Your Daily Calorie needs are 1800 calories. To reduce 2 kgs per month you need to take 1300 calories per day. Unless you do this your weight will not reduce. You can use 'Myfitnesspal' app to monitor your calories. Plateau is just a myth. It just means you are eating 1800 calories per day therefore your weight is not going down. Also you need to add daily 45 mins intensive exercise if possible. Monitor your calories daily. Every thing you eat must be accounted for. Give all high cal stuff like biscuits, namkeen, colas, sweets etc. If no progress consult a dietitian.

You can do in your hotel room Always start with a warm-up (to get your core temperature up and muscles loose): 25 jumping jacks, 15 body weight squats, 10 push ups, 10 lunges (each leg), 10 hip raises, 25 jumping jacks.  Do one exercise right after another – this should take you probably 3-4 minutes.

Hi I am 26 years old and weight around 60 kgs. I have a chest pain from last 3 months at a particular point on left side mostly and when I put stress it increases in my whole lungs. I read your problem. Acne is a general term for pimples and deeper pustules that are clogged pores. If severe enough acne can leave permanent scars. Acne is an inflammatory skin disorder of the skin’s sebaceous glands and hair follicles that affects about 80% of people between the ages of 12 and 24. During puberty high levels of hormones are produced in both girls and boys. This leads to the production of large quantities of sebum. Sebum is an irritant that can clog the pores and form a pimple which may become infected and form a pustule. Hormones don’t go away after adolescence. Many women still get premenstrual acne from of the release of progesterone after ovulation. Acne is a disease that affects the skin’s oil glands. The small holes in your skin (pores) connect to the oil glands under the skin. These glands make an oily substance called sebum. The pores connect to the glands by a canal called a follicle. Inside the follicles, oil carries dead skin cells to the surface of the skin. A thin hair also grows through the follicle and out to the skin. When the follicle of a skin gland clogs up, a pimple grows. Most pimples are found on the face, neck, back, chest, and shoulders. Acne is not a serious health threat but it can cause scars. Causes of Acne The exact cause of acne is unknown, several related factors are: Hormonal activity supposed to be responsible, such as menstrual cycles and puberty. Increase in hormones called androgens (male sex hormones), which causes sebaceous glands to enlarge and make more sebum. Hormonal changes related to pregnancy can also cause acne. Another factor is heredity or genetics. Researchers believe that the tendency to develop acne can be inherited from parents. For example, studies have shown that many school-age boys with acne have a family history of the disorder. Accumulation of dead skin cell. Bacteria in the pores, to which body becomes allergic. Skin irritation or scratching of any sort will active the inflammation. Starting or stopping birth control pills. Heredity (if your parents had acne, you might get it too). Some types of medicine.Greasy makeup. In some patients, contributing factors may be: Pressure: In some patients, pressure from helmets, chinstraps, collars, and the like can aggravate acne. Drugs: Some medications may cause or worsen acne, such as those containing iodides, bromides, or oral or injected steroids first you have to take healthy diet and avoid spicy food and oily food. Drink plenty of water. Wash your face regular.in homoeopathic berberis aqafolium and kali brom are very useful medicine, I have unique treatment for acne. Dear Lybrateuser, - To gain weight & build muscles you have to have a well balanced diet with more of protein foods & do regular exercise - have more of fruits & vegetables, whole grains, protein rich foods including eggs, non veg, milk & milk products like cheese, yogurt, cottage cheese, butter milk, soya products, tofu, beans, lentils, pulses, peas, sprouts, nuts including almonds, walnuts, pista, cashews, peanuts, seeds - include a protein food item in each meal & also have as a snack whenever you feel hungry - also do regular exercise like jogging, swimming, play an outdoor game, do moderate weight lifting for 10-15 min 2-3 times a week, also try to include yoga & deep breathing in your daily schedule to keep fit - consult a dietician for your exact calorie requirement as per your daily exercise & activity level.

There are many face wash containing glycolic acid for oily skin. You should use a good sunscreen, take lots of leafy green vegetable and fruits to get glow. Besides there are oral medicines and topical creams for this.

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you.

Giving Up Dairy Foods - Is It Good Or Bad?

Infants are fed solely on breast milk. For young children, a glass of milk once or twice a day is a must. But most people have this question in mind that as you grow older, should dairy products still be a part of your diet? After all, humans are the only animals that drink milk in their adult years.

Argument in favour: Drink milk for strong bones
One of the most common reasons people still drink milk as adults is to strengthen their bones. Milk is one of the richest sources of calcium and vitamin D. Calcium is an integral part of our bones and Vitamin D helps the body absorb more calcium. If you have healthy bones, your risk of fractures is greatly reduced. One glass of milk has 30% of our daily requirements of calcium.

If you were to remove milk from your diet, it is important to substitute it with the following foods:
• Beans
• Kale
• Two servings of oatmeal
• Egg yolks
• Fatty fish and
• Fortified orange juice
Exposure to the sun can also give your body vitamin D, but exposing yourself to sunlight increases the risk of other conditions such as sun allergies and skin cancer.

Argument against: Giving up milk can aid in weightloss
For people who are overweight, this could help lose a few kilos. This is mainly because dairy products contain sugar and many of us flavour it with even more sugar. It can also make you feel less bloated.

  • Milk is not easy to digest as when you have an upset stomach, you are advised to avoid milk. This is because it is not easy to digest. For people who are lactose intolerant, giving up milk can make digestion of others foods easier. It can also help treat irritable bowel syndrome caused by indigestion.
  • Giving up milk can improve skin
  • Giving up milk can also lower the frequency and intensity of acne flare-ups. Some dermatologists also say that it could help treat eczema.
  • Quitting milk is not easy. After all, we consume dairy products in so many ways. We add it to our cereals, use it in sauces and what would pizza be without cheese. If you cannot avoid milk, do not add sugar to it. Also, avoid low-fat milk. However, you could find replacement such as almond milk, soy milk, and tofu. These foods are healthier and easier to digest. Instead of ice cream, you could end your meals with greek yogurt.
