Bring your body weight down to 50 kg slowly. Have patience and adapt a healthy lifestyle and give your body ample time to adjust. Stick to your discipline. Eat healthy food (avoid junk food, processed food, and sodas) and drink enough water (8-10 glasses of water or more if required). Begin with simple exercises like walking for 30 mins and then increase the duration slowly. Learn yoga as it can give freshness along with good digestion and metabolism. Sleep on time ever day (6-8 hrs daily). Go for annual health checkup for the whole family and take preventive steps.

hello mam , have small and frequent meals.avoid gastric foods in dinner.take protein diet. do walk daily . take good amount of water. don't skip your meals and breakfast specially. take milk and milk products. take sprouts, paneer, egg, tofu, soy milk,mango shake, banana shake, poha , upma, besan cheela .

You need to increase your calorie intake by increasing your carbohydrates & protein intake. You can have parathas, cheese sandwiches in your breakfast. Increase 1 chapati more in your lunch & dinner. Add rice in your lunch. Include vegetables, dal, salad ,curd in your daily meals. You can have milkshakes, cookies fruits in between your meals. Add sweetdish. Eat every 2-3 hours.

Mr. S lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. The product mentioned has a good amount of carbs and proteins. It might help in building muscle mass provided you do regular exercise for over 1 hour plus. Just taking a supplement is not going to add muscle mass. If you are only looking at good protein supplements then eggs 2 to 3 a day are the best. Along with good exercise schedule one can build a good muscle mass. Thanks.

Hi. Thanks for your query. If your blood sugar levels are maintained then only can you avoid excess storage of fats. The sugars need to be maintained by following good diet and exercise routine. For a diabetic it is best advised to have a diet planned as per the sugar levels, lifestyle and history. Though you can follow some guidelines - The sugar levels will fluctuate depending on what you ate or did not eat, stress levels and activity levels. You have to try and manage a balanced carb intake. Have small frequent meals. Do not fast for long hours. Your diet must include whole grains, seasonal fruits, vegetables, small amounts of nuts and dairy and pulses or dals or lean meats like chicken or fish and egg. Starchy vegetables need to be planned into the diet. Avoid a very heavy meal at one time. Avoid fruit juices, aerated drinks or sugarcane juice, honey, jaggery or sugar. Avoid junk foods. Exercise and stay active. Avoid exercise if sugar levels are above 250 mg/dl. Do not attempt to try out too many remedies as you could go into hypoglycaemia. Sleep well. It's all a matter of discipline.

For allergy of Wheat, try Gluten Free products. You need to increase your calorie intake by increasing your carbohydrates & protein intake. You can have parathas, cheese sandwiches in your breakfast. You need to take her to a good skin specialist because of risk of infecting the new born .its also risky because if it is on the tummy or vaginal area the delivery site can be affected.

1. Keggel exerciseis a pelvic floor exercise 2. It is used tocontrol premature ejaculation/Nightfall 3.contract the muscle which you use to stop urinating-squeeze for 3 sec, relax for 3 sec, repeat 10-15 times per session and do it 3 times daily.
