Healthy weight gain means more increase in muscles and to a certain extent fat in order to support those muscles. Just eating anything or high calorie foods will result in only fat gain which will not give you a proper body shape and will also be detrimental later in life. A diet high in protein and adequate carbohydrate in necessary.

Hi sir, I have been suffering with Headache for the past 8 years and rounded several eye hospitals which didn't yield me anything in curing it. Finally a mam has suggested me to consult a Neurologist and I am here. The symptoms are worse and hard to bear when I am affected with Headache. It comes on the either side of the head and results in vomiting sometimes. Neck nerves in-turn pains me and sound like a break of a glass. I couldn't concentrate on my work and hands shiver often. I can't see heavy lights and couldn't bear some smells when I was with Headache. I feel like my BP goes down sometimes and finds dizziness. I feel like so stressed and all my bones make a crazy noise when I stretch out myself for a relax. Walking in Sun, Journey, Nervousness, Sleeplessness are some of the major reasons that brings me headache. I am currently using Grenil and Sibelium prescribed by an eye specialist and I didn't find any change from them. A bad sleep is the only medicine that cures my headache and I thank God for making this available for human kind. Please help me out with necessary steps I need to take before my case goes serious. I hope you would show me a better path in making me lead a healthy life. Thank you.

Always think in long term strategy which keep you fit and slim always so first doing regular exercise starting from 15 to 30 minutes regularly do not bother about your diet, once you dedicate yourself and able to continue regularly for atleast six month then next gradually increase your timings to 1 hour and find whether you can dedicate 1 hour regularly unless you dedicate your self for 45 to 60 minutes for excercise regularly do not bother about your diet it will take atleast 1 year then gradually start to reduce the number of intake because 1st six month you feel hungry when you start doing exercise it will come down after words use this long term strategy it has helped lot of person to maintain their fitness for a long term it is a practice to your mind and your day today activities, without prior planning most our body will not cooperate.

Hello, try out this solution q try to sleep in supine position calmly and relax your body and close your eyes and try to only hear the sound of your breathing after a while you will feel light weighted and then try to sleep with out any thought process in your mind. Relax yourself and get off to sleep but try this on the ground rather than your bed which may be of thick mattress. Thank you.

I will suggest you to start implementing a few lifestyle and eating changes for next 3 months and see the results and once results start pouring in, you will start enjoying and you will start waking up early morning even before your alarm rang. 1. Stop eating fast and junk food 2. Say bye bye to sweets in every form, even try to drink milk without sugar 3. Avoid over eating and try to eat 10% less than your appetite. 4. Eat slowly and nonspicy food, take your time while eating 5. Do not drink water while taking your meals, drink 30 minutes before/after meals. It can be done only when food is nonspicy or you are eating slowly. Try it. 6. Breakfast and dinner light and lunch medium. 7. Try to take dinner at least 60 minutes before sleeping and do not eat/drink anything except water/milk after dinner. 8. Try to sleep latest by 9.9. Now comes to exercise. Everybody has an interest in some kind of activity, whether cycling, swimming, cricket, badminton or any other pyysical activity. Try to give some quality time to such activities for 60 minutes in evenings and if no such activity, then start gym for 60 minutes in evening.(tread mill 20 min----cross trainer 20 min -------cycling 20 min---) set up a target of burning 100 calories in start in 60 minutes and slowly go on increasing your target. I have seen youngsters burning 600-800 calories in 60 minutes. Implement the above steps in your life style for first 3 months. See the changes and then consult me for further mode of action if there is any requirement which I feel it should not be as by 3 months time results would start pouring in and would be enjoying your activities and would have already set some high goals for yourself even before my consultation. This is my expectation from you like teenagers john. Fitness is the key to everything, just keep this thing always in mind.

This is jock itch. Wash the area with a little warm, dry it completely and apply clotrimazole cream three four times a day.

You should have healthy diet, healthy lifestyle with some physical activity. You should stop laziness nd make your timetable of everything. Take your meals in proper time do not skip meals. Go for more fruits vegetables juices instead of bakery products sweets junk food.

This kind of excess weight is breeding ground for many diseases (blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, certain kind of cancers, arthritis etc), which can affect the quality of your life ahead. This is a lifestyle related issue and it can be surely treated with intensive lifestyle modification program. Most people who are fat are made to feel that it is because you lack will power, you are lethargic and a weak person. But that is definitely not true. It is your your hormones which have made you fat and keeping you fat. Unless we make correct diagnosis and and create a diet and lifestyle plan to correct that hormonal abnormalities you will not be able to lose weight for long term. Most diet fails because they are low calorie and low fat. Instead of correcting metabolism, they make you feel low energy or makes you feel excessively hungry. If you are doing regular exercise, it will increase your fitness but it does not reduce weight much. To achieve weightloss - think long term. Weight loss achieved over short term, always comes back. There is a general approach and a specific approach as per individual patients metabolic profile. Try this general approach (see below) for 4 weeks. If this works then continue. If this is not enough then revert for further assessment and customized approach. 1. Do not eat anything sugary or sweet. Zero sweetness in diet. 2. Eat plenty of salad in lunch and dinner along with other foods. 3. Do not drink any liquid calorie like cola or fruit juices. 4. Continue brisk walks or jogging for 45 - 60 minutes every day.

Hi lybrate-userif your belly is lowering your self-confidence and giving you sleepless nights, here are the tips to give you flatter and fitter tummy. 1. Add fiber to your diet constipation distends your belly, add veggies and fruits to your daily diet to relieve you of constipation, reduce intakes of refined cereals like maida, noodles, pasta and whole grains instead add dalia and oats. This would relieve you of constipation and bloat to give you a flat tummy. 2. Decrease sodium intake sodium retains water in the body and hence your belly swells up, reduce intake of junk food as it contains a lot of sodium. Stop adding extra salt to dishes, also packaged and processed food contains a lot of salts so better avoid it. 3. Increase potassium foods rich in potassium help you get rid of balancing sodium, fruits are very good source of potassium, adding them to their daily diet not only provides this nutrient but also increase the fiber content of your daily intake 4. Avoid sugar alcohols we do not completely digest these low-calorie sweeteners usually found in flavoured low-calorie drinks, diabetic and sugar-free foods. Bacteria in a large intestine ferment during gas and distension so check food labels and avoid sorbitol, xylitol and lacitol. 5. Increase liquids drinking plenty of liquids helps flush out toxins from the body. Keep yourself hydrated with at least 8 glasses of water, also include lassi, coconut, water, lemon water in your daily routine. Make sure to include homemade soups only, as packaged soups are not that nutritious and contain added sodium in them. 6. Carbonated beverages and alcohol these give you extended bellies and your dream of flat tummy falls flat. Alcohol gives you empty calories with zero nutrition. 7. Probiotic curds include low fat curd in your diet regime as it contains live bacteria which tame bloating by increasing intestinal motility. 8. Start with Dulcamara 30, 3 drops once daily for 7 days. 1. Homoeopathic medicine for fair skin is Berberis Aquafolium mother tincture.take 5 drops of it mix with water , twice a day. 2. Apply this tincture in diluted form on your face with cotton once a day . 3. wash your face with besan and curd , mix a pinch of turmeric also. 4. Apply Bio valley's skin lightening cream. 5. Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis.
