50 is the correct weight for your height which is around 150 cm. You need not gain more weight. What you can do however is to convert this weight into muscle mass. For that you need to exercise and have good intake of protein like egg whites, pulses, dals etc.

Hello, Excess of protein breakdown leads to frequent urination. Only chicken or protein rich sources aren't sufficient isn't to stop hair fall. A balanced diet rich in selenium, calcium, zinc etc is equally important. Hydration also, matters.

kindly take narasimha rasayana, 1 tsf, 1 hr after food with half a cup of warm milk, twice a day. Take ashwagandha powder, 1 tsf in a glass of warm milk at bed time, regularly. Continue the regime for 2 months. good luck

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating. When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Eat every 3 hours interval whatever you can. Reduce workouts to only 40 minutes/5 days a week only ---- but this should be very hard workouts. Take good sleep of 8-9 hours daily. 2 days rest in a week is necessary. Follow the above and get back to me.
