rice, i. E. Less carbohydrates. Take more pulses and pulses products. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Avoid taking creamed milk and milk products. Also avoid eating fried foods, junk foods, canned foods, etc. Must take salad with your every main meal. Drink plenty of water. Take green tea instead of normal tea but not more than twice a day. Walk at least for half an hour after dinner at night. Take exercises daily as it helps in better absorption of food.

-Eat breakfast. It might seem counterproductive to eat if you're trying to lose weight, but studies show that eating breakfast within an hour of waking up keeps your insulin levels steadier and your LDL cholesterol levels lower -Take atleast 7hrs of sound sleep: Research indicates that the secretion of cortisol (a hormone your body produces during times of stress) is correlated with an increase in belly fat. -Aim to take 10, 000 steps a day. In one study where men reduced their daily steps from about 10, 000 to less than 1, 500 (without changing their diet), their visceral (belly) fat increased by 7% after just 2 weeks -Switch out refined grains for whole grains. In a scientific study, people who ate all whole grains (in addition to five servings of fruits and vegetables, three servings of low-fat dairy, and two servings of lean meat, fish, or poultry) lost more belly fat than another group that ate the same diet, but with all refined grains -Drink plenty of water. Studies suggest that consistently drinking water throughout the day can lead to a more active metabolism, regardless of dieting -Eat good fats. Studies suggest that a diet with a higher ratio of monounsaturated fats like avocados, nuts, seeds, soybeans, and chocolate — can prevent the accumulation of belly fat -Avoid Trans fats (in margarines, crackers, cookies, or anything made with partially hydrogenated oils) seem to result in more fat being deposited in the abdomen. -Eat more of Soluble fiber (such as that found in apples, oats, and cherries) lowers insulin levels which can speed up the burning of visceral belly fat. -Eat healthy foods. Drink plenty of water and start exercising to get amazing results.

Weight loss is the process that requires lifestyle modification with self discipline, determination and commitment. To loose weight you should eat properly and exercise regularly. Consume a nutritionally balanced diet. Eat right foods at right times and in right amount. Consume seasonal fruits, leafy vegetables and salads. Avoid long gaps between the meals. Stay hydrated. Avoid sweets, junk and processed foods, cold drinks.
