Hi lybrate-user Please be assured that kids take time to assimilate what they eat as they grow body keeps changing so to help aid in his assimilation give him a mixture of dry fruits and honey, I would suggest one more thing to please avoid unnecessary vaccinations as they may affect even the brain development of the child take him outdoors to play so that he will sweat and the metabolism of the body will increase making him absorb every food that he takes making grow well. Hello Lybrate user As egg yolk contains higher amount of cholesterol it should be consumed in limits. You can take 2-7 egg whites per week as it also contains other essential nutrients too.

If you are beginner just take 1 scp of whey protein right after your workout. Just eat a lot of whole, unprocessed foods like oats (the perfect weight gainer for me), vegetables, sweet potatoes, nuts, chicken breasts, Beans, fishes, eggs, milk etc. To meet your daily requirement of protein .if you weigh 54 kg then you need to 140 gm of protein daily.

If you want to gain weight, then I would recommend you a easy diet plan, Do some exercise also, it will help you to gain weight. No needs to take any supplement. Diet Plan: 1. MORNING: banana shake (2 bananas and 1 glass of milk) sprouts Brown Bread with 2 eggs Or paneer stuffed paratha 2. LUNCH: 1 soup bowl of dal 1 small size bowl of green veg 1 small plate of rice 3 to 4 phulka paneer 100 to 150 gm in day time 3. LATE AFTERNOON: 1 fruit and coffee with 4 cookies 4. DINNER: 1 soup bowl of dal 1 small size of bowl green veg 3 to 4 phulka paneer 100 to 150 gm 5. LATE NIGHT: 1 glass of milk improves your water intake.

HELLO lybrate-user, In order to gain muscle mass you can do workout at least 3 to 5 times a week and get healthy balanced diet, which is around 2650 calories a day. You will be healthy and muscular.

At present best protein is Ķeva protein powder 2 spoon in a cup of miĺk.Take simple veg food with green vegitabales salad milk end milk products etc. Do aerobic excersices yoga will help you .

Start years day with Meditation, exercise or yoga. Have your breakfast between 8 and 8.30. Lunch 12.30 dinner before 7.30. No fast food. Have organic Alkaline food. Wash your eyes with cold Trifla water with eye cup. Have ozone therapy also.

I am 42 years female. I am feeling very tired always. I feel my bp is falling but when measured it finds normal. I always trying to lie in the bed. I hurried do all tasks and go to bed. I always feel fatigued and giddy. I have no other ailments like thyroid or sugar etc. Dr. could not find any sever disease still I am almost patient who have all ailments dear Dr. I was suffering from depression for last 5 or 6 yrs. After marriage I could not cop up with the hell like situations and went in depression I took censpram, tayo,felicita od .dr treated me and the levels of vit came normal. But still I am not normal. Dear lybrate-user, You are suffering too long with depression. Don't lose hopes. 20% of depressions are treatment resistant. For those like you, psychiatrists have many treatment options. You can take a course of 6 - 9 ECTs (electroconvulsive therapy) or rTMS sessions, or CBT (cognitive behaviour therapy), or you can add samE, Vitamin D3 (if it is low), thyroxine, 5HT, fish oil, etc. Your psychiatrist will be able to prescribe them for you. Please remember that these treatments are in addition to your censpram, tayo and felicita. That too in maximum dose. So far you have not gone to coma. With all your difficulties, you have looked after and brought your son up to 8 years. Please ask your doctor for add ons.

Please avoid standing for long or with legs hanging down. When you go to bed, place pillows underneath your legs. It will give relief. You can do all exercises without any worry. If still symptoms persist, consult vascular specialist.

How Weight Can Be Managed With Ayurveda?

Ayurveda is a renowned life science that has been credited with changing lives since ancient times. Not only can it prevent diseases and ailments, but it can also cure them with its combination of herbal medication, everyday routine and yogic poses. Weight management is a field that also enjoys various Ayurvedic remedies. Some of them are as follows.

  • Herbs: Herbs are a way of healing used by Ayurveda, and the use of various herbs can help in hastening the metabolism for healthy weight management.
  • Taste: Ayurveda recognizes six distinct tastes that should be incorporated into one's daily diet. These tastes include salty, pungent, sour, sweet, bitter and finally, astringent. Each of these tastes has several properties that balance the various hormones and health factors in one's body. These tastes form the various counterpoints to alleviate all kinds of health problems, which finally help in effective weight management. Also, one must eat all the seasonal fruits and vegetables to keep the body and hormones in good balance.
  • Exercise: While a daily routine of exercise is a must in any life science, Ayurveda too propagates the devotion of at least 45 minutes to one hour towards some form of exercise. Walking is said to be the most important and effective forms of exercise, followed by several yoga poses that can help in better weight management. Also, as per Ayurveda, it is important to take a walk before dinner.
  • Sleep: Ayurveda recognizes sleep or rest as one of the most important aspects of a healthy lifestyle. While good eating habits and exercise form one side of it, sleep or rest completes the triangle. One can also practice the Savasana or resting pose for a period of rest. And at least six to seven hours of sleep is a must as per Ayurveda.
  • Meditation: This practice helps in focusing on awareness which can instil the desired function like weight management in the body. Being mindful of what your body needs can also help in eating and exercising right.

Please do not look for any medicine to gain weight. Eat all 3 meals properly and ensure you are snacking at least 2-3 times. Add sprouts, milk shakes, lassis, nuts, dry fruits, eggs etc regularly. Add ghee each time and also drink 2 glasses of milk and 2 cups of curd daily.

Please begin with muscle strengthening exercises. Along with this, ensure you are eating 20% more portions in your regular meals. In between these meals, include nuts, dry fruits, eggs, sprouts etc as snacks. Drink 1 glass of milk in the morning and 1 in the night with 1 tbsp honey. Eat 2 kinds of fruits daily. Add bananas and potatoes regularly. Do not miss out on drinking at least 3 liters of water daily.

Hi, First accept yourself as you are. To avoid any health issue you need to take action by doing exercise as part of your routine. Initially you can join group activities such as yoga or aerobics which will motivate you. It is possible to dedicate an hour in a day. Talk to a dietician who can help to help you with right diet which will help you in the right way. Every time you feel change appreciate yourself and reward yourself. This will help to achieve the goal.
