I am fit guy of 66 kgs, height 5 feet 9 inches age 28 follow healthy diet regime, do jogging of around 4 kms every alternate day and also do half an hour exercise of half an in between days of jogging but the fat below my naval is not ready to go. abdominal exercise Abdominal Crunches: ? Lay down flat on the floor. ? Bend the knees with feet on the floor. ? Place your hands by the side of your ears. ? Take a deep breath. ? Crunch up lifting the head and chest a bit. The aim is to try and touch the knees with the forehead. But do not try to do it in the first attempt. Give your body some time. ? Now move down gradually, exhaling the air. Descending movement must be slower than the crunch up movement. Repeat the steps 5 to 10 times any queries ask privately

First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised. * you can take medohar guggalu 1 tablet daily for quick weight loss but only under the guidance of ayurveda expert.

Frozen shoulder is known complication of uncontrolled diabertes. Regular exercise is the only solution to avoid . Frozen shoulder is damage and stiffness of the capsule of joint and losing its softness. The supporting ligaments gets harder and harder day by day causing pain while attempting any movement, hence slow and steady physiotherapy under medication of anti-inflammatory tablets like flexon, combiflam etc and good sugar control is the only way out.

Hi, lybrate-user I can understand that weight gain is a big problem now a day. The main reason behind weight gain is eating more of the processed food, less of exercise and drinking less water. You observe the habit of yours, you will find that these three reasons. Hence to lose weight cutting on processed food, sugary food, drinking 3-4 liter of water daily and exercise for min of 30 min per day is essential. Balanced food is the key to long term weight loss. I can suggest a diet plan and some dietary supplement for quick weight loss. I am suggesting a general diet and supplement for you. Frst of all. Calm down urself. 22 years olds doesn't get diabetes. Diabetes type 2 will usually occur at around 40 or more. The other counter part type 1, will be found earlier in d life around 10 yrs. When a person starts taking more fluids consequently the amount of urination increases. So dnt worry about tat. Even if you think your taking fluids in lesser amount but the urinary frequency is more. Then get urself checked up for diabetes insipidus, which is a rare condition. So stop worrying Nd start living normally.

Hi, Do let me know your hba1c value? also you need to provide me your daily food intake details. There are many lifestyle and dietary guidelines that can be followed: take high fiber prescribed diet which includes soluble fibre like apple, isabgol etc. Get more physical activity by prescription from a registered dietitian eat a balanced diet which includes whole grains and excludes all refined products like maida as prescribed by a registered dietitian, if you're overweight, diabetes prevention may hinge on weight loss. Every pound you lose can improve your health, and you may be surprised by how much. Participants in one large study who lost a modest amount of weight around 7 percent of initial body weight and exercised regularly reduced the risk of developing diabetes by almost 60 percent.

According to your height your ideal weight should be 50 kgs .you need to reduce 17 kgs. Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you.

Usman u should start to take healthy diet nd light walk which will increase ur metabolism and will increase ur appetite..you can use small diet in small frequent interval..u should take high protein diet like whole egg..full cream milk...any fruit shake with milk and fruit. ..stuffed parantha like paneer or potato parantha with butter..vegetable with dry fruits,potato....jaggery...rice kheer..sprouted chana. *In sleeping time warm milk with honey.. *consume dry fruits..its best for weight gain.. *avoid junk food.. *you should take proper sound sleep.

IN HYPOTHYROIDISM:--- where there is deficiency of thyroxine hormone leading to sluggishness, tired feeling, weight increase, slow heart beats, intolerance to cold, swelling of legs, feet and face, difficulty in concentrating and at times in speech. Treatment for hypothyroidism is giving thyroxine tablets. And dose are according to level of thyroid for life time. Avoid bad habits . Avoid stress. Some Relax during work. Go for walk, Take plenty of water, high-carbohydrate foods such as potatoes, rice, pasta and bread. Hye, Thanks for the query. Firstly it is important to understand that weight /fat loss involves sensible eating. You have to eat the right foods at the right time. Eat small but frequent meals.     Reduce your main meals by 1/4th  the amount. Take a glass of lime water 10minutes before meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed.                        Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing.     It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips.

  1. Tension problems - can have somatic, psychological, social dimensions. headaches, bodyaches, abdominal complaints, palpitations, depressions, worry, suspicions, obsessions, fears, sleeplessness, anger etc
  2. And tension thoughts cause >Feelings and Behaviors.
  3. Based on assumption or guess that most emotional and behavioral reactions-wrong habits are learned.
  4. Benefit of remaining calm or at least neutral when faced with difficult situations. (If you are upset by your problems, you now have 2 problems: 1) the problem, and 2) your tension about the problem
  5. "Rational thoughts." –are Facts and not assumptions
  6. Most emotional and behavioral reactions are learned.That is bad learning
  7. What is irrational thinking? It is wrong thinking
  8. I need love and approval from those around to me.
  9. I must avoid disapproval from any source.
  10. To be worthwhile as a person I must achieve success at whatever I do.
  11. I can not allow myself to make mistakes.
  12. People should always do the right thing. When they behave badly, unfairly or selfishly, they must be blamed and punished.
  13. Things must be the way I want them to be.
  14. My unhappiness is caused by things that are outside my control – so there is nothing I can do to feel any better.

Hi. I have been doing workout from past 1 n half year. I consume egg whites, sweet potatoes, dates, milk, banana, sweet corn, etc as my diet. I don't take any supplements or any proteins. I don't see much growth in my body muscles. In terms of workout, I do almost regularly and with intensity. Could you please let me know where I am lagging in terms of protein natutat foods.

Hi lybrate-user, you need to eat balance diet on time (like add salad, fruits, milk and milk products in your diet) along with exercise it will help you to reduce your weight. And do not take anything at least till half an hour after exercise.

Dear Lybrate User, Increasing weight does not mean that you will go fatty. In fact, extra fat serves as a precursor of many diseases. In order to increase your weight as well as stay healthy you have to increase the muscle mass of your body. Normally a muscle undergoes an increase in size when it gets hypertrophied due to weight training. Weight-training leads to the pumping of blood to the muscle resulting in increased protein synthesis in the muscles. This applies to every muscles of human body. So, weight training is a must to increase weight. Whenever a muscle gets hypertrophied it demands protein to expand. Here comes the need of protein supplement. The most effective protein supplement is WHEY protein. But kindly remember only taking supplement is not enough. You need to take those supplements according to a fixed schedule. For quicker & better results take 40 grams of whey just after waking from sleep at morning. Take another 20 grams of whey just 30 minutes before workout. Again take 40 grams of whey just after you have finished your workout. Kindly remember gaining weight is a time -taking process. So do not expect any result within fortnight.

The best way to get a flat stomach is to try high intensity cardio. This is because it burns a larger number of calories than low intensity cardio. Playing sports such as football, basketball, cricket, tennis and other sports is also helpful in promoting weight loss. You should perform cardio exercises each day for 60 minutes. Brisk walking is considered an effective cardio workout for those who suffer from joint problems, as it does not place much stress on the joints, compared to other cardio exercises such as running or cycling.
