Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contacts your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it doe s not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Why not discuss with me in a video conference?

Kindly avoid standing for long hrs, lifting heavy weight, and give rest to your back. Take adree shacharadi kwatham, 3 tsf in half a glass of warm water, 2 times a day. Take panchamruta loha guggal, 2 tabs with dashamoolajeerakarishtam, 3 tsf in half a glass of warm water, twice a day, after meals. Take ashwagandha powder, 1 tsf in half a glass of warm milk, twice a day, 1 hr after meals. Do massage with mahanarayana oil over back upto your ankles daily once a day. Warm the oil for best results. Contact some ayurveda panchakarma specialist for basti and kati basti. Continue the regime for 45 days. Avoid cold eatables and cold water in your diet. Stay in touch, good luck.

Use Back Support. Self Massage the back of neck. General Advice... Contrast Bath. Sports Taping. Gentle Stretching Shoulder Advice... Hot Fomentation. Gentle Shoulder Stretching. Suggest me some good medicines for back pain I am suffering from it from last two years.
Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front.Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Do massage with sea same oil clockwise and anti clockwise above and below the knee and in the hollow portion of the knee. Also take rhus tox 30 thrice a day three drops in water for two days. Let me know more details about you for further course of medicine.

Dear, body pain for a day or two may be due to tiredness/ viral illness/electrolyte imbalance. Take plenty of oral fluids like fruit juice, lemon water, shakes, lassi etc. Take ors solution if you sweat a lot. Take rest. If still have much pain then massage and a tablet of paracetamol may help. Do not take much medication without prescription. I wish you all the best. If you have chronic body pain and tiredness then kindly get tsh, blood sugar and renal function test done. Hope this helps you.

LIFE-STYLE CORRECTION 1) Correct your sitting posture. 2) Take small pillow or back rest for lower back. 3) Foot should rest to floor easily. 4) Take small break after 1 hr & walk few steps. 5) Do neck & upper back extension, give feedback after 4 days. tips 1) Do massage with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min., afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min. 2) Start natural calcium supplement. 3) Do regular stretching exercise 4) In yoga DO BHUJANGASAN, HALASAN & SURYANAMASKAR

Investigations advised - hb, tlc, dlc, esr, sugar f & pp, uric acid, vit d3 urine r/e x ray of the affected part. Anyway you may try- sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Stiffness is the symptom of muscle weakness. Take hot fermentation and do back exercises. Maintain proper back posture.
