Check if she is having proper balanced diet or not which is it includes food from all food groups like cereals pulses fruits vegetables dairy. Include more protein in her diet in form of sprouts soybeans curd paneer cheese chicken eggs fish (if nonvegetarian) and nuts. Ensure she takes 10 to 12 glass of water daily. Avoid fried oily and maida products. Hope this helps.

Hello you should take some sports like basketball or swimming along with proper diet ensuring 1. 4 to 5 small meals throughout the day 2. Include fresh fruits and vegetables. 3. Take whole grains like wheat oats 4. Pulses in form of sprouts or eggs and fish if non vegetarian. 5.include dairy products like curd paneer 6.drink 8 to 10 glasses of water daily. 7. Avoid oily and maida products. Hope this helps.

As am overweight as per my BMI so I want to reduce my weight around 10-12 kgs, I stay alone that's why I have to depend on restaurant meals. I have a big problem in maintaining diet. The only exercise I do is walking for 30 minutes only 3-4 times per week. Please guide me how to keep or maintain a balanced diet nd how to loose weight as am tensed about my health.

Hello Divide your entire day calories in to main meals and small meals having small meals in between increases metabolism and helps in loosing weight also helps to control portion for the main meals. For main meals like lunch and dinner you can have outside and for small meals including breakfast you can have at home .there are many options available you can choose any of them cornflakes milk (tetra pack) oatmeal eggs (you can get it boiled) paneer curd yoghurt soya milk fruits carrot beetroot cucumber roasted chana peanuts puffed rice. Increasing your protein intake and maintaining body's energy requirement through healthy carbohydrates along with good supply of vitamin and minerals is what you require for gaining muscle weight follow the food pyramid and choose recommended servings from all the food groups like from cereals: eg-wheat rice jowar bajra ragi pulses: fruits and vegetables: dairy: Also ensure 8 to 10 glasses of water daily Avoid fried oily preservatives. For reducing your body fat thereby reducing tummy and face fat. 1.Small frequent meals 2.Avoid fried sweets and maida products. 3.Eat fruits and vegetables daily and in most of the meals 4.Drink 2 to 3 liters of water daily. 5. Excercise in any form like jogging walking sports dance for 20 to 30 minutes daily.

Hello It's not possible to gain or loose 10 kg in a month .Try changing your lifestyle and check if you are having enough nutrients and including food items from all food group .you can try high calorie or calorie dense and protein rich healthy food options like milk based products peanuts jaggery dry fruits sprouts dals along with balanced meal. Slowly you will start gaining weight through muscle mass. Hope this helps.

Hello your body weight can be near 75 kgs start with healthy balanced diet. Taking food from all the food groups like cereals pulses dairy fruits vegetables and with little exercise for 30 to 40 minutes daily keep yourself hydrated by drinking 2 to 3 liters of water daily hope this helps you

Hi. What is their weight now? Early years or formative years is the right time to establish healthy habit for kids .it's right time to choose food from all the food group a well balanced healthy diet will ensure intake of all nutrients and will surely help in their proper growth both physically and mentally choose food from cereals. Wheat ,ragi, jowar,bajra, rice pulses. All dals, whole legumes sprouts dairy. Milk and milk products. Curd cheese paneer leafy vegetables coloured vegetables green vegetables fruits dry fruits also ensure proper water intake hope this helps

I am 23 year old and I am very thin having height of 6 feet 2 8nches with 63 kg weight but I don't get hungry and don't want to eat food and from last one week whenever I eat my food I am unable to eat it as normal spicy (Mirch) food feel me very spicy and dal to which was not spicy I used to get tiffen in noon (lunch) and I cope myself to eat only 2 chapati only more to which I am unable to eat.

Check with your protein intake .if you are taking less calorie from protein it will reduce muscle weight. Try having good sources of protein like sprouts peanut eggs pulses soybean curd milk cheese.
