You should include more iodine-rich foods like fish, seeds and fish oil to get essential iodine. Most carbohydrates from fruits, vegetables, whole grains such as brown rice, rolled oats. Proteins with a minimum of animal products but more of vegetable proteins. A good breakfast to keep the metabolism working and to avoid cravings and take small and frequent meal. You should avoid excessive salt intake in the diet. Iodine-suppressing foods like cabbage, brussels sprouts, broccoli, cauliflower, soybeans, and turnips. Caffeine drinks like coffee, cola.

Hello lybrate-user, you need to increase your daily food intake so that you gain energy. Eat after every 2 -3 hours. Have lots of fruits, vegetables, milkshakes, juices. Have a good amount of protein in your diet along with carbohydrates. Have eggs, milk, paneer, all pulses, rajma + rice, kala chana, sprouts, chicken, lean meat, fish, Have both roti & rice in your lunch and dinner, followed by some sweet dish, kheer, ice-creams etc. We do not believe in medicines as they will not work unless you increase your food intake.

Weight gain can be a time-consuming process. You have to increase your food intake; follow 5 time small meal pattern. Start taking bananas, mangoes+ 1 glass milk+ protein supplement (proteinX), 4-5 almonds. Follow healthy food options to increase weight ; avoid junk. Start taking 2tsp alovera and 2 tsp amla jiuice in a cup of water every early morning to detoxiification as it would help in weight gain. Drink plenty of water, have fruits, fresh fruit juices, raw paneer, eggs, do some physical activity!

hello mam , have small and frequent meals.avoid gastric foods in dinner.take protein diet. do walk daily . take good amount of water. don't skip your meals and breakfast specially. take milk and milk products. take sprouts, paneer, egg, tofu, soy milk,mango shake, banana shake, poha , upma, besan cheela .

You need to increase your calorie intake by increasing your carbohydrates & protein intake. You can have parathas, cheese sandwiches in your breakfast. Increase 1 chapati more in your lunch & dinner. Add rice in your lunch. Include vegetables, dal, salad ,curd in your daily meals. You can have milkshakes, cookies fruits in between your meals. Add sweetdish. Eat every 2-3 hours.

Mr. S lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. The product mentioned has a good amount of carbs and proteins. It might help in building muscle mass provided you do regular exercise for over 1 hour plus. Just taking a supplement is not going to add muscle mass. If you are only looking at good protein supplements then eggs 2 to 3 a day are the best. Along with good exercise schedule one can build a good muscle mass. Thanks.
