For increasing your weight, eat lots of carbohydrates (potatoes, rice, corn etc.) and good fats (various nuts, peanut butter etc.), high fat dairy (whole milk, cheese). Hi, Thank you for your query. We will be happy to help you. Have proper, balanced diet every day. Eat 4 to 5 servings of fruits and vegetables daily. Avoid outside and packaged food as much as you can. Drink plenty of water. Exercise regularly. Get proper 7 to 8 hours of sleep every night.

Don't drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories. Eat more often. Drink milk. Try weight gainer shakes. Use bigger plates. Add cream to your coffee. Take creatine. Get quality sleep.

Weight gain needs patience and happens gradually with improved appetite and sensible eating. Weight gain needs a healthy wholesome diet with increase in proteins, healthy fats and required carbohydrate intake. You being a vegeterian Include more of full cream milk, milk products ,paneer, Desi Ghee, White butter, nuts- oilseeds, dals, soyabean in your diet with ample quantity of fresh fruits and vegetables. Do not skip meals and eat frequently. Do some exercise along so that digestion is good. Take care that you do not have constipation and are properly hydrated.
