Hi , from what you have written, it appears that you have no physical ailment and your weight is also normal for your age and height. It is more to do with your state of mind. 1. Develop positive attitude and make friends with positive thinking boys. 2. Don't keep doubting yourself. 3. Keep busy with your work and studies; maintain your schedule 4. Avoid fast food and eat healthy food. 5 regular vigorous physical exercise is very important. With improved blood circulation, toxins will be eliminated from your body. You will become very energetic and your mind will become fresh as well as positive. 6. Maintain healthy habits and have adequate sleep 7. If you still want some medicine, take alfalfa mother tincture 5 to 10 drops in half glass of water twice daily. This will be available in homeo medical shop.

First of all try to loose you weight upto 75 kg and after that we will start muscle tone diet and exercises. Our Daily energy requirements for proper functioning of our body is 1600-2200 K cal of Energy if we want to remain fit and healthy.But there is a misconception that weight is reduced by dieting.But weight is not reduced by only skipping our meals or prohibition from sugars but until we are not aware what are our body energy requirements ,it will be difficult to loose weight.If we restrict ourself from taking daily diet to 1100-1200 Kcalories ,and increases our workouts,only then we can think about reducing our weight and for that we must obtain proper knowledge of exact energy levels in a particular dish we are eating,only then we can achieve our target of reducing weight by means of simple mathematical calculation. Take high protein diet. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Drink lot of water everyday.

Lybrate-user. Feeling depressed due to situations in life may be due to poor adaptive skills or inability to deal with stressful situation. This could be due to sveral reasons including generalised anxiety or depresion. If you feel that the anxiety is uncontrollable and you continue feeling depressed for last 15 days or more, visit me. Hi 1. Keep yourself hydrated. 2. Get extra rest for some days till you feel more energetic. 3. Avoid watching television for long hours. Indulge in relaxing activities. 4. Avoid stress and too much physical exertion. 5. Take a nutritious diet with more protein items in homemade food like soya, sprouts, dals, paneer, milk, seasonal fruits. 6. Do light physical activity, meditation and yoga. 7. Take one good multivitamin tablet after food for 7 days.

Hye, Aap ko gym fully leave nahi karna chahiye. Kucth exercise continue rakhna hai. Agar aap ne diet right nahi follow kiya tho aapka weight loss galat hua hai jisske wajaha se gym chodne par aapki health wapis pahle jaisi ho jati hai. Also, agar aap gym leave karte ho fir us hisab se diet bhi badalta hai, agar wo nahi karte tho indigestion hona hi hai. So, diet, exercise sab hisab se ho tho aisa nahi hota hai. Diet exercise hamesha body ke zaroorat ke hisab se kare.

HI, When I do sit more time or 2 hour continue .My legs become weak . If I can touch means jum happening. When I beat my leg to the earth for 2 minutes then legs come normal stage. Give solutions for my health.

I will suggest you to do suryanamaskar daily as per your capacity for a minimum of six months and Get your vital parameters of the body checked from a nearby doctor and follow up with findings and if necessary we can get a colour doppler for legs done and follow up with reports.
