Hello, I understand your concern. Most people who are fat are made to feel that it is because you lack will power, you are lethargic and a weak person. But that is definitely not true. It is your your hormones which have made you fat and keeping you fat. Unless we make correct diagnosis and and create a diet and lifestyle plan to correct that hormonal abnormalities you will not be able to lose weight for long term. Avoid all junk food and all sweet food. Low fat diet does not work for majority of people. Eat wholesome nutritious food full of fibers, good quality fat like ghee and coconut etc. Don't focus on calories but on nutritional density and diversity. Simultaneously working on exercise and diet will surely help. Best rate to lose weight is 1/2 kg per week. If that happens, it is least likely to go high again in future. You do not have to do rigorous exercise to lose weight but start with something small. Let us say 8 minute workout. Pick one which you like and can do. Trying to lose weight in very short time will need some form of crash diet. Even if you lose weight doing this kind of crash diet, you will get it all back within no time and all the gain will be mainly fat. Not good for your health. Be gentle and patient with yourself. Demonstrate commitment in your persistent efforts. Make comprehensive change in diet, exercise, sleep and stress in your routine. This is called lifestyle medicine. If you can not do it on your own, find some lifestyle medicine expert who can help you in this over extended period of time.

Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one cup of water. If you use freshly ground black pepper, then just add one-quarter teaspoon. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach.

Lybrate-user you will not need to leave non veg from your diet to lose weight. Just start walking for 20minutes daily and limit oily food fried foods and street foods. You can eat chicken, eggwhites and fish cooked in less oil. However limit use of mutton and all kinds of red meat to reduce weight. Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.

Go for brisk walk 45 minutes daily. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Include low calorie, normal protein, vitamin, and mineral, resticated carbohydrates, resticated fats, and liberal fluid, high fibre diet are given. Take salad before meals. Don't take rice at night. Take sprouts and fruits. Drink more water in a day. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals.

You can't do one thing at a time like first putting on weight and then loosing it it's absolutely absurd you have yo have a balanced daily routine with proper diet exercises work hobbies etc that is the only healthy way to live.

Belly fat is due to deposition of fatty tissues on the abdominal area. The depostion of fatty tissue on belly are due to * long time sitting jobs * lack of physical activities * intake of high calories food 1. To get the flat belly, fist take the food having high fibers contents such as fruits, leafy vegetables, oats, corns. Avoid refined carbohydrates & foods having rich fat. 1. Work out for atleast 1 hour in whole day. You can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes or 5-10 minutes running. 2. Practice the spefic exercises that directly stimulate the belly muscles to burn the belly fats. Such as - lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily. 3. Do surya namaskar yoga everyday. 4. Eat foods on the time of taking foods like only 3 times or 2 times a day. Do not take food again & again in 1-2 hours. 5. Do not skip the breakfast any day. You can take some dry fruits and skimmed milk in morning for better result. 6. Avoid food containing animal fat such as butter, cheese, eggs, chicken, fish. Instead of them, take plants derived fat such as soya milk, tofu, mustard oil.

Eat more fibre and less carbohydrtaes, infact choose to eat fruits in your entire day (alternative days), eat a heavy breakfast and light dinner. The best exercise is surya namaskar in morning empty stomach and after that do 20 minutes of prithvi mudra. These 2 exercises will do wonder for you.

A. Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B. At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea C. Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D. Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E. Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F. Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G.Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H. Have a glass of warm milk.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

Hi I am 23 years old female. I have been a swimmer and a badminton player. I was plumpy throughout but not much now since I have left the game completely I have gained weight very much specially on arms and stomach tyres. My stomach fat z divided into two parts. Abdomen tyre and stomach. I had thyroid checkup but there z no thyroid I have tries exercising also but I dont reduce. I dont sweat except from my face since childhood. Hello . Its a genuine problem with you but as a sportsperson you know how to maintain negative calory intake balance by way of modifications in your diet. I hope you might have tried that too. Please Inform any other report of cholesterol etc. My guess is you might have normal report. Everything given as above, we may try some herbs and some other tips to normalise your metabolism. However you may explore health tips on lybrate given by me.
