Early Morning (6: 30 am - 7: 00 am) - a glass of warm water + 1/2 lemon juice + pinch of salt; walk for 30 minutes. Breakfast (8: 00 am - 9: 00 am) - 1 cup milk/tea, with fruit, oats with milk/namkeen oats, veg. Dalia, veg. Upma, veg. Poha, veg. Sandwich, 2 egg whites/1 whole egg and toast. Mid-Morning (11: 30 am) - fruit/sprouts Lunch (1: 00 pm - 2: 00 pm) - 2 chapattis with vegetable, salad, dal/curd/idli + sambhar (alternatively, if you want to have 1 bowl rice, have it with 1 katori rajma/kadhi/dal/chhole + salad) Postlunch- green tea Tea-Time (4: 30 pm - 5: 00 pm) - tea + 2 biscuits/rusks Evening Snacks (6: 00 pm - 6: 30 pm) - roasted chana, sprouts, veg sandwich, sometimes 4-5 almonds, walnuts, pista, raisins Dinner (8: 00 pm - 8: 30 pm) - 1-2 chapattis with vegetable, salad or 1-2 veg sandwiches, or roasted chicken/grilled fish (if non-vegetarian) Postdinner- green tea Post-Dinner (if required, at 10: 00 pm) - 1 cup of milk by Dt Surbhi.

You will have to on and off the whey protein with weight gainer. A cycle of whey should follow by weight gainer and then again with whey. Also take atleast 1 scoop in between meals. Or for proper sport nutrition pls consult us.

A thorough medical examination is essential if you have a poor appetite and not gaining weight inspite of eating properly. Generally,weight gain needs patience and happens gradually with improved appetite and sensible eating. Weight gain needs a healthy wholesome diet with increase in proteins, healthy fats and required carbohydrate intake. Include more of fish, eggs, chicken, nuts and oilseeds in your diet with ample quantity of fresh fruits and vegetables. Do not skip meals and eat frequently. Do some exercise along so that digestion is good. Take care that you do not have constipation and are properly hydrated. To start with avoid simple sugars as far as possible like sugar, jaggery, honey, sweets, candies, chocolates, cold drinks etc. 'Eat Out' less, avoid junk and have good quantity of fresh foods which are not processed like fruits, vegetables, soups, salads, nuts, low fat milk, curd etc. Gradually, focus on higher protein intake, lower fat and restrict carbohydrates to high fibre foods only. Combine these dietary changes with 30 mins to one hour play/walk / exercise. Its difficult to draft a diet chart here which is tailored to meet your requirements. I am 28 year female, my blood report show hb 11.80,rbc - 3.26,mcv - 103.70,mch - 36.20,mchc- 34.9,tlc - 10.1. Report advice- Rbc are Predominantly normocytic normochromic with macrocytic. Platelets normal. Please advice I am worry.

There is no need to worry 11.80 HB is normal in women although MCV and MCH are slightly raised it does not indicate any harmful disease condition. As MCHC is normal iron containt in blood is ok. Macrocytes are present due to immature RBC in blood which are due to vitamin b12 deficiency. Although b12 is abundant in non veg food but if you are vegetarian then milk and milk products and legumes are good source of vitamin b12.

You must go for investigations first. Blood tests to be done are hb℅ and thyroid profile. Also go for a usg for uterus and adenexae.

Clopidogrel prescribed to heart patients, yes you can tale clopidogrel with rosuva and omega 3 fatty acid.
