Yes you can take the protinex powder there is no issues but you do one thing do the exercises and play basketball and do skipping daily 100 ok if possible do running ok.

For weight gain, no need to take any kind of medicine you should focus on your dietary pattern, you have to be patient and practice it correctly. You should take every 2 hourly meal and fix your meal timing and include good amount of nuts and High Proteins Along With Calories like pulses, sprouts, and dairy products that rich sources of proteins can take fruit shakes (Like banana, mango) + 5-6 almonds and 1-2 walnuts. Go for exercise. Include more protein rich food in your diet as well as carbohydrate intake. You should take frequent meal, include combination of dry fruits, seeds in your diet.

For gaining weight, you have to be patient and practice it correctly. You should take every 2 hourly meal and fix your meal timing and don't take heavy meals. Firstly try to improve your digestion process if you are taking normal diet and you are facing the problem then you should go for liver function test. In diet include good amount of nuts and High Proteins Along With Calories Like Eggs, lean meat, fish, skinless chicken, pulses, sprouts, and dairy products that rich sources of proteins. Please take fruit shakes (Like banana, mango) + 5-6 almonds and 1-2 walnuts. Have fruits shake/lassi/badam shake Go for weight gain exercise.

If you want to gain weight, then I would recommend you a easy diet plan, Do some exercise also, it will help you to gain weight. No needs to take any supplement. Diet Plan: 1. MORNING: banana shake (2 bananas and 1 glass of milk) sprouts Brown Bread with 2 eggs Or paneer stuffed paratha 2. LUNCH: 1 soup bowl of dal 1 small size bowl of green veg 1 small plate of rice 3 to 4 phulka paneer 100 to 150 gm in day time 3. LATE AFTERNOON: 1 fruit and coffee with 4 cookies 4. DINNER: 1 soup bowl of dal 1 small size of bowl green veg 3 to 4 phulka paneer 100 to 150 gm 5. LATE NIGHT: 1 glass of milk improves your water intake. Taking proteins depend upon your exercise level. Just by taking whey, one does not gain muscles. Also if you are a beginner, you should focus on basics. After one has achieved a basic level of fitness, they should start supplements to reach next level.

Hi, Include whole grain cereals, legumes and pulses, vegetables, fruits, Whole milk and other dairy products, lean meat, fish, egg, whole milk. Avoid refined flour, red meat, oily and fat foods, junk food, sugary foods, alcohol, butter, ghee. Stay hydrated all the time. You have to do exercise/ workout in order to get rid of extra calories if any. For your post workout meal include oats with milk, paneer, skin out chicken (stewed preferably), fish (salmon, mackerel, tuna), egg white, sprouts, quinoa as they all are rich in protein. Consider taking olive oil, almonds, dry dates, green tea as they help you relieve your stress and build up strength and immunity. You can go with any one of the above according to your wish list. Its better a take a pre-workout snack which consists of carbohydrate, it can be a fruit, a breakfast cereal in a limited quantity, milkshake without excess sugar. It is not necessary that you have to stick to the same regime, you can change it accordingly but you have to see that the options are healthy and mind your portions to avoid fat deposition in your body.

Hello lybrate-user, The distance you have mentioned is perfectly okay, if and only if your body can take it. Since I don not know your present weight and height and age, I will not be able to tell you the exact parameters. Otherwise, most of the time it is preferable first to start with 1 or 1.5 km per day then slowly slowly per week or so to increase 0.5 km. Hi, divide your meals in to 6 portions which is breakfast, mid morning snack, lunch, evening snack, dinner and bed time snack. Include whole grain cereals, pulses, fruits and vegetables. If you have bloating/flatulence avoid whole milk and legumes and take skimmed milk/ soya milk. Foods like dry dates (5-6), almonds (5-6, raisins (8-10), oats porridge (with out milk), flaxseeds help you to build strength and immunity. If you are tolerating non-vegetarian food include fish (trout/sardine/tuna/salmon in stewed/baked), lean meat, skin out chicken in small quantities. Include fruits like banana, apple (stewed), cooked raw banana in case of constipation. Use Buttermilk and curd as tolerated as it aids you in good digestion. Avoid masala, chilli and strong flavouring foods as they might have negative impact over your digestion.

Hello, Usually, if we convert our height in centimetres (cms) minus hundred gives us our ideal body weight according to our height. Now since you haven't mentioned your height, weight or age I will not be able to tell you what is suitable for you, but I guess the above will be helpful to you. For further specifications you can try calculating your BMI (can be readily available online) or you can yourself calculate it with the formula. But the main thing is, for not to be obese we should always maintain a BMI between 18.5 to 23.99, below 18.5 is believed to be under weight and above 24 is believed to be over weight or obese and 24 is the ideal. Eat foods that are rich in calories like pulses, cereals, meat, bread, rice, dry fruits, and nuts. You can also follow by adding vegetables like French beans, broccoli, Chinese cabbage, carrots, lettuce, spinach, asparagus, pumpkins, and eggplants to your diet. Add a healthy portion of red meat to your diet too if you are non vegetarian. But keep in mind not to overdo it. The aim is to add weight, not cholesterol! You can even add olive oil in generous quantities to your salads. Another way to add calories to your diet is by increasing the consumption of dairy products. Don€’t cut back on the fat content in your milk. Do not ask for low-fat curd, paneer, cheese, at the store. Make sure you consume a full calorie dairy product. DIET CHART TO GAIN WEIGHT - Breakfast: • One, big glass of orange juice or banana shake • A bowl of oatmeal to which dried nuts like almonds, walnuts and raisins are added—using skimmed or low-fat milk and some sugar • 2-3 whole eggs, scrambled or boiled if non- vegetarian • 2-3 slices of multi-grain bread coated with a bit of butter Pre-Lunch/Mid-day Snack: A bowl of yogurt made from low-fat milk Or A few granola bars that are fortified with raisins and sesame seeds Or Whole fruits like apples or chiku or mango Lunch: • At least one form of animal meat like chicken or meat, i.e. One to two servings.(if non- vegetarian) • 4-5 rotis made from whole wheat or multi-grain flour, smeared slightly with ghee. • A big bowl of dal • A cup full of boiled rice • If eating meats is a problem, supplement it with cottage cheese made from tofu or low-fat milk Early Evening Snack: The better choice is a glass of low-fat milk to which an energy-inducing mix has been added. You can choose from a variety of malted mixtures. Try to add more of the malted mix rather than using synthetic sugar. You can use a few high-fiber biscuits or cookies to dip and munch upon. Dinner Options for Gaining Weight Dinner needs some planning since you need to end your day on a calorie high. You should combine at least one type of green vegetable along with a dal or a serving of chicken or fish with some gravy. It is better to have more of rice for dinner rather than rotis from the perspective of gaining weight. Ensure you ask the person cooking meals to use lentils with higher calorie content. This includes black grams and kidney beans. Options for Post-Dinner Snack • A few bites of dark chocolate with high cocoa content • A smoothie of fruits and yogurt • Fruits like strawberries, apples, mangoes or grapes I hope the above diet chart will help you. If your TSH levels are high. You are probably suffering from hypothyroidism due to which your weight is increasing. To control so you need to take thyroxine supplements. Dosage will be decided according to your TSH levels. Consult to get yourself medicines prescribed.

Dear Lybrateuser, - To gain weight & build muscles you have to have a well balanced diet with more of protein foods & do regular exercise - have more of fruits & vegetables, whole grains, protein rich foods including eggs, non veg, milk & milk products like cheese, yogurt, cottage cheese, butter milk, soya products, tofu, beans, lentils, pulses, peas, sprouts, nuts including almonds, walnuts, pista, cashews, peanuts, seeds - include a protein food item in each meal & also have as a snack whenever you feel hungry - also do regular exercise like jogging, swimming, play an outdoor game, do moderate weight lifting for 10-15 min 2-3 times a week, also try to include yoga & deep breathing in your daily schedule to keep fit - consult a dietician for your exact calorie requirement as per your daily exercise & activity level.
