Hii My name is Shaikh bilal I am a student and I have a hobby off going to a walk in the morning but since 1week my blood pressure get's up and I feel very uncomfortable so what should I do?

To control & maintain BP normal these are best methods to follow:.• Do physical exercise like jogging, running or brisk walk for atleast 20-30 minutes. • Maintain your cholesterol level to normal & eat least amount of butter, cream or fatty things. • Eat less amount of pickle, salt and fast food as they contain high sodium levels. • Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking. • Take less amount of caffine containing coffee, tea or cold drinks because caffine causes increase BP. • Drink 8 to 10 glass of water daily • Take 6 to 8 hrs of sleep daily. Do not take too much stress. • Do long breathing pranayams (Anulom- Vilom, Bhramari) daily for 10 - 15 minutes. It will reduce your stress level in your body. • Eat healthy diet such as green leafy vegetables, fruits. • Take 5 ml of GULAB Jal added in a glass of water daily once a day.

You are still a growing up teenager. If worried for heart, get basic tests done like ecg, echo, stress test and blood tests for sugar and total lipids.

hey... your struggle seem to be of gastritis. try to drink two glass of water ealy morning before you wash your mouth. and two glasses of water before half an hour for every meal. make sure your stool is clear and regular. eat more leafy vegetables with the meals. may God bless you.

I have thyroid from last 3 years by reports and my doctor prescribed thyronorm 50 msg 1 pil daily. That time my weight was 64 kg and now 84 kg. I feel little laziness and tired kind feeling don't have other issues. As per routine check up last week I went to my doctor he checked my Blood pressure that was 106/70. Then Doctor prescribed me medicine as below Thyronorm 50 msg 1 pil daily (100) Lupineme (lupin) 1 tab daily (100) Nano d3 syrup 1 after 20 days Aldactone 25 mg, 1 pil alternate days FDSON 12 1 pil daily alternate days In this treatment is there need of above medicine please help me. Thank you.

Hi when one is on treatment for hypothyroidism, to achieve good control tsh levels should be around 3 to 4 milli units /l. If that is achieved then most symptoms are in control and weight reduction is also possible. As regards the other tablets particularly lpuineme, fdson they are really not essential, given as vitamin supplement. D3 is some times needed. But most important for you is to achieve strict control of hypothyroidism. Thanks.

Since last 2-3 days I am having a constant fear of death. The thought revolves around heart attack. Though I did ecg last month which came out fine. Just sinus tachycardia. For sometime I feel fine and again the thought comes and feel anxious. The heart rate is 110 to 115. What could be reason for this. I am very scared.

Could you describe the chest pain : Location? Is it sharp localized or heaviness with pressure. Does it also go to the shoulder, jaw or back. Do you have any burning in chest or regurgitation of food. Do you also have breathlessness? When do you get pain. What relieves the pain. It is very important to rule out chest pain due to heart problem by answering the above questions and by doing an ECG. Bone and joint problems can wait. Also, do you have history of any heart disease, diabetes, increased cholesterol, family history of any of these diseases. Do you smoke,drink or use tobacco? What is/was your occupation?

I am 18 years old boy and once a time there is pain in my left side of chest.What can i do?

Pain in left side may not be cardiac pain. It is to be described detailed about paiie exact site, if there is any reffered pain is it associted with exercise or exertion, is it after exitement and anger, is it after food & indigestion. What is nature of pain, is it pin pricking pain, stabbing pain, is it heavy ness & pain chest along with sweating or vomiting, is it more on coughing or jolting, is it after deep inspiratio or expiration. So many question are tobe answered for proper treatment.

My bp is 115 /82 BP , anxiety disordern & chest pain & body weakness I go to my doctor it's like 120 over 70 and he said now it's fine and he says it is due to anxiety disorder but it's fine at his or her office only at home it goes high what do you recommend.

Dear lybrate-user. Please don't worry about BP. Both 115/82 and 120/70 are within normal levels. BP will change if you record it while sitting or lying down, or checking for the second time, after climbing stairs, or thinking/talking about some critical event or after yoga/exercise/games, while resting, or tablets/food that you have taken, etc. You can take psychological therapy for your anxiety disorder from a psychiatrist or clinical psychologist, instead of checking and worrying about BP at the age of 23 yrs.

High triglycerides and cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This sounds like an anxiety problem. Tips to reduce anxiety and stress 1. Sleep well and regular. Irregular sleep can have some serious consequences. It affects both our physical health and also contributes to anxiety and stress. Anxiety as such also leads to disruptions in sleep. When feeling anxious, always try to get a full 7 to 9 hours of uninterrupted sleep and it can work wonders to improve your condition. 2. Always keep smiling. Take a quick break in between your hectic work to get some laughs with your friends. Laughter can reduce depression and anxiety and has proven benefits. 3. Tidy up your living space or workspace. Keep your things clean and clutter-free. That helps us think clear and thus reducing levels of anxiety. 4. Say thank you often. Expressing your thanks for something helps reduce anxiety. 5. Eat smart. Eating more of foods which are rich in vitamin b and omega-3 fatty acids and also healthy whole grain carbs. Vitamin b contributes to good mental health. When you feel anxious, train your mind to think and feel positive and give reinforcement to yourself that you can handle any situation. This will significantly reduce your stress and anxiety symptoms. 12. Smell relaxing stuff. Go out to your garden. Smell a fresh rose. Take a deep breathe and allow the relaxation to course through your whole body. You can also use relaxing aroma therapy and use it indoors. 13. Go out and spend time with your friends and family. Spend time with your pets social support reduces anxiety and stress to such a great extent that it is almost always bearable. So next time you get on your nerves, go out with your friends, chat with them, watch a movie, spend some time watching the waves in the beach with your partner, talk to your siblings.
