I will suggest you to eat nutritious home made food with adequate fluid intake and take physical rest and tip- I will suggest you to take a shower with warm water or just wash your face, forearms, legs with soap and water at bedtime for a peaceful sleep.

Dear weakness can be due to many reasons, such as impoper sleep, hornonal imbalances, certain deficiencies & less of antioxidants in our diet so start doing these things it may help 1. Do not use t I suggest you some natural way to improve. When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. I am a regular gym goer and high on dairy diet (whey protein, casein protien, eggs and milk) but from last 3-4 days I don't feel like eating anything (especially dairy product), suddenly my appetite has been reduced. I had constipation few days back but that now OK, but still my same appetite hasn't return. What's the problem with me? I am really confused. please help.

You have to switch to a high fibre diet rich in whole grains and green leafy vegetables. A high fiber diet includes more than 25 g of fiber per day. Addition of fiber supplements to already existing diet is a good plan. Stool softeners can be taken to soften stools if there is hard stools which can cause undue straining while going to toilet. Adequate water intake. Adequate amounts of water can ease the passage of stools.

1. Protein is the key for the muscle building. Without adequate protein, muscle gain and growth is not possible because weight training demands for amino acids (which comes from protein). You should daily eat about 2.2g of protein per kilogram of your weight. For example, if you are 50kg , then you should eat 50x2.2=111g of protein spread over 5-6 meals in the day. Include high protein foods in your diet. Your protein intake should be from foods rather than from supplements. Good protein foods: beans,soybeans, whey, fish, dairy products (low fat variety), meats, nuts and seeds (almonds, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds), peanut butter. Many of these are easy digestible foods. Milk is one of the best muscle foods. The milk contains two high quality proteins, about 80 percent whey and 20 percent casein. Whey is quickly broken down into amino acids and absorbed into the bloodstream. Whey is very good to consume after workout. Casein is digested more slowly and provides the body with a steady supply of protein for a longer period of time. Cheese is concentrated milk, so it is high in protein and calcium, fat and cholesterol. Include healthy skim yogurt in your diet, which can give you as much as 120 calories. 2. Eat custard apple (Saripa, Sitaphal) to put on some weight. This fruit is high in calorie. 3. Healthy fats: Avoid fatty foods. Most mothers, especially in India give too much ghee or butter to their children, thinking they will put flesh fast. But ghee is mostly saturated fat which is not a healthy fat for any body. Healthy fats are monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats and omega-3 fatty acids. Good fats: cold pressed oils (olive, sunflower, linseed, canola ). 4. Drink pure fruit juice. It is full of sugar and added nutrients so it is a healthy and nutritious way to gain some pounds. 5. Complex carbohydrates are also needed for gaining weight.. Corn bread is also full of carbohydrates, one piece gives approximately 328 calories. Potatoes are rich sources of carbohydrates and complex sugars, eat baked or as grilled potatoes. Pasta is a calorie rich cereal carbohydrates. 6. Eat bananas. These are rich in carbs and nutritious, one banana contains approximately 100 calories. 7. Some people think that drinking beer helps, but it is not true, it accumulates in your abdomen, making it fatty. 8. Don't take protein supplements for gaining muscles. Consult your doctor for protein supplements. 9. Non Vegetarian Foods Some of the non-vegetarian foods that help increase weight are given below: 1. Red Meat lean ground beef, lean steaks. 2. Pork, ham, lamb 3. Fish: Eat two portions of salmon, cod, or tuna every day. 4. Shrimps: The nutrients and necessary acid content present in shrimps gives healthy calories. 5. Turkey 6. Chicken breast Chicken breast, is supposed to be the healthiest and non-fat part which has approximately 78 calories for each serving. 7. Whole eggs: Eggs are loaded with protein, vitamins A,D and E.

To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow this regimen and you will soon start seeing the results.
