Hello, Thanks for he query. To reduce high creatinine it is essential to achieve a strict blood pressure control and if diabetes is present then blood glucose should also be controlled effectively. Protein intake should be reduced to 0.6 g/kg per day. No non vegetarian food should be given. Excess physical activity should not be carried out. Drinking plenty of water does help. But care should be taken that patient should not be having body swelling or high BP. Thanks.

Sir I have been suffering from stones in kidney for last 4 months, please suggest me a better treatment.

BHMS
Homeopath,
Sir I have been suffering from stones in kidney for last 4 months, please suggest me a better treatment.
Dear lybrate-user, kindly remember that if the dimension of any kidney stone is more than 3 mm then it is almost impossible to get rid of rid of it without surgery. You must have done usg of your whole abdomen 4 months ago. However I would recommend to conduct an usg of your whole abdomen again. If the latest usg report reveals than your kidney stone has a dimension of less than 3 mm each then you can take homoeopathic mother tincture berberis vulgaris q, 30 drops, thrice daily, after meals, in a cup of water for one month. This medicine will expel the stone through urine if the stone has a dimension less than 3mm.

The most important thing to take care now is tha the kidneys dont get damaged further. So control diabetes and BP if she has it. What is the fasting blood glucose level result? Consult in private on Lybrate or personally with information about your main complains, lifestyle, lab results and diet for detailed advice.

Doctor I am Diabetic and taking medicines. Due to summer, I am not going out of house. I frequently urinate at night ...
Frequent urination at night doesnt mean your kidney is harmed. Frequent urine at night can be due to uncontrolled diabetes or can sinply be cause you are drinking more water in evening. Reduce water inatke after 7pm. Avoid colas or tea or coffee in evening. Check your diabetes

What is your weight/your haemoglobin? Are you married? have kids? in young age passing of sperms during straining at stool is common, it does not cause any weakness. No need to worry.

When I do toilet it comes red colour urine. What is it. What should I do for this problem?
Hello, Red or pink urine may be commonly caused by 1.Blood. include urinary tract infections, enlarged prostate kidney or bladder stones. 2.Foods. Beets, blackberries and rhubarb can turn urine red or pink. Medications. Rifampin an antibiotic often used to treat tuberculosis, can turn urine reddish orange Tumors of the bladder and kidney, which can cause blood in the urine, are more common in older people. So my advice to you kindly go for Urine R/M and USG prostate and review with report
