You should have 72 kg with your height.(1) eat high calorie high protein foods like almond, peanuts, butter, cottage cheese, mushrooms, lean chicken, fish, eggs etc.(2) take food in big amount (3) eat more often (4) drink milk or milk shake (5) eat bananas 3-4pcs/day (6) add cream with tea/coffee/milk (7) eat more vegetables. Whole grains, fruits etc (8) no water before or during meals (9) drink water 3-4lit/day (10) stay but not with foods, be stress free and take quality sleep. These are simple things but will be helpful.

Mri created high magnetic field around the body so if anyone has any metallic implant in the form of pace maker, nails or any other kind of bone supporting roads has adverse effect and can't go for mri otherwise no side effect.

Hi, as per studies, it's always better to drink water after a gap of half an hour or an hour after eating for proper digestion and absorption of nutrients by the intestine. Avoid drinking immediately after having food.

Avoid oily n spicy food.....take vegetable soup twice daiy....eat only saladn 1 cup of fat free milk at night...drink 1 glass of water 1/2hr before meals....take fruits empty stomach...join aerobics... take 1 tsp triphala churna dailyat night with luke warm water..

You must heard one saying" the fruit of patience is always sweet" weight should be reduced gradually so to live healthy and dear taking medicines to reduce weight is not a good option as they have some or other side effects in the body. Try to reduce weight the natural way.

I am a diabetic and have been taking metmorfin in the form of galvys met 50/500 regularly along with triglismisave. However the sugar levels does not seem to reduce, in spite of all other parameters of balanced diet and regular exercises being followed. Do we need to take them continuously or this mandates a change?

Dear, galvus met is a combination of vildagliptin and metformin. Your bmi is 24.5 which is just fine. A proper measure for knowing and managing your diabetes will be to ensure a hba1c below 6.5%. Regarding diet, we indians have high carbohydrate diet. You have to closely observe your plate and you can come up with a better diet plan for yourself. To simplify it, identify the items which are carb rich in your plate and try to compensate the same with protein and fibres, for eg cut down a roti and increase sabji, dal or salad. To have a better control you can do a monthly self glucose monitoring 3 times a day and keep a track of your food with it. Check fasting sugar, sugar one hour prior your lunch and 2 hrs post lunch, and note down the details of your breakfast and lunch items. Modify as per my earlier suggestions and within a week you will see your blood sugar level responding. Best of luck.

Dear it occurs naturally when u gain weight there is formation of new fat cells in body outside and inside. if u do work out that cells decreases in size and if u start calories intake, they will grow again. So u continuously need to work out daily upto three months.Excessive weight gain occurs only when calories intake are more than calories burnt, It can put a person at risk of thyroid disease, diabetes , kidney problems, arthritis etc... Try the remedies below they can help u to gain consistency in ur weight. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach daily. 3. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 4. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 5. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 5 min per asana. 6. Do brisk walk early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 7. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 8. Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice. 9. Drink three litres of water daily

Dear. Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight. * body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soup or salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.
