To increase weight eat meals at frequent intervals. Avoid junk food. Include good quality protein sources in your every meal help yourself with more of nuts & dairy products. Include high calorie food items in between your main meals such as dark chocolates, cakes, sweetened beverages such as cold coffee, shakes.

lybrate-user there are many causes for your problem. Firstly I advise you to stop using all sorts of synthetic shampoos. You can use any HERBAL shampoo and plain Coconut hair oil. If you are active enough and your appetite is good and do not get tired easily, there's no need you should gain weight. Let it be natural process. However you may adopt positive calory intake balance i. E. Eat more calories than you spend. However with the help of some herbominerals, your metabolism normalises. It may gain weight if reqd by your body. In any case do not take harmonal medicines to gain wt.

Dear Aman You may have Chawanprash,vasant kusumakar ras and ashwagandha churan .Have plenty of nuts and bananas.Drink good amount of milk and have milk products.Exercise for 45 minutes daily.

Every diet is customised as per person's body type to give the maximum benefit, better would be to talk to the dietitian who gave you the diet so that necessary changes can be done as per your needs. In short you should avoid all forms of sweets and sugar, fruit juices, cold drinks, refined carbohydrates, and have sufficient amount of protein, don't skip meals and have early dinner which should be light.

* Take full rest & do not do any work at all. *Drink only luke warm water all the day. * cover your whole body so that it cause sweating and lower down fever fast. *Do not take any antibiotic without consulting Physician. * Take 5 leaves of Tulsi and small piece of ginger.Crush them & boil in a glass of waterfor 2-3 minutes. Drink it twice a day to treat the fever. * If the fever do not lower down after taking crocin, then put the cloth/ bandage soaked in tap water and put on forehead and change it after 2-3 minutes. Do that until the temprature lower down.Do not use ice cold water for this. *Eat only light and easy digested food only.Avoid fried foods, meat, eggs, cheese . *If the fever do not lower down even after 3 days , then go to nearest hospital and test the blood for Malaria, Typhoid, Dengue and viral fever only under the guidance of doctor. Avoid from sudden change in temperature .Do not stay in Air condition, wear full sleeve clothes and cover your body on rest.

My advice to you will be to not to focus or analyse too much on your feeling s all the time. That is the trap bipolar & depression people fall into. The reason of not gaining weight are * improper diet * indigestion (disease of stomach, loose motions) * thyroid disorder * diabetes *addiction (smoking or alcoholism) dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy

I meet an accident and suffered Displaced medial malleolus fracture in my left ankle. Surgery was done on 22nd March 2016. I have to get my plaster remove now. I am working professional. When would I be able to come to my normal walking strength as earlier and shall I have to go for physiotherapy?

Sweet Potato as muscle builder.
Sweet potatoes are also considered good for a bodybuilding diet due to their high fiber, potassiumm and vitamin content. They can be taken as a post-workout snack. They are high in complex carbohydrates that replenish your glycogen stores after a workout.
