Your Ideal weight is 75 to 81 kg. So you are almost the right weight. It is fine. More important is not have hidden hunger in the form of deficiency of Iron, Calcium, B 12, Vitamin D.

Joining the gym is not mandatory. There are many other ways to get fit. First correct your diet and life style, taking more fiber, protein rich foods, green tea, essential fatty acids etc, better you should schedule an appointment where I will do your nutritional health assessment with a machine, make you understand your readings, will take your diet history, explain you what you can do to achieve your health goal, improving & customising your existing diet & deal with the deficiencies. All this would take one hour. You will see the results from 5 days onwards.

I want to loss some Weight as soon as possible how I can be manage in food or exercise.
Protein suppl will not help unless you correct your overall food intake. To reduce weight avoid eating outside & packed food. Eat healthy natural food like fruits, vegetables, sprouts, nuts & seeds. Have lower intake of sugar, oil, salt & maida. Do 30 mins of exercise in morning.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you.

There is no literature to suggest that smoking directly causes Vitamin B12 deficiency. However, smoking does significantly reduce appetite, which may in turn, cause vitamin deficiencies due to lesser food intake. Common causes of vitamin B12 deficiency include vegetarianism, and excessive alcohol consumption (which also causes decreased intake of nutrient rich food) I recommend: 1. Quit smoking 2. Consume fish once a week 3. Eat a diet rich in green vegetables and fruits

1. For increasing weight ...First we have to work on ur digestive system..It will do Aam pachan and will increase ur digestive power and appetite.... 2. Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day.. 3. Take small meals 4-5 times a day.. 4. Eat healthy n light food .. 5. Drink plenty of fluids.. 6. Avoid constipation... 7. Walk 1km daily in evening... 8 .Follow up after a week.

For gaining weight it's better to concentrate only on diet and Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

You need to correct your diet wherever it’s going wrong. Focus on higher protein intake, lower fat and restrict carbohydrates to high fibre foods only.
