Are you having mild fever ? For headache -- Ginger can help reduce inflammation of the blood vessels in the head, thus providing relief from a headache. Mix equal parts of ginger juice and lemon juice. Consume it once or twice a day. Another option is to apply a paste of one teaspoon of dry ginger powder, also called sonth, and two tablespoons of water on the forehead for a few minutes.

Based on the history the pains can be due to fever as acute onset febrile illnesses present like such prodromal signs prior to full onset of symptoms. Fever with chills needs evaluation with complete blood count, blood cultures, urinalysis and malaria workup. Meanwhile using analgesics like acetaminophen or ibuprofen will help with the symptoms. Decision of antibiotics or anti malarial should be based after labs. as for your taste is concerned ,fever causes loss of taste buds( bald tongue) try to add some ginger in warm water and drinks sips in between. this will improve the taste and don't use tongue cleaner.

First, you make your mind to wake up early. So, set the time to get up early in the morning. Drink 1 l of water after waking up. Go for a walk for half an hour and do exercise for half an hour. Exercise should include stretches, cardio and abdominal exercises. Have a healthy breakfast in the morning like idli, dosa, upma or poha which are low in calories and help in weight loss. Drink juice or soup which are rich in nutrients or eat a full fruit which is rich in fiber. For afternoon, take 3 chapathis, 1 cup rice, gravy or sambar and a cup of curd and a salad. In the evening, take a cup of green tea and some roasted peanuts which are rich in protein. For dinner, take 2 chapathis with gravy and a salad. Dinner should be taken 2 hours before going to sleep. Sleep should not be less than 7 to 8 hours. In a day, try to drink at least 2 to 2.5 l of water. This plays a major role in detoxification and helps in weight loss.

It could be due to 1. Stress/depression, severe physical/mental exertion, anaemia, 2. Low vitamin d/b12/calcium, 3. Diabete/hypothyroidism, peripheral neuropathy, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, 4. Get your blood examined for hemoglobin, vitamin d3, vitamin b12, calcium. 5. Consult physician with report for advice and treatment.

Hello, you suffer from viral fever. Would you b able to collect homoeo -medicine, right, now. *homoeo-care** @ arsanic alb 200-6 pills, thrice a day = 3 days. @ gelsemium 200-6 pills, thrice a day=3 days. @ belladonna 30-6 pills, thrice a day. If you are unbale to collect the above mentioned, homoeo-medicines, may take any antipyretic, english medicine to reduce the fever. All d best.

Hello, kindly follow health advices given below: measure your temperature and tell me reading 1. Avoid exertion 2. Take Tablet Paracetamol 500 mg after food as and when required for fever more than 99 F (maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days 3. Lot of fluids to be taken 4. Take proper diet homemade food like moong dal Dalia, chapatti etc. 4. Avoid wearing synthetic and tight cloths. Kindly go for CBC test and consult physician for further management and let me know what medicines you were taking and also tell me if you are having other symptoms like cough/ throat pain/ burning urine/ stomach pain so that we can confirm cause of fever

Hye. Thankyou for your query. There’s no overnight fix when it comes to healthy weight loss, but you can adjust your lifestyle to promote quick, natural weight loss for the benefit of your health and your appearance. Successful, long-term weight management needs to focus on more than the food you eat and the pounds you lose. It needs to focus on your overall health. Reshape your body and your lifestyle by adopting healthy habits and breaking unhealthy ones. Replace all processed foods in your diet with vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low-fat dairy, lean meats, eggs, legumes, nuts, seeds and seafood. Focus on the variety of whole, unprocessed foods you can eat instead of dwelling on the junk food you eliminated from your diet. Eat smaller portions at every meal and avoid going back for seconds. Take a smaller scoop of rice, half of a piece of chicken instead of a whole piece and one less egg in your morning omelet, for example. Make time for breakfast every morning. Eating breakfast helps prevent overeating and is a habit of people who successfully lose weight. Pack to-go meals instead of eating convenience foods when you’re not home. Store foods like chopped fruits and vegetables or cooked grains, legumes, eggs and meats in your refrigerator so you always have something to grab when you’re in a rush. Buy fresh vegetables and fruits from the grocery store if you forget to bring healthful food from home. When you can’t avoid dining at a restaurant, opt for a salad as a starter, and always ask for the dressing on the side. Clear soups, lean meats, seafood and grain-based dishes like roti, whole grain bread are other good choices. Adopt physically demanding hobbies like bicycling, hiking, jogging, power walking to promote faster weight loss. If you don’t have time for new hobbies, increase your physical activity with things like walking the dog, playing with the kids or jogging instead of driving to a nearby store or taking the stairs instead of the elevator.
