Take High protein Diet. HAve small and frequent meals. Take Milk and Milk Products. Take 2-3 egg Daily, paneer, shakes, cold coffee, after meal take sweet item. Don't skip breakfast and meals. After workout take high protein item. For further details for what to eat, when to eat, exercise and complete Customised Diet Plan as per your need, you can consult me personally for better result.
