Nothing is injurious to health.

Ayurveda says, everything is a medicine. How to use it, we should know.

We got various health issues because we either use the things in less on in high quantities.

We should know the art of balancing the quantities of different things in our life.

The whole Ayurveda is just for this.

How can I gain weight. Please suggest me. I am so thin. Suggest me some thing to eat .please.

Try, ashwagandha tab 2 tds with ashwagandharishta 2 tsf tds for a month. Keep milk+ghee in regular diet. Take maximum rest and sleep.

How to avoid Anal disorders?
  • Anal disorders mostly include piles, fissures and fistulas. 
  • To avoid them, its most important, not to avoid the urge of passing stools, not to get constipated and avoid forceful evacuation of the stools.
  • Matrabasti, one of the panchakarma treatments, is the best solution on the almost all issues regarding passing stools.
  • So, to avoid anal disorders, one should keep these things in mind and choose matrabasti as a good option.

I am having acute pain in my heals ,on the backside of the leg, what is the remedy, vijay sahuja.

Reduce weight, if you are overweight. Daily massage the heels with warm til taila followed by hot fomentation with a hot water bag. Use silicon heels in shoes. All the best.

Take castor oil 50ml with 100ml lukewarm water early in morning weekly once, preferably on your week-off day, to clean-up your abdomen, for at least two months.

Daily walk for two hours, one in morning and one in evening. Always drink warm water. Avoid sweets, non-veg, packed food, potato, rice, heavy and full diet. Do light exercise.
