Hi A) Take 10 ml of fresh lemon juice and ginger juice along with 1 tsf of jaggery along with 60 ml of water early in morning on empty stomach and after meals, B) do regularly BHUJANGASANA, UTTANPADASANA and PAVANMUKTASAN regularly early in the morning on empty stomach for 15 minutes…. Do this for 30 days…it gives you good result…THANKS.

My problem is like whatever I eat, it does not suit my body. I am very slim. So many Doctors advice me to eat healthy and full of proteins food to get better health and I did the same as doctor told me. But the problem it is not getting into my body. I eat eggs, chicken, banana with milk, I mean I did every single possible try to get my body in good shape but the result is nothing. So I want you to give me some advice or solution. That can solve this problem.

The problem is not in what you eat but WHAT YOU DIGEST! your digestion is weak and can be sorted out completely with good ayurveda medicines and lifestyle. Contact us for proper ayurveda digestion routine. For weight gain proper nutrition is a must. 1) U can start including more milk, cow ghee, fruits & vegetables in your diet. 2) Stop eating junk & processed food. 3) Make a habit of consuming one well ripen banana with a cup of warm milk with a tsp of ghee. 4) Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk over night. 5) Boost up your apettite by working out daily for atleast 30 mins. 6) Massaging whole body with vata balancing herbal oil (ksheerabala oil) is very beneficial 7) Reducing stress level, sleeping comfortably for long hours and afternoon naps are very essential to increase body mass.

You should go for 45 minutes brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 15-20 minutes daily. Take lukewarm water in the morning. Take salad before meals. Include more fruits and vegetables in your diet. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast. Avoid junk food and oily food. Take proper sleep, avoid late night dinner. Take small and frequent meals. You can consult me privately online on lybrate i" ll give you menu plan for weight loss.

Hi firstly, start doing surya namaskar in morning and start eating triphla chooran (natural medicine) in morning empty stomach with luke warm water. Start a fruit dieting every alternative day, means you have to eat fruits every alternative days & normal fruit every other alternative days. Avoid late night dinners and try to eat nothing after sunset. Sit in vajrasana after every meal you eat for 10 minutes. Walk atleast 30 min in morning.

Strategies to prevent overeating at party meals

" once you arrive at the party, take in the food with your eyes first" pausing to survey the spread and thinking about which foods are your favorites and which foods just aren't worth it allows you to splurge selectively" tell yourself that you don't have to try one of everything.

Remember these tips during partying:

1. Load up on fruits and vegetables. They have more fiber and fewer calories so you can fill your plate, eat healthy, and satisfy your appetite.
2. Move away from the buffet. Fill a small plate with no more than two food items at once and then mingle.
3" hang out with the talkers, not the eaters" keep something in your hands, like a low-calorie drink, and avoid the temptation to grab appetizers as they pass by.
4. Don't deprive yourself completely. Allow yourself a few special holiday treats, but choose carefully. Think before you load your plate with holiday food.
5. Bypass most of the buffet and save your calories for the foods you really enjoy.
6. Prolong the moment. The longer you linger before indulging in your holiday food choices, the less likely you'll eat too much. Don't head straight to the front of the buffet line. If you're the first to eat, then you'll be finished before everyone else and more tempted to go back for seconds.

If you are menstruating, you can't be pregnant and vice versa. Intermittent bleeding during confirmed pregnancy is a serious problem both for you and the baby. Please meet with a qualified doctor.

My friend has type 1 diabetes since 8 years currently the diabetic levels are normal (current hba1c is 7.5).He has same weight 49-51 during past 3 to 4 years. Satvinder, This is not time to think weight loss - but focus on eating healthy, nutritious, home cooked, well balanced food... Don't let your relatives stuff you with sweet foods. Don't be afraid of ghee. Walk, brisk walk, jog or yoga regularly. Be happy - that is the key. Aim for good health and fitness for life. Running is good exercise, not just for stomach fat but for overall health and wellness. You can start with 30 minutes and increase duration to 60 minutes. There are many ways to lose fat. Any cardio activity like running / aerobics / swimming / football / cycling etc can reduce weight at a fast rate. You also should do abs exercises to get a flat stomach. You can check on youtube for channels like 'Fitness Blender' There you will find a variety of exercises which you can try. Make fitness into fun and stay fit for life.

No do not eat in excessive amount I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating.

Hello you need to understand the concept of weight loss, it requires cut down in calories (under the guidance of dietician) along with exercises like brisk walking or cycling or yoga and stretching 5 days a week for at-least 25-30 mins. Include foods like green tea, lemon water, jeera water, salad vegetables like onion, tomato, cucumber, kakri, cabbage and fruits like melon, watermelon, plums. Avoid fried foods, carbonated drinks, sweets and processed foods. Drink plenty of water. Take small and regular meals like 3 main meals and 2 side meals. Take chamomile tea before going to bed. Sleep for 7-9 hours per night. Take low calorie and low sodium and high protein food. Don't take rice at night. Take 1 glass of lukewarm water with 1 tsp of alsi powder in the morning and go for walk. Don’t skip breakfast. Thank you.

Hi, thanks for the query. Firstly weight gain is majorly dependent on your metabolism and genetics play a definite role too. You have to be patient and give your body time to gain a healthy body weight. It is very possible that you are not eating the right foods at the right time. Also just eating two or three very heavy meals is not going to help much. You have to balance out your intake to manage stamina and energy levels. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, sprouts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements. They will not work in isolation. You have to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.

Dear lybrate-user you can solve your problem asap -take 1) Vit D ampule 6 lacs power as injection or pour ampule in 100 ml milk n drink 2 doses this week 2) Vit B12 injection 5 ;take it alternate day 3) Enerzal or Electral mix in water and drink improve nutrition adequacy with fruits like banana n guava drink coconut water n sugarcane juice lime juice with salt n water increase vegetable, protein ,and omega3 intake do let me know about your health ; you may further consult me privately for a detailed diet plan
