Aim is to be physically and mentally strong. Never feel you are weak. To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy and natural food..>> Take small meals but eat something solid every 2 hours. Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice..>> Take one / two small packs (20gm) butter daily. Eat 20 almonds & 5 dates daily. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, banana shakes etc..>> If your are non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish. For Veg- Dals have good protein. Have more dals, rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc..>> Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen..>> No need for any extra supplement/medicines. Natural diet is best. Go for 30 mins walks / exercise / yoga daily..>> Take deworming tablets every six month. .Feel confident about yourself and be cheerful All the best.

My Face Becomes too much wet I Don't have any Breathing Problem or I Don't get Sweating by Running or Exercise but nowadays I can't go outside of AC or Fan for even a Single minute I want to be Strong Once again I used to Look Good and Healthy but Now I really Look Ugly and Weak I want to change it I want to make me Great again like I was I joined gym for 1 month but that was no use I did everything Yoga, Swimming and all But I can't even do that Once Even 2 kg Dumbbells make My Hand Pain I don't want this I want to be Strong Once again please And I got Hair loss Problem too yes I agree O ate lot of Bad food From. Street from Junk Food Pani Puri, Vada Paav, to Dominoes and Not a single work I feel that I lost everything And There is no way to be like before once again I even Hate My smile nowadays Because my eyes Looks So Small and Face too much big How I suppose to Be Great Once again? Come back to nature. Go for early morning walk in any good garden take deep brith do some arobic excersices. Change food habites. Avoidfast, spacy, junck food, over eating. Take simpal veg foods with salad, take fiber food as much as you can. Due to ac life you are so far away from nature. Nature is best source of healthy life.

Take proteinous diet like cheez and milk with banan or mango also eat nuts between meal time walk at least 20 minute in morning and 20 minute in evening but not so fast take a nap after lunch drink full cream milk as much you digest in unani pathy you take khamira gauzaban ambari jawahr wala 1tsf 2time a day with milk.

I'm vegetarian as well as poor also. Please tell me some natural and effective ways to become strong as I'm very much weak.

There are certain adaptations that will suit you during the elation phase and there are certain behaviors that are required during the depressed phases. In the meantime, you can do certain things that will give you benefits anyway. Emotional therapy will alleviate a lot of the problems faced in this condition because it is a mood disorder. You need to particularly look at your levels of anger both for its reasonableness and to express it in an appropriate manner. I suspect that much of this anger may have origins in early childhood that you may never be aware of now. This information will help the counselor too. Also, you will need to check whether there is any genetic factor involved. You must exercise regularly, eat healthily and sleep normally too. If your motivation and cooperation are good much can be achieved. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. If your blood sugar is not in control, then there is a possibility of loosing weight as more glucose is excreted. So first thing is get your sugar level in control. Fasting should be closer to 100 mg and pp 150 to 160 mg, when on treatment. Then only your health is likely to improve.

1. For increasing weight. First we have to work on your digestive system. It will do aam pachan and will increase your digestive power and appetite. 2. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, sprouts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements. They will not work in isolation. You have to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.
