Hi lybrate-user If you wanna loose wt in 3 months then strictly follow the diet n Pranayam. Avoid sugar completely even in natural form mean sugar of fruits. Do yoga mainly suryanamaskar and Kapalbati for at least for 45 min daily n walk 1000steps morning n evening.

I am posting on this topic as many of users have been asking on the same issue.

 

Pros

1. It has nice taste.

2. Freshness lasts longer.

3. Has good antibacterial property of neem and turmeric.

4. Its soothing action on the cavities and gums.

5. Minimum side effects.

 

Cons:

1. It cannot be an alternative to dental treatment as it cannot reverse progression of disease of gums or cavities.

2. As it soothens (obtundant) effect of clove oil on regular basis misguides the pain response which would end up in the end stages of the disease finally results increased cost of dental treatment in late stages of the disease or the tooth should be removed if caries or periodontal progression goes beyond to save the tooth.

3. The turmeric might cause tooth discolouration in long run.

 

As far as to my knowledge is concern use it just if you want to give a try but I will never recommend on a daily basis.

Dear Lybrate user, your symptoms of weakness and tiredness and losing weight seems to be hypoglycemic condition. there may be underlying anxeity. work on your nutrition eat small amount of food every two hours altest a fruit or two biscuits apart from your lunch and dinner. Diagnostic laparoscopy is a surgical process for examining different kinds of organs present in the abdomen. It is a low-risk and minimally invasive process in which just a small incision is made. This allows the doctor to evaluate the conditions of your abdominal organs without opting for an open surgery. It’s mostly performed when the patient complains of pain in the pelvic region and when other assessing methods have failed to detect the reason behind the pain and discomfort.

How is laparoscopy done?
The laparoscope is a slim and well-lit telescope that allows your doctor to evaluate the conditions of various organs in your body. It can help in determining whether there is any instance of fibroid or endometriosis. It can help in performing a variety of surgeries like removal of ovarian cysts, hysterectomy and tubal ligation. Hello, Set realistic goals for yourself. Eat homecooked ,nutritious food amd exercise regularly. Hydrate yourself well. Eat fresh fruits nad vegetables. Be patient and sleep well.

You will need health supplement. Do hard workouts only for 45 minutes max daily for 5 days a week only Take sleep for 8-10 hours Eat every 3 hourly with whatever you can. Focus on one/two particular group of muscles each days. Yes you can make out without any artificial food supplement also if your protein intake is good daily -- eggs/chicken/milk/banana.
