Everyone has different lifestyle and body. There is no fit for all diet chart. You need customized diet plan along with proper workout schedule. Mean while few tips for you are- start eating small frequent meals and don't skip any meals specially breakfast. Include whole grains and use atta with bran take high fibre diet which include lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. Drink atleast 10-12 glasses of water. Avoid drinking calories in form of juices and carbonated drinks. Avoid eating junk food, fried food and maida products. Try to eat home made food as much as possible. Move yourself use stairs, walk to near by places instead of using any vehicle include at least 45-60 minutes workout in your routine. Take sound sleep of at least 7-8 hours. Quit smoking and drinking if any manage stress keep positive frame toward life appreciate yourself as it is not going to happen overnight. Consult me online for better results.

Hello It's not possible to gain or loose 10 kg in a month .Try changing your lifestyle and check if you are having enough nutrients and including food items from all food group .you can try high calorie or calorie dense and protein rich healthy food options like milk based products peanuts jaggery dry fruits sprouts dals along with balanced meal. Slowly you will start gaining weight through muscle mass. Hope this helps.

Hello, You need to increase your daily food intake to gain weight in a healthy way. Try to eat something healthy after every 2 hours. Besides a healthy breakfast, add an extra chapati and rice to your lunch and dinner. Add sweet dish after meals. I have ringworm I tried ring guard and similar ointments but it didn't cure. Should I consult a doctor? Or I need to try home made therapy like applying garlic or Neem oil etc. Currently I am applying dettol antiseptic liquid on it but it burns skin.

Garlic will burn your skin and chase permanent damage. All other home remedies are likely a to cause the same problem. The treatment for fungal infection is simple. You have to take anti fungal tablets and creams for 4 to 6 weeks following which it resolves. Do not apply soap on that area and do not self treat with over the counter steroid creams. Mistreatment with steroid creams like panderm, fourderm, betnovate, candid b etc and self treatment with cheaper generic medicine is the most common reason for recurrent disease. Another cause of recurrence is cross infection from other infected people in the house. Kindly send photos using online consult option for accurate diagnosis and treatment. If this is fungal infection, it needs to be treated as early as possible as it will spread further on your body and also to other people in the household.

For gaining weight no need to take medicine. It can have side effects rather you can have supplements like proteinex. Or it will be better if you have fat rich foods and high calorie rich foods.

Your BMI is 14.2 which indicates very low weight with less muscle mass. We consider as per standards below 18 is the under weight marker. Basically we need to find out what is the underlying medical cause for your very low weight. If diet is the cause of your low weight, changing to a healthy, balanced diet that provides the right amount of calories for your age, height and how active you are can help you achieve a healthy weight. 1.Eating at least five portions of a variety of fruit and vegetables every day. 2.Basing meals on potatoes, bread, rice, pasta or other starchy carbohydrates. Choose wholegrain where possible. 3.Having some dairy or dairy alternatives (such as soya drinks and yoghurts). Choose lower-fat and lower-sugar options. 4.Eating some beans, pulses, fish, eggs, meat and other protein. Aim for two portions of fish every week – one of which should be oily, such as salmon or mackerel. 5.Choosing unsaturated oils and spreads, such as sunflower or rapeseed, and eating them in small amounts. 6.Drinking plenty of fluids.
