Take low calorie and low sodium and high protein food. Don't take rice at night. 4-5 meals in a day in a frequent intervals. Take 1 glass of lukewarm water with 1 tsp of alsi powder in the morning and go for walk.

Dear, you should initially aim to increase your appetite. Increase your appetite by eating more to gain weight. But do it step-by-step and not by stuffing yourself too much at one go. Add one extra chapatti or more rice than you normally consume, or you could even start with fruits by eating an extra one every day. Including the following 10 foods in your diet is also a good idea. Soya proteins lean meats fish eggs milk and milk products dry fruits nuts and oil seeds starchy roots n tubers pulses and lentils good fats combine your efforts with fair amount of physical activity. Dear you can easily gain weight by following these best things: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. Your height and weight is okay. Doing Gym for health and fitness is good for health. Continue doing it. There is no need to take any extra artificial proteins. These will spoil your body in the long run. Extra proteins don't lead to better body. Muscles are not built by supplements. Muscles and strength comes from weight training which you are already doing. Eat natural proteins, those are best. Avoid artificial stuff. Strength is important. Bulk is not. Be fit. Don't compare with others. Be proud of the way you are. Be confident of yourself.

Sleep early.. sleep well..Sleep comfortably. If 5 am is creating problems try 5.30 am. Before sleeping, try to do Shavasana or Progressive Muscle Relaxation. You will be able to sleep better.
