Please tell me what can I do.
You want the focus on eating healthy foods to gain weight. Eat foods that are loaded with vitamins, minerals, nutrients and calories. You can enrich foods with real nut butters, whole fat milk, avocado, whole wheat bread, vegetable oils, nuts, potatoes, eat more often. Increasing the amount of calories you eat each day will help to gain weight. Focus on eating each meal containing a protein then do regular exercise for fitness.

Dear * Soak 4 almonds in half glass of water keep overnight and consume in morning on empty stomach also have to drink water. continue this for 3 months. * Avoid spicy, junk foods. * Do not skip meals. * Consume fruits, milk, curd regularly. * yoga and regular exercise also necessary. * Consult to advice or prescribe you better effective.

u need to take a balanced diet. in the early morning u drink a glass of water plain water u eat 1 raisins+1 cashew nuts+1 almonds+1 anjeer eat 4-5 ltr water/day drink fruit juice and glucose water.coconut water eat more vegetables and fruits eat four meal a day

Follow the following medication and guidelines----Start the treatment with single dose of Tuberculinum 1M.After 1 week of this take the below:- * First week- you should take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops , single dose, morning empty stomach. *second week- take Thuja 1M,drops, single dose , morning empty stomach. *third week- Again take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *fourth week- take Thuja 1M, 5 drops , single dose, morning empty stomach. *Take Rite -hite tablets from SBL,2-2 tabs , two times daily. *Bio combination no. 21, 4 -4 tabs daily , two times. Take a healthy and balanced diet. *Do yoga (especially TADASAN) and stretching exercises. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. *Healthy breakfast, plenty of fluids, frequent smaller meals, yoga nand exercise regime and adequate sleep is also important. *Revert after 1 month.

your weight is 5-6 KGS more than your ideal weight u have put your height 5.so need to reduce 4-5 KGS
