Hello mam/sir, I want to loose my weight, mostly the upper part. I take an apple and milk in the morning then 2-3 chapatis in lunch then 2-3 chapatis in dinner. I do it job for 8-9 hrs. How can I loose my weight. I take walk of 1-2 kms everyday.

To start with avoid simple sugars as far as possible like sugar, jaggery, honey, sweets, candies, chocolates, cold drinks etc. 'Eat Out' less, avoid junk and have good quantity of fresh foods which are not processed like fruits, vegetables, soups, salads, nuts, low fat milk, curd etc. Combine these dietary changes with 30 mins to one- hour play/ walk / exercise. Its difficult to draft a diet chart here which is tailored to meet your requirements. Not gaining weight and not feel hungry. Want something to gain my weight and gain my personality.
Take High protein Diet. Have small and frequent meals. Take Milk and Milk Products. Take 2-3 egg Daily, paneer, shakes, cold coffee, after meal take sweet item. Don't skip breakfast and meals. Tips to gain weight: Don't drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories. Eat more often. Drink milk. Try weight gainer shakes. Use bigger plates. Add cream to your coffee. Take creatine. Get quality sleep. Its not advisible to provide medicine online.

My side fat are too much loose as compared to any other body part. I have been hitting gym since last 6 months yet I have not seen any result in my side fat. Please do guide me. As my diet is also proper. It is too baggy to look. As my chest is in proper shape yet sides are eay beyond.

For reducing side fat follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in your diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in your diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk food and oily food. Apply oil and gel for massage and and cream for tightening on side flabby part. Is it ok...
1. Don't Overeat 2. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, any fresh n seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc 5. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 6. Maintain active life style 7. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods, Acidic foods, like tomatoes and citrus, Carbonated beverages 8. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. It contains a lot of fiber which will help reduce tendency for constipation 9. Drink lot of water. 10. Take half cup of cold milk when you feel acidity, it will help. Curd is good for u. 11. Everyday preferably sleep on same time Exercise in the form of yoga, cycling, Swimming, gymming, walking etc.
