महिलाओं के शरीर में बच्चेदानी या गर्भाशय के रूप में एक विशेष अंग होता है. इसका काम गर्भस्थ शिशु के लिए एक सुरक्षित और पोषण से युक्त स्थान निर्मित करना होता है. गर्भधारण के पश्चात लगातार नौ महीने तक शिशु बच्चेदानी में ही रहता है. इसलिए इस अंग का महत्त्व विशेष है. इसका स्वस्थ और सुरक्षित रहना भी उतना ही महत्वपूर्ण है. लेकिन कई बार अलग-अलग कारणों से इसमें विभिन्न समस्याएं उत्पन्न होने लगती हैं. बदलते हुए मौसम का गर्भाशय पर अत्यधिक प्रभाव देखा गया है. इसके प्रभाव में आने पर महिलाएं हल्का सरदर्द, कमर दर्द, पेट दर्द या हल्के बुखार का अनुभव करती हैं. ऐसा भी देखने में आता है कि इसमें उत्पन्न छोटी सी समस्या पर ध्यान न देने के कारण आगे चलकर गंभीर बिमारी में बदल गई. यानी इस विषय में जागरूकता की भी घोर कमी है. इसलिए आइए इस लेख के माध्यम से हम बच्चेदानी के रोग और उसे दूर करने के कुछ उपायों पर एक नजर डालें.

बच्चेदानी में रोग के कारण
 

प्रसव के दौरान की गई लापरवाही

प्रसव एक बेहद जटिल और संवेदनशील प्रक्रिया है. इस दौरान महिलाओं को कोई होश नहीं रहता. इसलिए उनकी देख-रेख करने वाले लोगों को विशेष सावधानी बरतने की आवश्यकता होती है. यदि आप प्रसव के दौरान आवश्यक सावधानी नहीं बरतते हैं तो बच्चेदानी में सूजन उत्पन्न हो सकती है. ये सूजन कई बार आपको परेशानी में दाल सकती है.

पेट के मांसपेशियों की कमजोरी

गर्भावस्था के दौरान पेट का आकार सामान्य से काफी ज्यादा हो जाता है. इसलिए इसके कारण भी आपको कई सावधानी बरतने की जरूरत होती है. इसक दौरान आपके पेट की मांसपेशियों में आने वाली कमजोर घातक सिद्ध हो सकती है. इससे बचने के लिए आप किसी चिकित्सक के परामर्श से व्यायाम कर सकती हैं.

भूख से अधिक भोजन

बच्चेदानी में कई कारणों से समस्याएं उत्पन्न होती हैं. इसके लिए कई बार आवश्यकता से अधिक भोजन भी जिम्मेदार होता है. आपको भोजन करते समय इस बात का ध्यान रखना चाहिए. चूँकि पेट में भोजन अधिक होने के कारण इसका आकार सामान्य से अधिक हो जाता है इसलिए ये नुकसानदेह साबित होता है.

तंग कपड़े

ये तो सामान्य बात है कि गर्भावस्था के दौरान पेट का आकार सामान्य से काफी अधिक होता है. इसलिए ऐसे में इस बात को समझना चाहिए कि आप इस दौरान तंग कपड़े न पहनें. तंग कपड़े पहनने से आपका पेट संकुचित हो जाता है और इस वजह से कई परेशानियाँ उत्पन्न होने लगती हैं.

पेट की समस्याएं

पेट में भी कई तरह की उत्पन्न समस्याओं से गर्भाशय में परेशानी होने लगती है. पेट की कुछ कॉमन समस्याएं जैसे कि गैस बनना या कब्ज होने के कारण भी आपको कई तरह की परेशानियों का सामना करना पड़ सकता है.

आवश्यकता से अधिक सहवास

बच्चेदानी की समस्या के कारणों में से एक आवश्यकता से अधिक सहवास भी है. जाहिर है आवश्यकता से अधिक सहवास के कारण और भी कई तरह की समस्याएं उत्पन्न हो सकती हैं. इसलिए इस बात को भी ध्यान में रखना आवश्यक है.

यौन इच्‍छा आदमी की जरूरत है और मनोविकार उसमें बाधा। व्‍यक्तित्‍व विकार यानी कि पर्सनालिटी डिसार्डर ऐसी बीमारी है जिसमें आदमी अपनी शख्सियत भूल जाता है। इसमें आदमी अपने व्‍यक्तिगत संबंधों को लेकर बहुत ही अनिश्चित हो जाता है। इस बीमारी से ग्रस्‍त लोग अपनी फीलिंग्‍स पर काबू नही रख पाते हैं। बीपीडी से ग्रस्‍त व्‍यक्ति में सेक्‍स को लेकर इस प्रकार के कुछ लक्षण दिखाई देते हैं। सेक्‍स संबंध बनाते वक्‍त ज्‍यादा एक्‍साइटेड होना, ज्‍यादातर अलग-अलग पार्टनर के साथ यौन संबंध बनाना, कई दिनों तक यौन संबंध बनाने की इच्‍छा न होना, अजनबियों से शारीरिक संबंध बनाना, रेप का शिकार होना आदि।

Premature ejaculation (also known as early discharge or quick orgasm, early fall, Shigra-patan) is one of the most frequent, of sexual disorders in the male and is characterized by sudden ejaculation of the semen, just prior to or immediately after vaginal penetration during intercourse (before one wishes or before he could satisfy the female partner). Approximately 10% to 30% people of all age group suffer with quick semen discharge. Premature or 'before time' in other words, is a condition where the man has no voluntary control over his ejaculation. He is quick on the trigger once he starts the coitus. This is a very frustrating disorders of male sexual function in which man feels totally helpless. This leads to bitterness in husbands & wife relationships. For the man, lack of control of his body functioning leaves him feeling unsure of himself. His pleasure is often decreased by the abrupt early discharge. Eventually his preoccupation with trying to postpone ejaculation will hinder his ability enjoy himself to sexual pleasure. Eating Disorders - How To Manage Them In Case Of Diabetes?

Diabulimia is a type of eating disorder in which patients of Type 1 diabetes take less amount of insulin purposely, in order to lose weight. These patients have excessive concerns related to body weight and body shape, and a disturbed body image emerges (regarding oneself overweight despite a normal or reduced body weight). These patients attribute too much importance to body weight and body shape and fear of gaining weight. 

Our body requires insulin for moving glucose from the blood to the cells. In type 1 diabetes patients, the pancreas stop producing insulin and glucose gets stored in our bloodstream. Kidney excretes excess glucose leading to increased urination. The body gets devoid of glucose and the calories associated with it and a rapid loss of weight occur.  Once the patient is started on insulin they develop weight gain. Patient with disturbed body image stops insulin in order to lose weight. Patients develop binge eating,  with more emphasis on sugar and carbohydrate enriched foods. The excess sugar gets out of the body by urinating.
Symptoms including excessive thirst, increased water intake, increased urination, and weakness are observed in the early period, irreversible findings including neuropathy, retinopathy, nephropathy, and osteoporosis, which occur in poorly controlled diabetics, are observed in the long term. It has been proven by research that almost 30% of type 1 diabetes patients are the ones who abstain from or avoid using insulin in order to lose weight. This habit leads to the risk of many other fatal diseases which may be permanent in nature.

Prevention

Diabulimia is more common among teenage girls who suffer from type 1 diabetes and are generally obsessed with body image. Proper patient education can help a lot in these patients.  It is advised not to neglect your insulin.

Other causes of the condition are as follows:

  1. Radiation therapy to the neck region for the treatment of several cancers like lymphoma may damage the cells present in the thyroid gland. Hence, the gland cannot secrete hormones properly.

  2. Radioactive iodine treatment is undertaken by people having an overactive thyroid gland. Radiation destroys the thyroid gland cells and leads to hypothyroidism.

  3. Certain medicines used to treat heart problems, cancer and psychiatric diseases may affect the thyroid gland and lead to hypothyroidism.

  4. Surgeries undertaken for removing the thyroid also lead to hypothyroidism.

  5. Iodine is required by the thyroid gland to produce hormones. A low amount of iodine in your diet and body may lead to hypothyroidism.

Risks factors of hypothyroidism
Usually women, especially older women are more likely to get hypothyroidism than men. The factors which determine if you are at a risk of acquiring the condition are as follows:

  1. Race

  2. Age

  3. Autoimmune disorders like type 1 diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, vitiligo, celiac disease, Addison’s disease and many more.

  4. Bipolar disorder

  5. Turner’s syndrome

  6. Down’s syndrome

The symptoms of hypothyroidism are as follows:

  1. Changes in menstrual cycle

  2. Constipation

  3. Hair loss and dry hair

  4. Fatigue and tiredness

  5. A slow heart rate

  6. Depression

  7. An increased sensitivity towards cold

  8. Swelling of the thyroid gland or goiter

  9. Gaining weight

  10. Carpal tunnel syndrome
