Hello, Go for meditation to nourish your entire body to strengthen your cell & tissues improving your body in a healthy manner by conditioning your bones. Take,  plenty of water to hydrate your body, regulating your metabolism, too. Your diet be easily digestible ,high in protein-tk, fish, eggs, chicken.Take,  apples, carrots, potatoes, sweet- potatoes, milk,  almonds. Take, banana with hot milk in the breakfast. Add ghee in lunch. Go for aerobics. Take,  homoeopathic medicine: @ AlfalfaQ -10 drops,  thrice with little water. Avoid, junkfood, ,alcohol & nicotine. Take care.

I appreciate your desire to gain weight naturally without resorting to any medicines or quick fix solutions. Weight gain needs patience and happens gradually with improved appetite and sensible eating. Weight gain needs a healthy wholesome diet with increase in proteins, healthy fats and required carbohydrate intake. Include more of fish, eggs, chicken, nuts and oilseeds in your diet with ample quantity of fresh fruits and vegetables. Do not skip meals and eat frequently. Do some exercise along so that digestion is good. Take care that you do not have constipation and are properly hydrated. Kindly take avippatikara churna, 1 tsf at bed time regularly, with a glass of warm water at bed time. Take ashwagandha powder, 1 tsf in a glass of hot milk, twice a day, 1 hr after meals. Reduce the intake of tea, spicy food, bakery products in your diet, Continue the regime for 2 months. Good luck.

Hello I am 22 years old Male, I am felling very much weak these days. Due to my exams I am habituated to study whole night. But because of weakness in body I am unable to concentrate on my studies and feeling very much sleepy. Dear Lybrateuser, - Your weakness & tiredness could be due to loss of sleep, improper diet & meal schedule or sedentary habit - since you study the whole night your sleep & awake cycles are disturbed, try to rest when you feel sleepy - have a well balanced diet with more of fruits, vegetables, whole grains & protein foods, have a protein snack in between meals to provide you with a continuous supply of energy, also have sufficient fluids including at least 7-8 glasses of water in a day, keep sipping frequently - also take a break for five minutes every 1-2 hrs & take a walk to refresh & break the monotony, it will help relax your mind & body - avoid more than 2-3 cups tea, coffee per day if you take - follow a proper routine throughout the day - try to find 10-15 min in the whole day for regular exercise like walking or yoga & meditation, it will help relax your mind & increase your concentration.

Hello Lybrate user eating too much is not enough your digestion and absorption must be good to see the effect of how nutritive diet are you taking. First of all correct your digestion by taking some ayurvedic medicines along with fiber rich diet. Take plenty of water. Do some yoga and exercises. As soon as your digestion will improve you will see the changes in your body.

Hi Lybrate user, regular exercise will help you to burn the fat after fat burning you have to go for muscle building exercises for muscle building you have to take good amount of proteins proteins are available in 1. Eggs 2.meat 3.moong dal 4.sprouts 5.banana shake 6.almods 7.paneer 8.soup you can have whey protein but it should be consumed after knowing your height and weight, your age and your dose and under the guidance of gym instructor.

Maximize muscle building. The more protein your body stores—in a process called protein synthesis—the larger your muscles grow. Eat meat. Eat more. Work your biggest muscles. But first, have a stiff drink. Lift every other day. Down the carbs after your workout. Eat something every 3 hours.
