I am 32 yrs old and did everything like diet excercises etc but not able to reduce weight please preffer some strong medicine to reduce weight please preffer effective I have done everything possible also cunsulted doctors.

Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. The more you will crash your intake the more you lower your metabolism and the body will not lose weight. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips. I am sure it will at least help you with some initial weight loss.

Dear to decrease ur weight you have to do work out daily...Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do Bhujang asana , Dhanurasana ,Naukasana, Kumbhakasana , Pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and spicy food..and Constipation.

Your bmi is 35. 3, and you are obese. You have to persist with a low carbohydrate and low fat, high protein diet. Stop all cereals, sugar, bakery products and desserts. Take the white of 2 boiled eggs and lots of fruits and green vegetables and salads. White meat like fish and chicken made in little bit of olive oil / cornflower oil is good. If you don' t loose weight soon you will develop high bp and need bariatric surgery. For more details read the health tips I have written on this website or send me a personal question.

Hi, increasing tummy means, excess intake of junk food, saturated fats, irregular life style. Please, follow the under noted norms to get desired result. Go for a brisk walks in d morning. Go for cycling, jogging,skipping, swimming, gardening. Take, plenty of water to eliminate toxins & regulate metabolism. Go for aerobics, suitable for tummy. Your diet b simple,non irritant, on time. Opt stair case in stead of a lift. Take oats, green tea in d breakfast. Homoeo medicine: @ Phytolacca berry Q -10 drops , thrice a day with little water. Report fortnightly, please.

Go for brisk walk 45 minute daily. Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day.

Hello your ideal wt should be 60kg. So you need to reduced few kilos only. Dont skips your meals. Add more of fruits and vegetables in your. With whole grain cereals. Avoid fatty food, fried food, junk food etc.

Hello Trimaya increase in weight occur when you don't do physical work so after your dinner you take walk for at least 30 min n cut off 2idlies from your dinner n add salad. u can ask for further information
