Dear lybrate-user, use below medicines: 1. Ashwagandha Capsule (Himalaya company)- 1 capsule twice daily 30 minutes after food with lukewarm milk. 2. Shallaki capsule (Himalaya company)- 1 capsule twice daily 30 minutes after food with lukewarm milk. 3. Apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. I would also like to ask you if it is associated with any radiating pain in legs or any other neurological symptoms like numbness, paraesthesias ( electrical shock like abnormal sensations) or any weakness in limbs. Please also tell me about any associated symptoms like fever, weight loss etc. What medications you generally take and what has been your treatment history till now for existing problem. Hello, first of all you should know what is backache and by which factors it caused and aggravated. The usual cause of low back pain is the sedentary lifestyle that we lead these days. There is hardly any movement. walking, running and cycling like activities are also not a part of our daily routine. To add to it, our diet consists more and more of junk food. Fresh fruits, vegetables and high fibre foods are consumed less and less. These daily practices lead to obesity. The increased body weight puts lot of pressure on the spine which has to bear all the extra unwanted weight. The back muscles which are already weak due to lack of exercise and wrong posture are unable to cope with this increased load. This causes pain in the back muscles. The cause is a complex interaction of changing hormones, sebum, overgrowth of normally harmless germs (bacteria), inflammation, etc . You cannot catch acne - it is not passed on through touching (contagious). @Acne cannot be cured by drinking lots of water. @There is no evidence to say that sunbathing or sunbeds will help to clear acne. @ Some people believe that acne cannot be helped by medical treatment. This is not true. Treatments usually work well if used correctly. Skin care required for people with acne: @Do not wash more than normal. Twice a day is normal for most people. Use a mild soap and lukewarm water. (Very hot or cold water may worsen acne.) Do not scrub hard when washing acne-affected skin. Do not use abrasive soaps, cleansing granules, astringents, or exfoliating agents. Use a soft washcloth and fingers instead. Excess washing and scrubbing may cause more inflammation and possibly make acne worse. @ Antiseptic washes may be beneficial. @ You cannot clean off blackheads. The black tip of a blackhead is actually skin pigment (melanin) and cannot be removed by cleaning or scrubbing. Homeopathic treatment is best for people with acne as it is mild and without any side effects. Back pain may be due to strain, sprain, weather change etc. *Avoid bending forward while working on lap top or for any other work. *Don’t sit continuously working on laptop etc. Get up periodically and move around. *Restrict bike driving as far as possible. *Don’t carry laptop or any load on your shoulder. Carrying very light loads equally with both hands is better *Sit straight so that back bone gets proper support. A dining chair is better than a laid back sofa. *You can use mustard oil for massage which is good in winter season for relieving pain. Eucalyptus oil is also good *Soft bed will not give proper support to your back bone. Hard bed with thin mattress and thin pillow is better. *Get yourself tested whether you have spondylitis problem. As you are in it you will require maximal sitting in a chair. Have a good chair with back support. Have frequent breaks: stand up and walk around for few minutes every 45 minutes. You can do hot fomentation.
