Dear lybrate User, Weight gain needs a healthy wholesome diet with increase in proteins, healthy fats and required carbohydrate intake. Include more of fish, eggs, chicken, nuts and oilseeds, whole milk and milk products in your diet with ample quantity of fresh fruits and vegetables. Do not skip meals and eat frequently. Do some exercise along so that digestion is good. Take care that you do not have constipation and are properly hydrated. Eat green leafy veggies..more of citrus fruits..banana,more of water..eat 4to 5 times in smaller portions..avoid in bulk.. drink milk twice .. eat dry fruits..eat dairy products like paneer,cheese.. dont smoke..dont drink alcohol.. eat protien rich food.. pulses..legumes..potatoes.. opt for protein shakes..do mild exercises.. About the height..it cant be increased now as you are 23 yeras old now..

Hello Nightfall is normal Its not a sickness It does not cause weakness You need to relax Do not worry Body produces semen everyday. It has to come out either by sex or Masturbation or nightfall. Its like water tank is full, so excess water comes out.

Dear Lybrateuser, - Along with exercises you have to consume a well balanced diet with more of protein foods to gain muscles - have more of vegetables, fruits, whole grains instead of refined ones, protein rich foods like eggs, lean meats, milk & milk products such as yogurt, cheese, butter milk, cottage cheese, tofu, soya products, beans, lentils, pulses, sprouts, peas, nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pista, cashews, peanuts - have plenty of oral fluids including 8-10 glasses of water for proper hydration - can consult a dietician for your exact requirement of calories & proteins as per your activity level, dietary habits & constitution.

Hi If you have been losing weight inspite of eating well, you should check for thyroid levels. If there is change in appetite and feeling tired, then I advise you to check with the physician close to your place. If everything is ok, then you need not worry. Focus on the right diet, good sleep and physical activity. Eat three good balanced meals rich in nutrients. Eat when you are hungry. Any diet you eat should be rich in micronutrients like vitamins and minerals. Sample plan Breakfast- Egg omelette Apple & banana smoothie Dry grapes Lunch Rice Dal Vegetables curd Snack Guava smoothie Dinner Roti Rajma gravy Banana Brisk Walking 30 minutes every day.
