I worked in BPO for about 5 Years, Thus I have a habit of Night Owl thingy, Now that I don't work anymore I can't really manage the bed time. At times it would be 3 am or even 4/5. I sleep for only about 4-5 hours that too in odd hours. Please guide.

You are having this problem because our body has circadian rhythm which maintains this day and night circle. Once it's changed for long time it will take time to come to normal- stop sleeping multiple times, sleep in a single session nicely and slowly slowly shift your sleep session to normal. It will take time but it will be helpful. Don take any medication for sleeping because they have addiction property.

1. Do steam inhalation by steam inhaler 2-3 times daily with karvol plus inhalant capsule 2. Put otrivin nasal drop 1 drop thrice daily. 3. Take one tablet of levocetrizine (5 mg) at bed time. 4. Drink lukewarm water/hot soup/herbal tea etc 5. If you have recurrent attack of cold you may be having sinusitis/allergic rhinitis 6. Take plain xray pns/ct scan of pns after consulting ent specialist to exclude sinusitis and take treatment accordingly 7. If sinusitis is excluded, it I could be due to allergic rhinitis, do an allergy test after consulting allergy specialist/immunologist to find out the cause of allergy and follow the treatment and advice accordingly.

In view of age you may take chance to gain height as you are less than 21 years, this includes exercise, yogasana, and herbal preparations. A chance taking treatment for 8-9 months, regular single and double bar exercise, practice of tadasana, sarvangasana in morning may help, if interested for comprehensive treatment, inform us.

I am 19 years old I get frequent night fall three times in a week. Is it harmful? Ok now what is actual mean of masturbation? Is this means just thinking? Ok what if I stop masturbation? My night fall can be controlled? Some Dr. says that masturbation is good for health is it true. IMPORTANT I actually get night fall at early morning. What if I wake up in early morning and do not sleep till 11 am? This can work. Or any harmful to stop night fall.

Dear lybrate-user, night falls as you have mentioned is not related with masterbation. It maybe due to sleep disorder which can be confirmed only after detailed history. Masterbation is not thinking only, it involves one s own involvement. It is not like good or bad. If done, not harmful to the body but within limits.

take following remedies 1.triphala kadha 4 tsp before lunch and dinner 2.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach there is in ayurveda mention pinda swed ..it is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner .. 1.boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2.apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night .. by doing above thing you will get good result

Hello, take natrum mur 200, 3 drops morning empty stomach, single dose. Use this home remedy:- tomatoes are great for oily skin due to their cooling, clarifying and astringent properties. The high vitamin c content in tomatoes is very helpful for acne prone skin plus, the natural oil-absorbing acids in tomatoes help get rid of excess oil. *cut a tomato in half and rub it on your skin. Allow the juice to soak into your skin for at least 15 minutes. Rinse your skin with cold water, pat it dry and apply a light oil-free moisturiser. You can also make a face mask by combining three tablespoons of tomato juice with one tablespoon of honey.

1. Go for fasting once a week. You can go for absolute fasting or rely on a liquid diet to digest ama (toxin). Fasting should be followed by hot fomentation or by taking a bath with lukewarm water or steam bath. 2. After fasting and fomentation, mix powdered long pepper, black pepper and dried ginger in equal quantities and take 1 teaspoon of this powdered mix with lukewarm water twice a day. This will help you restore your digestive fire. 3. Take one tablespoon of castor oil before going to bed, once or twice a week. It helps in cleansing ama (toxin) build up and balancing vata. 4. Mix equal quantities of powdered fenugreek seeds, turmeric and ginger powder. Take one teaspoon daily in the morning and evening. 5. For dry fomentation of the affected joints, take a cloth and fold it into four, fill it with hot and sand make a potli (bag) out of it. Use this bundle for the fomentation of different joints. This is very helpful in reducing pain and swelling.

Firstly There's no lifelong cure for the common cold. Antibiotics are only effective against infections of throat and are of no use against cold viruses. Over-the-counter (OTC) cold preparations won't cure a common cold or make it go away any sooner, and most have side effects. A saltwater gargle 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2tsp turmeric dissolved in a glass of warm water can temporarily relieve a sore or scratchy throat. If you have many cyst in ovary then you should treat it by these best methods- * get up early in morning and fo meditation regularly. You can do long breaths while closing your eyes in a peaceful environment. You can also do anulom - vilom pranayam at least for 5-8 minutes. It can make your hormone level balanced for regular periods. * avoid taking too much stress. Take a walk for atleast 8-10 minutes daily to calm down stress. * take a balanced nutritious deit with vegetables, fats, protiens and carbs. * avoid high calories food like sweets, fast food, excess milk products. As they make you overweight and make your disease more severe. * you can take dashmoolarisht 2 teaspoons mixed in a glass of water once a day for 2 months atleast. Hi, Take nutritious, healthy food and daily yoga or some kind of exercises, it will be automatically reflected on your face. Daily Regime: Apart from these, you do follow CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally sunscreen with SPF-30 – a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare cream may be, 20-30 minutes before going out daily and repeat it's application after every 3-4hrs.) after washing your face daily; use the products as per your skin type. This will change the skin texture and skin tone. For tanning, apply honey with a dash of lime on your face. Eat right and healthy that too on time, relieve your stress/ tensions, sleep well, stop smoking, as this restricts blood flow to your face and leaves you with a greyish complexion. lead a healthy lifestyle! Apart from this, avoid anger, anxiety, fear which increases stress hormone in the body and subsequently makes your complexion darker! If the dull and dark skin tone is due to any underlying ailment or diseases, need to look into the matter. Diet: -Increase your Vitamin C intake (lemon,orange,gooseberry,etc.Fruits/juices, strawberries, sweet peppers, tomatoes, cantaloupe, and green peas). - Eat more Vitamin A (nonfat milk, oysters, and egg yolks, carrots, watermelon, papaya, tomatoes, or other dark colored produce) . If you feel your skin is weak or not tight enough, that usually suggests a lack of Vitamin A. Medicine: You can also use homoeopathic cream - Medicynth's Whitch Hazel daily at night. Home remedies: Apply fresh-squeezed lemon juice to your entire face and neck. Leave it on for 10 minutes and then wash it off with lukewarm water. After this, rub cucumber slices on your skin to soften and moisturize it. Do this daily or every other day. Another option is squeeze the juice of one-half lemon and mix one to two tablespoons of raw honey in it. Apply it on your face, leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse it off. Hi, Follow the following medication and guidelines----Start the treatment with single dose of Tuberculinum 1M. After 1 week of this take the below:- * First week- you should take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *second week- take Thuja 1M, drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *third week- Again take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *fourth week- take Thuja 1M, 5 drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *Take Rite -hite tablets from SBL, 2-2 tabs, two times daily. *Bio combination no. 21, 4 -4 tabs daily, two times. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. * plenty of fluids, frequent smaller meals, yoga and exercise regime and adequate sleep is also important. The most common form of morning stiffness and pain is due to muscle imbalances and poor conditioning of the muscles themselves. Here are some tips for how to handle your back pain: -while sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. -find a mattress with back support. A good mattress should provide support for the natural curves and alignment of the spine. Medium-firm mattresses usually provide more back pain relief than firm mattresses. -do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back -avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time -stretching and strengthening exercises are important. -a physiotherapist can tell you when to begin stretching and strengthening exercises and learn how to safely, easily, stretch and strengthen the weak and tight areas of your lower back and hips which cause pain while sleeping.
