You should have 83 kg.Eat food extra more frequently.Take lots of dense fruits,vegetables.More protein will help in both cases.Add extra oil in cooking.No smoking,alcohol.No water during meals.Use nutritional supplement.These common things will help you to get healthy hair and to gain weight. To boost energy level use honey and tulsi on an empty stomach in the morning and evening.Do exercise like yoga. Do push ups,weight lifting and other muscle building exercise to gain weight.

To improve your memory :- Give your brain a workout by solving puzzles. Don't skip the physical exercise. Get your 7 hours of sleep. Make time for friends. Keep stress in check by yoga and meditation. Have a laugh. Eat a brain-boosting diet like Almonds, fruits and high protein diet. Identify and treat health problems. Take practical steps to support learning and memory. Avoid multitasking.

Can you suggest a diet plan. Without loosing stamina and getting tired. I have tired many diet plans but it had never worked. Pls sir.

Within 10-15 minutes of doing any type of activity that requires "energy" I end up sweating profusely and overheat. I will get headaches. During warm days, just being in temperatures more than 70 degrees cause me to sweat and get headaches. Due to this, I am forced to stay in indoors. If I go to crowd place, functions and especially go under sun for 5 mins also I will get headache for sure. It goes after deep sleep of 4 to 5 hrs. I am wearing specs. My head gets overheated. Is der any solution for it? I do not take any medicines for any health related issues.

You take high calorie n high protein diet. Don't skip breakfast. With breakfast you drink 1 glass of milk n 2 anjeer n 2 almonds. Take 4-5 meals in a day in frequent intervals. Take 10 _12 glass of water. I should do excercise.

I am 23 yrs old, wt: 67kgs, ht: 5'8, I eat a lot but couldn't gain enough mass. Do regular workouts, play badminton in the evening. What is the suggested daily intakes to become ideally fit?

I have been suffering from ringworm past 4 months and recently I applied soft lotion on it and then after 3 days I visited a dermatologist he gave few medication. But because of soft lotion the black skin is coming out and the new skin layer has red patches a bit which gives alot burning sensation I tried to apply some moisturiser but it still burns.

Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! Only drinking milk with honey alone wouldn't add weight to your body, need to focus on other areas as well. It not only depends upon the amount of food you consume daily, but also about eating Sensibly, depends upon your genes, your body's proper metabolism, assimilation and absorption, the levels of stress/ tension in your life, and any underlying medical condition you have! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points (if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. Both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 3 months. Revert.

Hi, please, go for cbc, take, plenty of water to eliminate toxins. If, you r running in fever, you'll feel low, of course. Take, homoeo medicines: @ belladonna 30-6 pills, thrice. @ ferrum phos 6 x-4 tabs -thrice a day. Take care.
