Dear Lybrate User, Tea has caffeine content which acts as stimulator for nervous system and take it into a alert state. Yet it is not a direct direutic meaning the substance which stimulates kidney filtration hence urge to pass urine. On the contrary coffee has been identified as direutic substance more than tea coz of enhanced caffeine content. Excess consumption of any substance is harmful. But there are no scientific links known between anxiety n tea.

I think your willing power is good enough. Stop as soon as possible. Some times mind may ask cigarette suppress with nicotine chewing gum which is available widely in medical shops.

Is Your Teenager Suffering From Depression - How To Identify?

Teenagers face a huge amount of pressure, from puberty changes to questions regarding their identity and where they fit in. With this kind of uncertainty and instability, it is generally not easy to distinguish amongst depression and the developing hormonal changes. However, teen depression goes way beyond general teenage moodiness. It is a serious medical issue that affects each part of a teenager's life. Luckily, it is treatable and parents can offer assistance.

Here are a few signs that can help determine whether a teenager has depression:
Genuinely depressed teenagers regularly think, talk about, or make attention gathering attempts at suicide. However, a disturbing and increasing number of teenagers’ suicide attempts do happen in reality. Therefore, self-destructive or suicidal thoughts or behaviors need to be considered important and taken seriously.

  1. A teenager who stays sad, cranky, void or in an irritable mood and believes that life meaningless and good for nothing, is suffering from depression.
  2. They may experience a loss of enthusiasm for games or exercises they used to appreciate or a withdrawal from loved ones or an inescapable inconvenience seeing someone.
  3. They experience changes in appetite, critical weight gain or loss.
  4. A depressed teenager has a tendency to indulge in increased late-night activities, has too much or too little sleep, faces inconvenience getting up in the morning and is regularly late for school.
  5. A teenager who is depressed suffers from physical agitation, paces forward and backward and displays over the top or dull behaviors.
  6. He/she may have a loss of energy, social withdrawal, withdrawal from regular exercises, or fatigue.
  7. He/she may make basic remarks about themselves, conduct issues at school or at home, or become excessively sensitive to being rejected.
  8. A teenager who is depressed usually has poor performance in school, a drop in test results, or a poor attendance.
  9. He/she frequently complains about physical pain (headaches, stomach aches).
  10. He/she thinks or writes about death, gives away the most loved assets with remarks like "You would be better off without me."

Remember that a lot of these signs and symptoms are similar to the conduct of an ordinary teenager. That is the reason why a specialist or a psychologist should be considered in order to determine whether your child has depression or not. In case you are uncertain if your child is depressed or simply being an adolescent, consider to what extent these signs have been going on, how extreme they are, and how different your child is acting from his or her typical self.

Depression is a natural condition. It is not something to be embarrassed about and it should be dealt with. A mix of medical and psychological behavioral treatments are regularly prescribed for teenagers. Request a referral to a psychological wellness clinician from your doctor or medical attendant, a neighborhood recreational center or healing center, friends, kins, care groups, or clinicians. I am tensed at little things. During my exam days I am so tensed and then I forgot my chapters and then I start fear. Sometimes I feel depressed. And then I can not handle my situations. I have mentioned below few signs of an unhealthy relationship that should be overlooked but worked on:

1. Communication Disconnected: communication is the first step towards building a healthy relationship. If communication wavers due to distance, anger, misunderstandings or small lies, it's a surefire indication that things are not fine. Go back in time, and analyze what got you together.

2. Emotional Distance 
 With a rise in social networking sites, long working hours and overall socializing, the emotional distance between couples is increasing. This is leading to emotional infidelity that in a way tantamounts to cheating. If you don't share your emotions with your partner, your relationship will hit a rough patch and remain there. So, you need to articulate your feelings and let the other person know how you feel about their unavailability or absence when you need them. 

3.Great Expectations
It would be unrealistic of me to say, that don't have any expectations. It is expectations that give us the drive to do things for each other. However, when these expectations, begin to push your partner towards the edge, your relationship will take an unhealthy turn. Expecting that your partner will take care of your every problem, is supremely unrealistic because sometimes, your partner will like to be cared for too. Thus, keep your expectations real. This will help you to grow mentally and spiritually with your partner. 

4.Control Freak 
It would be unjust to the fairer sex if I say, women are control freaks. Men too, have the incorrigible habit of controlling things. However, when this need to control everything, gets in the way of your relationship, then only God can help you out. Trust your partner with the things he/she is doing. Give some credibility to your partner, as by constantly doubting, you are doubting your own choice of the person.

5. Lack of Intimacy 
Intimacy is an integral part of a healthy relationship. Once you get yourself in the rut of unhealthy behavior in the relationship, then you get stuck in the game of blame, disillusionment, pain, and suffering. This drives you further away from each other and puts your sex life in a confinement of deprivation. 

Bad relationships can be very traumatizing. Give some space to your partner and allow channels of effective communication to flow once again. Or walk out of it if it's causing you too much pain. The choice has always been yours, so make the right move.
