Acanthosis nigricans can be cured through homeopathy, so consult a competent hoemopath in your locality and get treatment under his supervision, he will select a medicine on the basis of symptoms similarity. OTC (over the counter) medicines/ ointment will not help you.

lybrate-user, For last 28 years I have been undertaking breast implants. For married women where scar is not a big issue, I offer silicone breast implant surgery. For unmarried, divorced, spinster seeking partner or marriage, I do offer sessions of autologous (your own) fat grafting. Here the scars are much smaller at 2 places: the body area from where we take out fat (Usually tummy, thighs, hips), and over lower part of breasts from where we inject. The results of fat grafting may not be as great as that of implants, but still good.

I have seen my face skin pores get open day by day , the blackheads on my nose looks dull and I have pimples problem too. How can I get out from it ?

I have seen my face skin pores get open day by day , the blackheads on my nose looks dull and I have pimples problem ...
Acne occurs when the pores on your skin become blocked with oil, dead skin, or bacteria. Each pore on your skin is the opening to a follicle. The follicle is made up of a hair and a sebaceous (oil) gland. The oil gland releases sebum (oil), which travels up the hair, out of the pore, and onto y skin. Drink water 10 glass / day wash your face 3 times / day avoid oily food eat one orange daily do not squeeze pimples, because that often leads to infections, worse acne and scars. Wash your hair often if your hair is oily. Try to keep your hair off of your face. Avoid hair care products such as gels, mousses, cream rinses, and pomades that contain a lot of oil. Use baksons sunny face wash. Avoid touching your face. Protect your skin from too much sun exposure.

Bad odour after sweating is completely normal. All you have to do is to make sure that you take a bath after any physical activity. This way your skin will remain germ free and healthy, and also, odour will also be reduced.

I am female 45 years of age having lots of black spots and scars on my face which are very dark. Please help and suggest me something effective.

For black spot home remidies 1. Mix two teaspoons of baking soda with mineral water to make a paste. 2. Apply the paste generously on the affected skin area and massage gently. Allow it to dry for a few minutes before rinsing it off with warm water. 3. Repeat this remedy once or twice a week. And dark circles almond oil is a great natural ingredient that is very beneficial for the delicate skin around your eyes. Regular usage of almond oil will help fade your under eye circles. In addition to almond oil, you can use vitamin e oil to eliminate dark circles under the eyes. 1. Before going to bed, apply a little almond oil over the dark circles and gently massage it into the skin. 2. Leave it on overnight. 3. The next morning, wash it off with cold water. 4. Follow this remedy daily until the dark circles disappear. Any querries inform me.

I have an obesity problem How should I get solution for my problem? Please advise me.

M.Sc - Dietitics / Nutrition

Hi, Try to regularise your meals into small and frequent meals. Include good amounts of fibre rich diet like whole grain cereals, vegetables and fruits. Avoid fruit juices and carbonated beverages. Include lean meat, skin out chicken, fish and egg white. Avoid fried meat, oily foods, egg omelette and red meat. Avoid junk food and include green tea, oats, sprouts and drink plenty of water. Work out regularly either morning or evening depending on your convenience. Take steps instead of lift and keep a check on high fat and high carbohydrate foods that you consume. Take a light dinner consisting of less carbohydrate and moderate protein. Maintain 2 hours gap between dinner and sleep.

My face is so oily and I want oil free skin and glow on my face so what can I do for it.

My face is so oily and I want oil free skin and glow on my face so what can I do for it.
Hello, Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 20 days. Use Bakson's Apricot scrub at least once a week.
